This paper introduces the synthesis of a new color reagent 1-(6-nitro-2-benzothiazolyl)3-(4-nitrophenyl)-triazene (NBTNPT) and the color reaction of NBTNPT with Cd (II) has been studied. In the presence of Triton X-100, the reagent with Cd (II) forms an orange-yellow complex (1:1) at pH=11.5-12.3, the molar absorptivity is 2.81x10(5)L . mol(-1)m(-1) by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry, Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0-280 mu g/L for Cd (II).

A new triazene reagent 1-(6-ethoxyl-2-benzothiazolyl)-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-triazene (EtOBThTPT) has been synthesized. The colour reaction of EtOBTNPT with Hg(II) has been studied. At pH = 10.1-10.7, in the presence of Triton X-100, the reagent with Hg(II) forms an orange-yellow complex with high sensitivity. The molar absorptivity is 2.38 X 10(5) ***(-1).cm(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for Hg(II) in the range of 0-7 mu g/25 ml.

The polyoxometalate （CPFX-HCl）3H3PW12O40·.8H2O was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and TG-DTA-DTG. The thermal decomposition mechanism and non-isothermal kinetic parameters of the polyoxometalate were obtained from the analysis of TG-DTG data using the Achar equation, Coats-Redfern equation （CR）, Madhusudanan-Krishnan-Ninan equation （MKN） and Horowitz-Metzger equation （HM）. And their mathematical expressions of the kinetic compensation effect were also calculated.

In this paper,the strategic problems on economy development in the jump pattern of economic surplus have been *** mathermatical calculate,the authors have given out the quantitative formula on the condition that the pattern of economic surplus is a jump function,and made out the curve figure of the econmic surplus and development ***,the authors have advanced that the states of economy development can be divided into three types,and anyone of them will have many and varied possible conditions. And then,the authors have abvanced the quantitaive criterion to the three types of the states of economy development,and discussed the states. Lastly, the authors have researched the strategic problems about the three types of state of econmy development.
