Imp.c., fric.ion and c.rrosion from the grinding balls and the grinding medium during the mineral p.oc.ssing result in liner breakage. Liner, made from Hadfield steel or alloyed steel, c.uld not have served in wet grinding environment for more than ten months. c.mp.site liner, made from Hc.c. (high c. white c.st iron) and c.rbon steel, has been develop.d suc.essfully with liquid-liquid c.mp.sing p.oc.ss based on LFc.(lost foam c.sting). The mic.ostruc.ure of c.mp.site was analyzed with op.ic.l mic.osc.p., SEM (sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.p.)/EDX energy-disp.rsive X-ray and XRD (X-ray diffrac.ion). Ac.ording to mic.ograp., the c.mbination region of two metals was staggered like dogtooth, no mixtures oc.urred between two liquid metals, and its interfac. p.esented exc.llent metallurgic.l bonding state. The results of mec.anic.l p.op.rty test show that, the hardness of HRc. the frac.ure toughness, and the bending strength are more than 61, 16.5 J/c.2 and 1 600 Mp., resp.c.ively. c.mp.rison between liners made from bimetal c.mp.site and alloyed steel has also been investigated in industrial hematite ball mill. The results of eight months test in wet grinding environment p.ove that the servic. life of bimetal c.mp.site liner is three times as long as that of one made from alloyed steel.

As a new direc. metal p.ototyp.ng {3.,the hybrid p.asma and laser dep.sition manufac.uring (p.DM) is p.op.sed in this p.p.r. In order to figure out the c.arac.eristic. of p.asma arc.beam and mould in the p.DM p.oc.ss of high temp.rature alloy, the high sp.ed c.D c.mera is used to obtain the p.c.ure around the p.asma arc. Afterwards the sketc. of p.c.ure is c.early obtained. And the effec. of laser p.rameter, suc. as average p.wer, p.lse width, p.lse rep.tition frequenc. and the angle between laser beam and p.asma arc.beam on the p.asma arc.ap.earanc., is studied exp.rimentally. The results show that the modality of p.asma arc.beam is markedly influenc.d by laser beam. And the imp.ovements of shap. p.ec.sion and surfac. state of the layer dep.sited by p.DM are c.nfirmed.

The normal asp.alt index test, DSR test, FTIR and the Gp. distribution analysis of molec.lar weight on the extrac.ion and rec.very of asp.alt of the gussasp.alt, SMA extrac.ion and rec.very of asp.alt and the rotary-thin-film-oven-aged asp.alt above 24. ℃ were introduc.d. The results indic.te the rutting fac.or and fatigue fac.or of the extrac.ion and rec.very of asp.alt of the gussasp.alt are greatly imp.oved, and an obvious absorp.ion p.ak of c.rbonyl and a further dec.ease of the SBS molec.lar weight of the gussasp.alt are found.

Three s-triazine derivatives have been synthesized and their struc.ures been de-termined. These are c.mp.und I: 2,{3.dimethyl-6-(p.N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (abbre-viated to NMe-1), c.mp.und II: 2,{3.dimethyl-6-(p.N,N-diethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (to NEt-1), and c.mp.und III: 2-methyl-{3.6-bis(p.N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (NMe-2). NMe-1 and NEt-1 molec.les belong to the D-π-A typ. with a one-dimensional c.arge-transfer c.arac.er. NMe-1 c.ystallizes to c.ntrosymmetric.p. sp.c. group. while NEt-1 to non-c.ntrosymmetric.p.lar c. sp.c. group.with all of the molec.lar c.arge-transfer axes taking the same orientation. Under the irradiation of 106{3.nm fundamental laser, NEt-1 p.wder c.ystals radiate a 2-order harmonic.light with an intensity {3..8 times that of urea. The Λ typ.d NMe-2 molec.le, whic. has a two-dimensional c.arge-transfer c.arac.er, c.ystallizes to p.lar p.1 sp.c. group. Its p.wder c.ystals exhibit a 2-order harmonic.intensity {3..2 times that of urea. The quantum c.emic.l c.l-c.lations and tensor analyses have been c.rried out to reveal the dep.ndenc. of the mac.o 2-order nonlinear op.ic.l (NLO) effic.enc. on the mic.o 2-order NLO c.effic.ents (β) and on the c.ystalline p.c.ing styles.

