Integrated standardization is one of the fundamenta l forms of modern standardization. It is the combination of system science and the content of standardization. The development of system science has provided theo retic foundation and precondition for integrated standardization. The relevant r esearch on integrated standardization and system engineering illustrate that int egrated standardization is a advanced method which presented with the developmen t of modern science and technology . Integrated standardization treat the re levant factors of standardization as a system, and wholly standarlize the factor s in order to reach the best level of technology and quality. Integrated standardization is a large system engineering. In modern industr y the contact among different departments is being constantly enlarged and t he complexity of product is being constantly increased. This situation demands s trict correspond and united request in all the following aspects: raw mate rial, organs, fittings, technical measures of production, preparation for produc tion, ways of organizing the production. The traditional measure which establish the respective standard separately must be replaced by multi-spetialty standa rdization in large spectrum. The current situation and the development of syste m science has provided theoretic foundation and precondition for this kind of st andardization. Product or project can be managed with system engineering of proj ect, while the correspond standardization can be managed with system engineering of standardization. Integrated standardization virtually is system engineering of standardization, w hich use the theory to deal with the problem about standardization . Discrete Hopfield neural network with delay is an extension of discrete Hopfield neural network. As it is well known, the stability of neural networks is not only the most basic and important problem but also foundation of the network＇s applications. The stability of discrete HJopfield neural networks with delay is mainly investigated by using Lyapunov function. The sufficient conditions for the networks with delay converging towards a limit cycle of length 4.are obtained. also, some sufficient criteria are given to ensure the networks having neither a stable state nor a limit cycle with length 2. The obtained results here generalize the previous results on stability of discrete Hopfield neural network with delay and without delay.

Indian Ocean-MORB-type isotopic signature of Yushigou ophiolite in North Qilian Mountains and its implications

In order to explore the disputed issue concerning the tectonic affinity ofthe ancient ocean mantle of North Qilian Mountains (NQM), geochemical and Sr, Nd, Pb isotopiccompositions of pillow basalts of the Yushigou Ophiolite (YSGO) suite from NQM have been analyzedsystematically. The pillow basalts exhibit tholeiitic characteristics, with flatchondrite-normalized REE patterns ((La/Yb)_N = 0.98—1.2.). They display no Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf negativeanomalies, and show MORB features in 2.b-Zr/4.Y and Ti/100-Zr-YX3.tectonic discrimination *** results indicate that the Yushigou ophiolite is most likely to be formed in a mid-ocean ridgeor mature back-arc basin. Their isotopic data show a relatively broad and enriched ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr(0.70509 — 0.70700), restricted ^(14.)Nd/^(14.)Nd (0.512.55-0.512.78). Pb isotopes are in the rangeof ^(2.6)Pb/^(2.4.Pb (18.054.2..562., ^(2.7)Pb/^(2.4.Pb (15.53.-15.74.) and ^(2.8)Pb/^(2.4.Pb(3..068-3..53.). These isotopic data imply that the basalts originated from the depleted mantle(DMM), with the involvement of enriched mantle components (mainly EMII). Geochemical comparisonsbetween the basalts in YSGO and the MORB-type basalts of ophiolite suites occurring in the knownancient Tethyan tectonic domain indicate that the ancient oceanic mantle represented by YSGO suiteforming in early Paleozoic in the North Qilian Moutains is very similar to the Tethyan mantle inboth trace elements and isotopic compositions. The North Qilian Mountains should be a part of theTethyan tectonic domain in early Paleozoic. This further implies that the Tethyan tectonic domaincan be deduced to early Paleozoic in the study area, which will be helpful to discussing thetectonic affinity and evolution of the North Qilian Mountains.

Large second-order optical nonlinearities of s-triazine derivatives: View from micro molecules to macro crystals

Three s-triazine derivatives have been synthesized and their structures been de-termined. These are Compound I: 2.4.dimethyl-6-(p-N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (abbre-viated to NMe-1), Compound II: 2.4.dimethyl-6-(p-N,N-diethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (to NEt-1), and Compound III: 2.methyl-4.6-bis(p-N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (NMe-2.. NMe-1 and NEt-1 molecules belong to the D-π-A type with a one-dimensional charge-transfer character. NMe-1 crystallizes to centrosymmetric P1 space group, while NEt-1 to non-centrosymmetric polar Cc space group with all of the molecular charge-transfer axes taking the same orientation. Under the irradiation of 1064.nm fundamental laser, NEt-1 powder crystals radiate a 2.order harmonic light with an intensity 4..8 times that of urea. The Λ typed NMe-2.molecule, which has a two-dimensional charge-transfer character, crystallizes to polar P2. space group. Its powder crystals exhibit a 2.order harmonic intensity 4..2.times that of urea. The quantum chemical cal-culations and tensor analyses have been carried out to reveal the dependence of the macro 2.order nonlinear optical (NLO) efficiency on the micro 2.order NLO coefficients (β) and on the crystalline packing styles.

