Heart valve diseases threaten human health. One reliable way to save lives of such patients is to replace the pathologically changed heart valves by artificial ones. Over 2.million patients have received LTI-carbon heart valve’s implantation. However, the thrombosis after the implantation is one of the difficulties that need to be solved. In order to improve the blood compatibility and security of mechanical heart valves, ion beam technology was used to modify the surface properties of the materials. The investigation results have been summarized in this paper.

Cryo-electron microscopy and image reconstruction were used to determine the three-dimensional structure of Infectious flacherie virus (IFV). 504. particles were selected for the final reconstruction. The FSC curve showed that the resolution of this capsid structure was 18 ·. The structure is a psuedo T=3 (P=3) icosahedral capsid with a diameter of 302.4.· and a single shell thickness of 15 ·. The density map showed that IFV has a smooth surface without any prominent protrude or depression. Comparison of the IFV structure with those of the insect picorna-like virus-Cricket paralysis virus (CrPV)and human picornavirus-Human rhinovirus 14.(HRV 14. revealed that the IFV structure resembles the CrPV structure. The "Rossmann canyon" is absent in both IFV and CrPV particles. The polypeptide topology of IFV VP2. IFV VP3 was predicted and the subunit location at the capsid surface was further analyzed.

The paper mainly discusses the integrity of the forwarded subscription message guaranteed by secure channel which encrypted in data communication by using data encryption standard （DES） algorithm and chaos code algorithm between broker nodes in the routing process of the contentbased publish/subscribe system. It analyzes the security of the secure channel encrypted with data communication by DES algorithm and chaos code algorithm, and finds out the secure channel can be easily attacked by known plain text. Therefore, the paper proposes the improved algorithm of message encryption and authentication, combining encryption and the generation of the message authentication code together to finish scanning at one time, which enhances both the secure degree and running efficiency. This secure channel system has a certain reference value to the pub/sub system requiring highly communication security.

Six kinds of emotions,namely joy,surprise,disgust,grief,anger and fear,are elicited from 300 ordinary college students by means of high-rated movie *** signals of galvanic skin response(GSR),heart rate(HR),blood volume pulse(BVP),electrocardiogram(ECG),respiration(Rsp.),facial electromyography(EMG) and two channels of electroencephalography(EEG) from the frontal lobe were recorded while the subjects were watching the affective eliciting *** samples of each kind of signals are analyzed by using random matrix theory(RMT).From the distribution of the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the correlation matrices of BVP,facial EMG and two EEGs,we find that the statistical properties of these four kinds of signals coincide with the RMT ***,the largest eigenvalue and the corresponding eigenvector component distribution of the correlation matrices of GSR,HR,ECG and *** deviated significantly from the RMT *** experiments also reveal that the correlations between two arbitrary samples of BVP,facial EMG or EEGs does not result from affective response but from random noises,whereas the amplitude variations of GSR,HR,ECG and *** the correlated affective physiological response *** to the data analysis results of RMT,110 features are firstly extracted from the GSR and HR signals,and then a subset of the initial features is selected by using the Backward Selection *** affective data samples each of which is a vector of the features are classified by using a Fisher classifier,and furthermore,the user-independent emotion recognition systems with good prediction performance are constructed during the model selection process.

The condensates are generally characterized by high maturity,low concentration of steranes and ter-panes biomarkers and low content of non-hydrocarbon fraction. In this case commonly used steranes,terpanes and carbazoles parameters cannot be effectively applied in the reservoir-filling tracing. The hydrogen bond formed by sulfur atom in the dibenzothiophenes (DBTs) results in molecule adsorption and fractionation during oil migration in reservoir. Like carbazoles,total DBTs content decreases with the increasing of oil migration distance. Therefore,a new parameter——total DBTs content is proposed to be used to trace the oil migration orientation and filling pathway. In present study,total DBTs con-tents of condensates and light oils are obtained by adding internal standard——eight deuterium atoms substituted DBT during Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry analysis of aromatic fraction. Except for a few samples with much lower content of non-hydrocarbon fraction,the total DBTs content shows a fine positive correlation with that of carbazoles. Large errors can be caused in the process of pyrrolic nitrogen compounds separation. The application of this new parameter in the Fushan Depression of Beibu Gulf Basin,South China Sea indicates that this parameter is a reliable one to trace filling pathway in condensate reservoirs. Combined with other DBTs-related parameters,such as 4./1-methydibenzo-thiophene and 2.4./1,4.dimethyldibenzothiophene,oil migration orientation and filling pathway of the Fushan Depression was determined. The accumulations of Huachang oil field in the Fushan Depres-sion are mainly migrated and charged from northeast to southeast along the Huachang uplift. It can be predicated that the light oil and condensates in the Huachang oil field should be sourced from the source kitchen at the Bailian Sag. It shows that total DBTs content is an effective parameter to tracing oil migration orientation and filling pathway.

The ZrO2.TiO2.pillared laponite （Ti-Zr-lap） photocatalysts were prepared with intercalation reaction by supercritical fluid drying （SCFD）,and characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM and BET surface area analysis,and the photocatalytic properties of Ti-Zr-lap were investigated by degradation of azo dye acid red B （ARB）.The results showed that the ZrO2.TiO2.pillared structures in laponite could be formed,with the mass fraction of （Zr4.＋Ti4.）/laponite （Xm） increasing,the basal spacing and the BET surface area of Ti-Zr-lap significantly *** Ti-Zr-lap used as photocatalyst had the advantages of stable and porous layered structure,large surface area with the anatase type *** with the Ti-Zr-lap dried by air drying,the Ti-Zr-lap dried by SCFD showed better photocatalytic property which was very close to that of P2. *** the Ti-Zr-lap as photocatalyst with the optimum Xm of 0.16 and the calcination temperature of 500 ℃,under the conditions of the initial concentration of ARB 2. mg/L,photocatalyst concentration of 1.5 g/L and irradiation time 60 min,the decoloring rate of ARB could achieve 98.3%,indicating that the Ti-Zr-lap had excellent photocatalytic property.

Based on the minimum-range approach, a new geometric approach is proposed to deal with blind source separation in this paper. The new approach is the batch mode of the original minimum-range approach. Compared with the original approach, the optimization algorithm of the proposed approach needs no parameters and is more efficient and reliable. In addition, the extension of minimum-rangebased approaches is discussed. The simulations show the efficiency of the proposed approach.

The solution of the current wind retrieval algorithm for scatterometers has several wind vector ambi-guities, due to the bi-harmonic relationship between normalized backscattering cross section and the relative wind direction and the existence of the measurement error. In order to remove the ambiguities for a unique wind field, a circular median filter approach (CMF) is usually adopted. But under the con-dition for clustering distribution of the false ambiguities in some local areas, the CMF fails and thus engenders block ambiguities, which degrade the precision of the retrieved wind field. For such a situation, a technique of identification and removal of the block ambiguities is presented to further optimize the retrieved wind field after CMF. It is demonstrated in experiment that this technique can identify and remove most of the block ambiguities.