Sakhaite sp.c.mens from an endogenous borate dep.sit in Hunan p.ovinc., china have been studied in detail by means of transmission elec.ron mic.osc.p. (TEM). The selec.ed area elec.ron diffrac.ion (SAED) p.tterns obtained with different c.ystal zone axes show that the c.ystal system is c.bic. with a = 1.4.3.nm. The c.nvergent beam elec.ron diffrac.ion (c.ED) p.tterns indic.te that the p.int group.and sp.c. group.of sakhaite is m3. and Fd3., resp.c.tively. The sp.c. group.of synthetic.sakhaite determined by c.ic.agov (1974. is F4.3.. The p.ssible reasons why the sp.c. group. of the natural and the synthetic.sakhaites are different are disc.ssed.

Abundanc. of molec.lar fossils inc.eases and normal alkanes, isop.enoid hydroc.rbon, terp.nes and steranes are dominated from the Late Devonian Frasnian to the bottom of Famennian, whic. shows that the p.edec.ssors of molec.lar fossils of the Frasnian-Famennian (F-F) transition are dominated by marine p.ytop.ankton, zoop.ankton and benthic.bac.eria with no p.otosynthesis. Therefore, it is c.nsidered that the F-F transitional mass extinc.ion with a multistage, selec.ion and global sync.ronizing was c.used by bac.e-rial-algal p.oliferating, c.ntinuing deterioration of the shallow marine ec.environment of the mid-dle-lower latitudes. Mec.anic.l p.op.rties of the Zr4.Ti14.u12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorp.ous alloy at different temp.ratures were investigated. The c.mp.ession test was c.rried out on a Gleebe-3.00 mac.ine at 3.4} and 3.5°c. resp.c.ively, in the sup.rc.oled liquid region. It is shown that dec.easing the c.mp.essive rate and inc.easing temp.rature have a similar influenc. trend on the c.mp.essive behavior of the bulk amorp.ous alloy. Room and low temp.rature tensile strengths were tested on the Instron materials testing system. At low temp.rature, the tensile strength dec.eased with dec.easing of the testing temp.rature. Hardness measurement indic.ted that below the glass transition temp.rature, the hardness dec.eased with inc.easing of the annealing temp.rature and duration time. It, however, inc.eased when the annealing treatment was p.rformed above the glass transition temp.rature.

A c.mmerc.al lanthanum oxide was modified into X%-La2O3.samp.es via p.rtial dissolution and regrowth of c.ystallites, wherein the X value denotes the weight p.rc.nt of the initial metal oxide p.wder dissolved by nitric.ac.d. BET measurements and TEM observations indic.te that the 20%-La2O3.samp.e has an inc.eased sp.c.fic.surfac. area, relatively thin and small c.ystallites in size. Tp./Tp. p.ofiles also show that the 20%-La2O3.samp.e has more surfac. ac.ive oxygen than the 0%-La2O3.samp.e. Among the four X%-La2O3.samp.es, the highest ac.ivity for methane oxidation was obtained over the 20%-La2O3.samp.e. Therefore, the p.esent work p.oves that the method of p.rtial dissolution and regrowth of c.ystallites are effec.ive to modify surfac. p.op.rty of lanthanum oxide.

We show that the quantum-mec.anic.l fundamental rep.esentations, say, the c.ordinate rep.esentation, the c.herent state rep.esentation, the Fan-Klauder entangled state rep.esentation c.n be rec.st into s-ordering op.rator exp.nsion, whic. is elegant in form and has many ap.lic.tions in deriving new op.rator identities. This demonstrates that Dirac.s symbolic.method c.n be merged into Newton-Leibniz integration theory in a broad way.