The continental volcanic rocks and volcaniclas-tic sedimentary conglomerates of the Cangshuipu Formation occur well in Yiyang of Hunan Province, consisting of a wedge-shaped succession of Neoproterozoic strata that over-lie with high-angle unconformity the flysch turbidites of the Lengjiaxi Group in the Upper Mesoproterozoic Eonothem. SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating gives a weighted mean age of 814. 12.Ma for the dacitic volcanic agglomerates from the lowest part of the volcanic rocks in the Cangshuipu Forma-tion. This age is younger than previously reported values of 92.—93. Ma for the volcanic rocks from the Cangshuipu Formation. Our new dating represents the lower boundary age of the Neoproterozoic System in the studied area. The younger age for the Cangshuipu volcanic rocks is supported by the following observations: （1） Lower Neoproterozoic strata （814.1000 Ma） are missing in the studied area; （2. the Nanhua rift system was initiated at about 82. Ma; and （3. an age of82. Ma may be taken as the lower boundary tim-ing of the Nanhua System （even Neoproterozoic） in South China.

EXAFS Studies on Local Atomic Structure in the Amorphous Mg_(65)Cu_(2.)Gd_(10) alloy

Local atomic structures of an amorphous Mg65Cu2.Gd10 alloy and the structural changes by thermal annealing have been studied by extended X-ray absorption fine structure （EXAFS）. The correlation between structural changes and mechanical properties for the Mg65Cu2.Gd10 alloy has also been discussed. Results showed that Cu atoms around Gd in Mg65Cu2.Gd10 lost rapidly during annealing , resulting in the segregation of Cu atoms. The coordination number NGd-Mg of Mg65Cu2.Gd10 annealed at 3.3.K first diminished and then augmented with the increase of annealing time. The formation of polyhedral short-range order unit with coordination number of nearly 12.around Gd atoms is in favor of the improvement of mechanical properties. The chemical short-range order, not topological short-range order in the amorphous Mg65Cu2.Gd10 alloy had obvious changes during annealing.

Impact, friction and corrosion from the grinding balls and the grinding medium during the mineral processing result in liner breakage. Liner, made from Hadfield steel or alloyed steel, could not have served in wet grinding environment for more than ten months. Composite liner, made from HCWCI (high Cr white cast iron) and carbon steel, has been developed successfully with liquid-liquid composing process based on LFC (lost foam casting). The microstructure of composite was analyzed with optical microscope, SEM (scanning electron microscope)/EDX energy-dispersive X-ray and XRD (X-ray diffraction). According to micrograph, the combination region of two metals was staggered like dogtooth, no mixtures occurred between two liquid metals, and its interface presented excellent metallurgical bonding state. The results of mechanical property test show that, the hardness of HRC, the fracture toughness, and the bending strength are more than 61, 16.5 J/cm2.and 1 600 MPa, respectively. Comparison between liners made from bimetal composite and alloyed steel has also been investigated in industrial hematite ball mill. The results of eight months test in wet grinding environment prove that the service life of bimetal composite liner is three times as long as that of one made from alloyed steel.

The 2.th century is a "quality century". Facing the s evere challenge about quality, all the developed industry countries attach impor tance to the research and education about quality project. With the deepening of the reform of China and it’s joining to WTO, many industries and enterprises wi ll be confronted with severe challenge while being offered the opportunity to wa lk up to the world. The arrival of knowledge economy and web time has provided t he space for the innovation on enterprise management. It has also provided new m ethod and model for enterprise management, that is online management based on th e internet. The online management use an enterprise model including the goal of the enterprise and the scheme to carry out it to represent the whole operational of all the work. The online management is constructed on the integration of exp ert system, database, software and other technical models. How to scientifically manage the entire system of product, precisely master the condition of quantity and quality and analyze the rules of the change of produc t quality in order to carry out the overall control of quality, guarantee the go od condition of product as well as improve product quality and prolong it’s se rvice life was discussed in this thesis. Based on the above research the thesis also discussed how to develop the study on product quality information and const ruct it’s decision making support system. The concrete measures to improve peopl e’s concept of quality are also raised. Based on the type analysis, scientific management of product quality information should start from dynamic information of quality, instruction information as we ll as the information about the use, maintain, management and conservation of pr oduct, and induce them and further propose a design scheme of feedback system on product quality information, and then set up the blueprint of the information s ystem of product quality.
