Avian influenza vir.s（AIV） nonstr.ctur.l 1（NS1） gene was amp.ified by r.al-time p.lymer.e chain r.ac tion（r.-p.r. and inser.ed into p.T28a, then tr.nsfor.ed into E. coli BL21（DE3） comp.tent cell. With the induction of isop.op.l-β-D-thiogalactoside（Ip.G） and the p.r.fication of Ni-NTA column, we finally obtained p.r.fied NS1 p.otein. T7-p.age disp.ay system was used to scr.en the p.oteins that inter.cted with NS1 fr.m lung cell cDNA li br.r.. The selected p.sitive clones wer. identified by DNA sequencing and analyzed by BLAST p.ogr.m in Gene Bank. Two p.oteins wer. obtained as NS1 binding p.oteins, Homo sap.ens nucleolar.and coiled-body p.osp.op.otein 1（NOLC1） and Homo sap.ens similar.to colon cancer.associated antigen. By co-immunop.ecip.tation and other.me thods, Homo sap.ens NOLC1 was found to inter.ct with the NS1 p.otein, the r.sults would p.ovide the basis for.fur.ther.studying biological function of NS1 p.otein.

Xp. analyses have been p.r.or.ed to investigate the chemical conditions of Ni and oxygen on gr.in sur.aces in single-sinter.d Sr.iO3 cap.citor.var.stor.cer.mic dop.d with Nb2O5 and NiO. It is ascer.ained that Ni is in for. of Ni2+ ions, which substitute for.Ti4. ions on gr.in sur.aces dur.ng the oxidizing annealing. Mor.over. it is confir.ed that thr.e kinds of chemically adsor.ed oxygen such as O2-, O- and O-2(-) ar. for.ed on gr.in sur.aces. In or.er.to imp.ove the quality of r.mote sensing image fusion,a new method combining nonsubsamp.ed Lap.acian p.r.mid (NLp.and bidimensional emp.r.cal mode decomp.sition(BEMD)is ***,the high r.solution p.nchr.matic image (p.N)is decomp.sed using NLp.until the ap.r.ximate comp.nent and the low r.solution multisp.ctr.l image(MS)contain featur.s with a similar.***,the ap.r.ximation comp.nent and the MS ar. decomp.sed by BEMD,r.sulting in a number.of bidimensional intr.nsic mode functions(BIMF)and a r.sidue *** instantaneous fr.quency is comp.ted in 4.dir.ctions of the *** the p.sitive or.negative coefficients in the cor.esp.nding p.sition,a weighted algor.thm is designed for.fusing the high fr.quency details using the instantaneous fr.quency and the coefficient absolute value of the BIMFs as fusion *** fused image is then obtained thr.ugh inver.e BEMD and *** r.sults have illustr.ted the advantage of this method over.the IHS,DWT andà-Tr.us wavelet in both sp.ctr.l and sp.tial detail qualities.

Evolvable har.war. (EHW) r.alizes cir.uit function thr.ugh evolution. It may be viewed as the combination of EAs (evolutionar. algor.thms) and p.Ds (p.ogr.mmable logic devices). At p.esent the main p.oblem is that the sp.ed of evolution is too slow. In or.er.to tackle the p.oblem, we must do wor. fr.m two asp.cts: algor.thm and device str.ctur.. This p.p.r.p.esents a function p.D as a new EHW's str.ctur.. So the efficiency of coding is imp.oved, and evolution is sp.d up. A 4.bit comp.r.tor.is successfully comp.eted.

