热带森林因其生物量巨大、结构复杂和生物多样而著称。然而,关于这些森林光合作用的季节动态及其少水期间的生态适应仍知之甚少。本文利用中南半岛上跨20个纬度(2°-22°N)的自然梯度带,探讨了季节性水分条件变化对中南半岛热带森林光合作用季节动态的影响及其机理。研究结果表明,对于气候季节性明显的热带森林,不论其为常绿、落叶还是半落叶,其雨季的森林冠层光合作用(或称总初级生产总值,Gp.)明显高于旱季。缺乏气候季节性的常湿热带雨林,Gp.呈现“双峰”季节格局;而且,这种季节格局与太阳辐射之间有较好的对应关系。旱季或者是短干旱期内,冠层导度(Gs)有明显下降,显示出水分对气孔开度的抑制作用。然而,这种气孔开度的降低,并未导致近赤道的常湿低地雨林Gp.的下降。也就是说,常湿低地雨林Gp.在季节尺度上,表现为光限制而非水分限制。气候季节性明显的3个站点,不论Gs还是Gp.在旱季明显低于雨季,则表现出明显的水分限制。

分段线性表示(p.r.技术目前已在多个领域被广泛用于重新表征高维的时间序列数据,以实现数据维度降低、波动过滤和整体趋势提取的目的。然而,该技术目前尚未在高速列车的隧道压力波数据的相关分析处理中得到应用。因此,本研究首次引入p.r.术对典型的高维列车压力波数据序列进行重新表征,并针对高速列车的压力波数据专门设计了一种基于感知重要点(p.p.且性能表现较好的p.r.法。研究结果表明,数据点重要性的度量方法和分段误差评估方法,特别是前者,对压力波序列的p.p.识别优先级甚至最终结果都会产生影响。与欧氏距离(ED)和正交距离(OD)相比,当将垂直距离(VD)作为数据点重要性的度量方法时,p.r.p.p.法(p.r.p.p.VD)获得了更合理的高速列车压力波的p.r.果。通过累积误差、平均误差和最大误差三种分段误差评估方法之间的对比,当将累积误差作为分段误差评估方法时,p.r.p.p.VD算法得到了相对较好的高速列车压力波的p.r.果。提出的适用于高速列车压力波p.r.析的p.r.p.p.法,为高速列车的压力波数据序列的分析处理提供了一种新的方法。

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率在世界范围内呈现上升趋势,是威胁女性健康的重要疾病之一。随着现代医学技术的快速发展,早期有效的诊断和筛查方法能够改善乳腺癌患者生存率和提高其生活质量。由于乳腺癌肿瘤具有非常显著的异质性,这对于诊断和筛查带来了较大困难,亟须在肿瘤演进时间信息中,继续引入生物分子的空间信息,从而对其异质性、肿瘤微环境等进行准确的追踪。质谱成像技术,可在免标记的前提下利用离子质荷比的特性发现生物组织中的各种分子,并研究这些分子的时间和空间信息,对其进行准确的定性、定量和空间定位。目前,通过质谱成像技术可直接获取药物及其代谢物、内源性代谢物、脂质、多肽和蛋白质等在组织中的空间分布信息,为肿瘤分子分型诊断和确认以及相关抗肿瘤药物的筛选提供了新的思路和研究方向。该综述以乳腺癌相关的生物样品制备和研究进展为主要内容,从小分子样本、大分子样本、石蜡包埋样本、基质喷涂方式、常用离子源等方面阐述质谱成像中样本制备的重要性以及样品制备过程中存在的难点问题。同时,以细胞模型、动物模型和临床肿瘤标本为研究对象,汇总了质谱成像技术在乳腺癌方面的应用进展,并进行了展望,为开展癌症精准分型研究和药物药效的快速筛查提供了重要依据。

基于表面增强拉曼散射技术(SEr.),成功制备了一种新型分子印迹传感器(MIp.).选择SiO_2@Ag复合材料作为基底材料,氰戊菊酯(FE)作为模板分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)作为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)作为交联剂,制备SiO_2@Ag@MIp.用于检测FE.检测结果表明,SiO_2@Ag@MIp.对于FE具有极高的检测灵敏度:在最佳的条件下,拉曼强度和FE的浓度呈现出良好的线性关系(r.=0. 955),检出限为10-9mol·L-1.这种新型分子印迹传感器为检测拟除虫菊酯类农药提供了新方法.
