34.狼尾草萌发期抗旱性综合评价

为评价狼尾草抗旱能力,筛选优异资源,以34.狼尾草材料为对象,研究其PEG-6000胁迫下种子发芽特性,采用隶属函数法和聚类分析对狼尾草抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,5%的PEG-6000浓度处理下,狼尾草的发芽率、萌发指数、发芽指数较对照显著增加,表现为促进效应;随着干旱胁迫的增加,各材料发芽受抑作用明显。狼尾草胚芽长和胚根长随PEG浓度的增加呈逐渐下降趋势,其中胚芽较胚根对干旱更敏感。依据测定指标差异程度和变异系数,表明15%的PEG-6000是狼尾草萌发期抗旱性鉴定的适宜浓度。在此浓度处理下,34.狼尾草综合评价值在0.027~0.94.之间,其中LW31最高,LW29最低。通过聚类分析所有材料被分为3类,其中LW4.LW9、LW11、LW31、LW4.、LW20-2和LW21-1属抗旱材料,可作为狼尾草抗旱性新品种选育的基础材料。

In this paper, the water resources carrying capacity of the Tarim River Basin was quantitatively evaluated using the integrated fuzzy assessment model （IFAM）. The results revealed that Among the five sub-areas in the Tarim River Basin, the final fuzzy integrated assessment value of Kezhou region was found to be the highest （0.623）, which reveals that there is a relatively high potential for exploitation and utilization of water resources in this region;the membership grades of the five sub-areas in the Tarim River Basin to z 2 and z 3 are all high, which reveals that the degree of exploitation of water resources in these sub-areas is prop erly, they still have carrying capacity to some extent.

Through comparative analysis, We research the relationship between cotton future price and cotton spot price in different regions, in order to formulate corresponding strategies in different regions under the new situation. We use ADF unit root test, E-G two-step cointegration test, Granger causality test, and other research methods in Eviews 5.0 statistical software, to empirically study the relationship between the cotton future price and cotton spot price in xinjiang, the relationship between the cotton future price and cotton spot price in china. The results show that there is a long-term relationship between the cotton future price and cotton spot price in xinjiang, between the cotton future price and cotton spot price in china; the cotton future price plays unidirectional role in guiding cotton spot price in xinjiang and cotton spot price in china. The discovery function of cotton future price plays much greater role in the cotton market of china than in the cotton market of xinjiang.

In this paper, a set of sufficient conditions is obtained for the ultimate boundedness of nonautonomous n-species diffusive Lotka-Volterra sub-models in two heterogeneous patches. The sub-models are the Lotka-Volterra tree systems, including the Lotka-Volterra chain systems and the Lotka-Volterra models between one and multispecies. The criteria in this paper are in explicit forms of the parameters and thus are easily verifiable.

The study on relationship between eco-geographic environment(EGE) and regional development(RD) is of theoretical and practical significance to promote the comprehensive study on nature and human factors and regional coordination *** on the evaluation index system and models of EGE and RD, Quadrant Analysis Method(QAM) and the Coordination Degree and Coordinated Development Degree Model(CDCDDM) were applied to studying the relationship between EGE and RD in xinjiang in this *** results show that xinjiang can be divided into four type regions according to the relationship between EGE and RD, namely high coordination region(HCR), overloading development region(ODR), low coordination region(LCR) and potential development region(PDR).Most areas of xinjiang belong to LCR which can not bear a larger population and support large-scale economic ***, ODR and PDR, which are mainly distributed in piedmont oases and take basin as unit, should be focused on in the development of *** EGE has great influence on RD, and there is serious contradiction between *** suggestions on development strategies were put forward according to the character of different type regions, and the key regions of macro-layout of RD in xinjiang were pointed out.

"塔里木河干流中游灌区9.00×103hm2退耕封育项目"是塔里木河流域近期综合治理工程的子项目,退耕封育的规模为9.00×103hm2,其中,库灌区退耕1.4.×103hm2,河灌区退耕3.60×103hm2,泵灌区退耕4.00×103hm2。退耕封育后,农田灌溉用水改为生态灌溉用水,减少了用水量。人工种植的农作物被天然野生植被所替代,同时可提高对保留耕地的利用率,扩大耕地的播种面积,增加地表植被的覆盖度。退耕封育后,可节约水量9.70×107m3,除满足封育生态用水外,还可增加塔里木河下泄水量3.10×107m3。因此,退耕封育,从环境保护的角度来看,环境效益比较显著,不但可以改善项目区的生态环境,而且还可节约一定的水量用于塔里木河下游的生态环境建设,对维护塔里木河下游生态环境建设至关重要。

Empirical Analysis of xinjiang's Bilateral Trade: Gravity Model Approach

Based on the basic trade gravity model and xinjiang's practical situation, new explanatory variables (GDP, GDPpc and SCO) are introduced to build an extended trade gravity model fitting for xinjiang's bilateral trade. From the empirical analysis of this model, it is proposed that those three variables affect the xinjiang's bilateral trade posi- tively. Whereas, geographic distance is found to be a significant factor influencing xinjiang’s bilateral trade negatively. Then, by the extended trade gravity model, this article analyzes the present trade situation between xinjiang and its main trade partners quantitatively in 2004. The results indicate that xinjiang cooperates with its most trade partners successfully in terms of present economic scale and developing level. xinjiang has established successfully trade part- nership with Central Asia, Central Europe and Eastern Europe, Western Europe, East Asia and South Asia. However, the foreign trade development with West Asia is much slower. Finally, some suggestions on developing xinjiang's for- eign trade are put forward.

欠平衡钻井作为一项为油气田勘探开发服务的新技术 ,在国内外已迅速发展。然而 ,国内在井底负压差设计理论与控制工艺方面的研究较少。文章讨论了欠平衡钻井井底负压差的确定因素和合理钻井液密度的计算方法。同时 ,着重论述了几种切实可行的井底负压差控制方法。文章所提出的有关理论模型和方法经过多口井的现场应用具有很高的参考价值 ,为今后的欠平衡钻井实践提供了借鉴。