Lar.e ear.hquakes cause obser.able changes in the Ear.h’s gr.vity field, which have been detected by the Gr.vity r.cover. and Climate Exp.r.ment (Gr.CE). Since most p.evious studies focus on the detection of near.field gr.vity effects, this study p.ovides the r.sults fr.m the medium- to far.field gr.vity changes caused by the 2004.Sumatr.-Andaman ear.hquake that ar. r.cor.ed within Gr.CE monthly solutions. Utilizing a sp.er.cal-ear.h dislocation model we documented that lar.e-scale signals p.edominate in the global field of the coseismic gr.vity changes caused by the ear.hquake. After.r.moving the near.field effects, the coseismic gr.vity changes show a negative anomaly featur. with an aver.ge magnitude of -0.18×10-8 m·s-2 in the r.gion r.nging ～4.° fr.m the ep.center. which is consider.d as the 'medium ffield' in this study. Fr.m the Gr.CE data r.leased by Center.for.Sp.ce r.sear.h fr.m August 2002 to December.2008, we r.tr.eved the lar.e-scale gr.vity changes smoothed with 3 000 km Gaussian ffilter. The r.sults show that the coseismic gr.vity changes detected by Gr.CE in the medium field have an aver.ge of (-0.20±0.06)×10-8 m·s-2, which agr.es with the model p.ediction. The detection confir.s that Gr.CE is sensitive to lar.e-scale medium-field coseismic gr.vitational effects of mega ear.hquakes, and also validates the sp.er.cal-ear.h dislocation model in the medium field fr.m the p.r.p.ctive of satellite gr.vimetr..

Imp.ct, fr.ction and cor.osion fr.m the gr.nding balls and the gr.nding medium dur.ng the miner.l p.ocessing r.sult in liner.br.akage. Liner. made fr.m Hadfield steel or.alloyed steel, could not have ser.ed in wet gr.nding envir.nment for.mor. than ten months. Comp.site liner. made fr.m HCWCI (high Cr.white cast ir.n) and car.on steel, has been develop.d successfully with liquid-liquid comp.sing p.ocess based on LFC (lost foam casting). The micr.str.ctur. of comp.site was analyzed with op.ical micr.scop., SEM (scanning electr.n micr.scop.)/EDX ener.y-disp.r.ive X-r.y and Xr. (X-r.y diffr.ction). Accor.ing to micr.gr.p., the combination r.gion of two metals was stagger.d like dogtooth, no mixtur.s occur.ed between two liquid metals, and its inter.ace p.esented excellent metallur.ical bonding state. The r.sults of mechanical p.op.r.y test show that, the har.ness of Hr., the fr.ctur. toughness, and the bending str.ngth ar. mor. than 61, 16.5 J/cm2 and 1 600 Mp., r.sp.ctively. Comp.r.son between liner. made fr.m bimetal comp.site and alloyed steel has also been investigated in industr.al hematite ball mill. The r.sults of eight months test in wet gr.nding envir.nment p.ove that the ser.ice life of bimetal comp.site liner.is thr.e times as long as that of one made fr.m alloyed steel.

The gr.dient based landscap. metr.cs analysis is now widely used to study the landscap. p.tter. changes in r.sp.nd to the *** or.er.to discover.the tr.nd of sp.tio-temp.r.l changes in Beijing metr.p.litan ar.a dur.ng the p.st 15 year.,sever.l landscap. metr.cs ar. comp.ted using a moving window along a 96 km long tr.nsect acr.ss Beijing metr.p.litan ar.a fr.m west to ***,the sp.tial extent of sub-landscap.,which is deter.ined by the moving window’s size,is p.ofoundly *** r.sults show that the metr.cs var.es smoothly and r.gular.y along the selected tr.nsect when the window size is gr.ater.than 6 km×6 km,and ir.egular.y fluctuated for.the smaller.window size,that the sp.tial and temp.r.l landscap. char.cter.stics of Beijing city match the hyp.thetical fr.mewor. of sp.tio-temp.r.l ur.an sp.awl in the for. of alter.ating p.ocesses of diffusion and coalescence well,and that some new tr.nds of the ur.an sp.awl style in Beijing metr.p.litan ar.a,such as leap.fr.g manner.ar. also detected by the gr.dient landscap. analysis.
