The buildings and structures of mines were monitored automatically using modern surveying technology. Through the analysis of the monitoring data, the deformation characteristics were found out from three aspects containing points, lines and regions, which play an important role in understanding the stable state of buildings and structures. The stability and deformation of monitoring points were analysed, and time-series data of monitoring points were denoised with wavelet analysis and Kalman filtering, and exponent function and periodic function were used to get the ideal deformation trend model of monitoring points. Through calculating the monitoring data obtained, analyzing the deformation trend, and cognizing the deformation regularity, it can better service mine safety production and decision-making.

Polysiloxane-modified epoxy resins were prepared through the reaction of epoxy resin with polydimethylsiloxanes bearing pendant N-(beta-aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyl groups. The morphology and properties of the cured epoxy resins modified by the polysiloxanes were investigated. It was found that the phase structure and properties of the cured epoxy resins depend mainly on the amino group content in the polydimethylsiloxane and the level of the modifier. The change of phase structure in the cured epoxy resin systems was responsible for the dramatic change in their mechanical and surface properties.

china is the birthplace of woodblock, copperplate and non metal_type printing, movable metal_type technique, as the product of combination of copperplate and non metal_type technique, also originated in china. However, the problem on the origin of metal_type has not well been solved for a long time. This paper proved that metal_type was cast and used for paper money printing in china since the early 12th century, copper_type and tin_type technique was further developed during the 13th to 14th centuries, on the basis of investigation of excavated findings, textual research and scientific judgment. Finally a comparative research of the early metal_type technique in china, Korea and Europe was briefly discussed. A lot of unearthed material evidence were provided here.

The distribution of global persistent anomalies shows that the subtropical western Pacific is a key region with high_frequency occurrence of persistent anomalies. Analyses of streamfunction anomalies, OLR anomalies etc. suggest that the convective heating related to Indian monsoon might be responsible for the development of WPA. The results of numerical experiment by two linear barotropic models support the observation.

An extraction-free spectrophotometric method for the determination of cationic surfactants, such as cetylpyridinium chloride, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and zephiramine is proposed, which is based on the formation of ternary complexes with Fe(Ⅲ) and chrome azurol S. The molar ratio of the complex is 2:1:1 (Fe(Ⅲ):chrome azurol S:cationic surfactant). The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, giving an apparent molar absorptivity of 4.5×104 ***-1 and a linear range of 0.1-6.0 umol/L cationic surfactants. The total cationic surfactant content can be determined directly in aqueous solutions by measuring the absorbance at 680 nm (pH 5.8). The method has been successfully applied to water samples.

The Dajin conglomerate, which is one of the most important sedimentary successions of the Xigaze forearc basin in Tibet, china, consists of deep-shallow marine tuffaceous turbidites and clastic rocks bearing Nummulites, Assilina, Alveolina and Lock-hartia . These fossils are very similar to the foraminiferan in the Jialazi and Maila conglomerates, and those in Gangba and Dingri areas. They developed in the Eocene. By analyzing the spatial variation of Eocene sedimentary environments of Tibet Plateau and the foraminiferan in the Dajin conglomerate, we found that Eocene sedimentation should take place on both sides of the Yarlung Tsangpo suture, and the late Eocene tectonic uplifting should make the forearc basin expose out of the sea level and begin to receive nonmarine deposits.

Like Euclid, Riemann and Lobachevski geometries are on an almost equal footing, based on the principle of relativity of maximum symmetry proposed by Professor Lu Qikeng and the postulate on invariant universal constants c and R, the de Sitter/anti-de Sitter (dS/AdS) special relativity on dS/AdS-space with radius R can be set up on an almost equal footing with Einstein’s special relativity on the Minkowski-space in the case of R→∞.Thus the dS-space is coin-like: a law of inertia in Beltrami atlas with Beltrami time simultaneity for the principle of relativity on one side, and the proper-time simultaneity and a Robertson-Walker-like dS-space with entropy and an accelerated expanding S 3 fitting the cosmological principle on another side.If our universe is asymptotic to the Robertson-Walker-like dS-space of R ? (3/Λ)1/2, it should be slightly closed in O(Λ) with entropy bound S ? 3πc 3 k B /ΛG?. Contrarily, via its asymptotic behavior, it can fix on Beltrami inertial frames without ‘an argument in a circle’ and acts as the origin of inertia.There is a triality of conformal extensions of three kinds of special relativity and their null physics on the projective boundary of a 5-d AdS-space, a null cone modulo projective equivalence [ $ \mathcal{N} $ ] ? ? P (AdS 5). Thus there should be a dS-space on the boundary of S 5 × AdS 5 as a vacuum of supergravity.In the light of Einstein’s ‘Galilean regions’, gravity should be based on the localized principle of relativity of full maximum symmetry with a gauge-like dynamics. Thus, this may lead to the theory of gravity of corresponding local symmetry. A simple model of dS-gravity characterized by a dimensionless constant g ?(ΛG?/3c 3)1/2 ～ 10?61 shows the features on umbilical manifolds of local dS-invariance. In the world-wide zoogeographic division, there has been no consentaneous understanding about the delimitation between palaearctic and oriental realms in western china. In this study, we will discuss the division based on amphibian distribution in Shaanxi, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Tibet according to species coefficient similarity between each zoogeographic province. The results show that the northern border lies from Qinling Mountains–Feng Xian (Shaanxi)–Debu (Gansu)–Aba (Sichuan)–Batang–Bomi (Tibet), to Linzhi districts, and the southern border is from Taibai–Feng Xian in Shaanxi–Wen Xian (Gansu)–Songpan–Kangding–Daocheng (Sichuan), to Zhongdian–Gongshan in Yunnan, and westward to Motuo and Bomi district in Tibet.
