In this paper, suboptimal Hcontrol problem of port-controlled Hamiltonian systems is investigated. Firstly, the energy function of a Hamiltonian system is shaped by embedding the closed-loop system with a suitable feedback into an extended system. Then, by regarding the shaped energy function as a candidate solution to HJI inequality, a control law is obtained to solve the suboptimal Hproblem.

Label-free high-throughput and real-time detections of protein interactions by oblique-incidence reflectivity difference method

Selected Mouse IgG of 1 mg/mL as target was fabricated on microarray for 500 sample ***-free and real-time reaction dynamic processes were detected between the microarrays with Goat Anti-mouse IgG of 0.02 mg/mL using the obliqueincidence reflectivity difference(OIRD)*** obtained the reaction results and the reaction dynamic curves of 500 protein *** addition,we also used label-free detection of protein microarrays of 10080 sample dots,including BSA and different concentrations of Mouse IgG and Rabbit IgG,by *** obtained reaction results between the protein microarray with 1 mg/mL Goat Anti-mouse IgG and 1 mg/mL Goat Anti-rabbit IgG are reported *** results show that OIRD can be not only label-free high-throughput detection method for biological microarrays but also label-free real-time detection in the interaction processes of biomolecules.

Effect of cyclosporine-A on electrophysiological properties of atria in tachycardia-induced atrial fibrillation

Objective To investigate the effects of ciyelosporine-A(CsA).a calcinenrin(CAN)inhibitor,on electrophysiological propertiesof atria in canine tachycardia-induced model of *** Eighteen healthy adult mongrel canines weighing 17.0 to 23.2 kg(rangedfrom 2 to 4 years old)were randomized to 3 groups,Sham group(no pacemaker was implanted),atrial tachypacing group(ATP group)each group at baseline and after 8 weeks' *** included atrial effective refractory period(AERP),conductionvelocity(CV),wave length(WE),atrial fibrillation load and rate-adaptability. Results After 8 weeks' atrial tachypacing,ATP andCsA groups showed significant longer duration of the P wave,shorter AERP,decreased adaptation of AERE slower CV,shorter Wland longer AF duration compared to the shamg roup (all P＜0.05).AERP of the CsA group was longer than that of ATP group (P＜0.05),but there were no differences in rate-adaptability,CV,incidence of induced AF and AF duration between CsA group and ATP *** Our results suggest that calcineurin pathway intervention by CsA have a positive effect on tachycardia-inducedelectrical remodeling of atria,but can not prevent or reverse AF.

Segregation Behaviour and Microstructure of Alloy 718VADER Ingot

The segregation behaviour and miclostructure of an alloy 718 VADER ingot in comparison with a VAR ingot were studied. The results show that one serious problem of the alloy 718 VADER ingot is dealing with radial chemistry gradients (especially macro-segregation in Nb). The main factor of Nb gradient forming is the flow of Nb rich fluid through passages among the cellular structures driven by centrifugal force from the rotating mold, Detailed structure and micro-segregation studies on ingots impress us that the VADER process does not show the advantage on the improvement of micro-segregation especially in Nb. The cellular structure produced by the VADER process is no more effective in reducjng Nb micro-segregation during homogenization treatment than the dendritic structure by the VAR process. Experimental results lead us to believe that the VADER process is unsuitable to manufacture alloy 718.

The Fourier finite-difference(FFD) method is very popular in seismic depth *** its straightforward 3D extension creates two-way splitting error due to ignoring the cross terms of spatial partial *** correction schemes,either in the spatial domain by the implicit finite -difference method or in the wavenumber domain by phase compensation,lead to substantially increased computational costs or numerical difficulties for strong velocity *** propose compensating the two-way splitting error in dual domains,alternately in the spatial and wave-number domains via Fourier ***,we organize the expanded square-root operator in terms of two-way splitting FFD plus the usually ignored cross ***,we select a group of optimized coefficients to maximize the accuracy of propagation in both inline and crossline directions without yet considering the diagonal ***,we further optimize the constant coefficient of the compensation part to further improve the overall accuracy of the operator. In implementation,the compensation terms are similar to the high-order corrections of the generalized-screen method, but their functions are to compensate the two-way splitting error rather than the expansion *** experiments show that optimized one-term compensation can achieve nearly perfect circular impulse responses and the propagation angle with less than 1%error for all azimuths is improved up to 60°from 35°.Compared with traditional single-domain methods,our scheme can handle lateral velocity variations(even for strong velocity contrasts) much more easily with only one additional Fourier transform based on the two-way splitting FFD method,which helps retain the computational efficiency.
