在推导出覆岩层下沉曲面方程和微元面平面伸张量方程的基础上构建了地下煤火燃空区各覆岩离层裂隙率、破断裂隙率和总裂隙率的二维分布模型,经实例分析发现,覆岩裂隙场是由离层裂隙场和破断裂隙场组成的竖向不连续具有各向异性的非均质多孔介质,覆岩四周裂隙率大,内部裂隙率小;随着覆岩埋深减小,裂隙发育程度逐渐降低,离层裂隙率极大值由0.36、0.20、0.14.0.12逐次降低,破断裂隙率极大值由0.32、0.11、0.05、0.02逐次降低;在覆岩中部区域出现裂隙率竖向变化突变点;覆岩周边裂隙率分布形式由破断裂隙主导,内部则由离层裂隙主导。基于钻孔红外热像分析技术提出了一种间接性的覆岩裂隙现场实测方法,经验证选取的5个点的裂隙率计算值与实测值的差异率都小于9%,差异率低,模型具有较高的可靠性。

γ-amidobutyric acid(GABA) is the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammalian central nervous system,exerts its effects through both ionotropic(GABA) and metabotropic(GABA) *** receptors mediate both presynaptic inhibition of neurotransmitter release and post-synaptic inhibition of neuronal excitability. Functional GABA receptor is composed of GABA and GABA subunits,each of which is unable to form a functional GABAB receptor in its own *** the qualitative analysis of functional GABA receptors on living cells,we have designed an activity-based photoaffinity biotinlyted probe based on CGP64.13,a GABA selective high-affinity *** probe labels the functional GABA receptor on the cell surface with high specificity in the activity *** probe not only specifically binds GABA which heterodimerizes with GABA to form the functional GABAB receptor,but also indirectly fished out the GABAB2 which also form the functional GABAB receptor with *** results,therefore revealed that the feasibility of the probe we designed as a tool to qualitatively detect functional GABA receptor,as well as other important signal protein which interact with functional GABA receptor in living cells.

本文用哈密顿原理建立了一种带竖缝耗能剪力墙结构在地震作用下的动力平衡方程,用Ritz法求解该方程,采用基于割线刚度和阻尼比等概率幅值平均的等效线性方法求解竖缝中的耗能装置的刚度和阻尼比,并通过对一耗能剪力场结构模型振动台试验的计算分析表明了该方法计算简单,且有较好的计算精度。为便于工程应用,对由耗能装置提供给结构的附加阻尼进行强行解耦,用振型分解反应谱的方法进行耗能结构地震反应的简化计算,并通过对一算例的计算分析表明了该简化方法具有一定的精度,该简化方法使对耗能结构的抗震计算与普通结构比较一致,该方法主要适用于小震作用下的耗能结构的抗震计算。

＜正＞In this paper, eight groups of chaotic attractors including hyperchaotic attractor of a four-order Chua’s circuit with a piecewise-linear nonlinearity are presented and a simple method to control chaos oscillation for this circuit is proposed by exploiting absolute stability theory in nonlinear systems. A linear feedback controller is derived based on linear matrix inequality （LMI）. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.

Phytoremediation is a new method for removing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from the environment.A study was conducted to investigate accumulation of pyrene and protein changes in maize of Zea mays L responding to the stress of 1week exposure to pyrene in the growth media.A group of three 5-week maize plants was allowed to grow in a nutrient solution of different pyrene concentration（0,0.1,1,and 10 mg/L） for 1 week,the roots were then taken for proteomic *** proteins in the roots were extracted and separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis;28 protein spots were different from those of the control *** comparisons of isoelectric point,molecular weight and abundance showed 14.up-regulated protein spots,four newly induced protein spots,6 down-regulated protein spots,and lost four *** ten proteins of different molecular weight were subjected to trypsin digestion and then peptide separation by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry;only six of them matched the database at molecular weights of 12.69,21.89,22.30,4..14.57.22 and 102.61 *** six matched proteins were centromere protein-like protein,putative heat shock protein,putative GTP-binding protein,6-phosphofructo-2-kinase,cytochrome P4.0,and fructose-2,*** study results have demonstrated the benefits of the proteomic approach in phytoremediation of PAHs and also provided new insights into pyrene degradation related proteins in maize roots.

This paper presents a method of establishing simplified equivalent circuit model of traveling wave ultrasonic motor by using 1/2 wavelength stator with the similar vibration characteristics. Combined with the vibration mode characteristics of the composite stator, the method utilizes Hamilton principle to obtain precise solution of the simplified equivalent circuit. The model shows the mechanism of ultrasonic motor, considering the influence of non-axisymmetric vibration mode, tooth outline, anisotropy of PZT (Piezoelectric ceramic), etc. With this method, various electric parameters corresponding to different vibration modes, such as static capacitance, dynamic capacitance, dynamic inductance, dynamic resistance, equivalent input impedance, etc., can be solved. Experiments show good agreement with theoretical results.

斜向入射的不规则波在海岸结构物前发生反射形成入、反射波共存的波浪场 ,对这种物理场的入、反射波的分离是海岸工程研究的一个重要课题 .改进了一种可用于斜向入射的不规则波分离的两点法 ,使得测波阵列的两波高仪可布置在结构物前任何方向上 .将此方法应用于三维波浪水池的物理模型试验研究 ,试验了不同的两波高仪的组合、不同的基床高度、不同的入射方向和不同的波浪要素等各种条件对分离结果的影响 ,结果表明 ,各种情况在满足非奇异条件下可得到较好的分离结果 .该方法计算简便 ,可以给出较准确的反射系数和入、反射波的频谱 .
