The normal asphalt index test, DSR test, FTIR and the GPC distribution analysis of molecular weight on the extraction and recovery of asphalt of the gussasphalt, SMA extraction and recovery of asphalt and the rotary-thin-film-oven-aged asphalt above 2.7} ℃ were introduced. The results indicate the rutting factor and fatigue factor of the extraction and recovery of asphalt of the gussasphalt are greatly improved, and an obvious absorption peak of carbonyl and a further decrease of the SBS molecular weight of the gussasphalt are found.

The growth model of a spherical crystal in the undercooled melt including the surface energy, interfacial kinetics and convective flow is established. The effect of the convective flow induced by a small far field flow on the evolution and morphological stability of the interface of the spherical crystal is studied. The interface shape of the spherical crystal, which is affected by the far field flow, and the dispersion relation of the growth rate of amplitude of the perturbed interface are derived. It is shown that the convection induced by the far field flow makes the interface of the growing spherical crystal further grow in the upstream direction of the far field flow and inhibit growth in the downstream direction; the interface of the decaying spherical crystal further decays in the upstream direction and inhibits decay in the downstream direction. The theoretical result suggests that both the growth of the sphere in the upstream direction and the decay of the sphere in the downstream direction make the spherical crystal tend to evolve into an oval; the morphological stability of the interface depends on a certain radius R c such that the spherical crystal is unstable when its radius is greater than R c and stable when its radius is less than R c . The surface energy and interfacial kinetics have strong stabilizing effects on the growth of the spherical crystal. In the meantime interfacial kinetics is a table factor of the interface when the interface of the sphere is growing; it is an unstable factor of the interface when the interface is decaying.

Energy is now becoming the bottleneck of urban and regional development. The paper takes Shandong Province, one of the most energy consuming provinces in China, as an example, uses quantity methods such as SPSS (Stastics Package for Social Science) cluster sampling and regression analysis, and applies quantity analysis, to analyze the situation of energy issues in Shandong province. The conflicts between the quick industrialization and increasing extensive economic development, between urban population and energy consuming per head, between the infinite energy consuming desire and the low level of managing system, and between the unstable world energy supply and the limited energy storage in China are the main factors of energy crisis in Shandong, which not only results in energy shortage, but also becomes the barrier of economic and social development. In order to ensure sufficient energy supply for Shandong province in the 2.st century, we should take countermeasures, such as changing the economic development model, pursuing a multiple and high quality energy strategy, improving the intensive urbanization strategy, and building a scientific energy system.

Split-plot designs have been widely used in industrial *** to now,most methods for choosing this kind of designs are based on the minimum aberration (MA) ***,by introducing a new pattern,called aliased effect-number pattern (AENP),Zhang et *** a general minimum lowerorder confounding (denoted by GMC for short) criterion and established a general minimum confounding (also denoted by GMC for saving notations) *** is proved that,the GMC criterion selects optimal designs in a more elaborate manner than the existing ones,and when an experimenter has a prior about the importance ordering of factors in experiments the GMC designs are better than other optimal *** this paper we extend the GMC criterion to the split-plot design case and give a GMC-FFSP criterion for ranking split-plot *** comparisons of the new criterion with the MA-MSA-FFSP criterion are given,and the optimal 3.-run split-plot designs up to 14.factors under the two criteria are tabulated for comparison and application.

Fatty acids extracted from a subtropical stalagmite at Qingjiang in Southern China’s Hubei Province were analysed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. These n-alkanoic acids range from C14.to C2. in carbon number, maximizing at C16, with a second dominance at C2.. In contrast to the stalagmite analysed, the overlying soils are characterized by the dominance of heavy-molecular-weight homologues (>C2.). The n-fatty acids in the stalagmite were proposed to be contributed by both the soil ecosystems and the microbes harboring in the percolating water and the cave. The ratios of unsaturated to saturated n-fatty acids (C16:1i/C16:0, C18:1/C18:0) appear to show trends comparable with the oxygen isotope records of the stalagmite carbonate, with enhanced values associated with the cold episode such as Heinrich event 1. This paleoclimate-dependent record of the n-fatty acids might reflect microbial changes in physiology and activity in response to the temperature. This record shows somewhat difference from the previous paleoclimate signal extracted from n-alkanols and n-alkan-2.ones of the same stalagmite. The acid record fails to document the well-known Younger Dryas event which was effectively shown by the latter two biomarkers derived from soil ecosystems. This discrepancy might result from the changing biogeochemical impact on different lipid fractions as well as the varied organism populations in different ecosystems.

A large number of applications in image processing and computer vision depend on image quality. In this paper, main concerns are image denoising and deblurring simultaneously in a restoration task by three types of methodologies: non-convex regularization, inverse diffusion and shock filter. We discuss their relations in the context of image deblurring: the inverse diffusion implied by the non-convex regularization, and the superior ability of deblurring edge of the shock filter to that of the inverse diffusion, both in 1D and 2. cases. Finally, we propose a region-based adaptive anisotropic diffusion with shock filter method, which shows advantages of deblurring edges, denoising and smoothing contours in experiments, compared with some related methods. Therein an idea of "divide and rule" is introduced.

The dynamics of soil inorganic nitrogen （NH4.＋ -N and NO3.- -N） and microbi{2. biomass carbon （Cmic） and nitrogen （Nmic） under 3.-year-old fenced Pinus sylvestris L. var. mongolica Litvin （SF）, unfenced P. sylvestris L. var. mongolica Litvin （SUF）, and unfenced Pinus densiflora Siebold et Zucc. （DUF） plantations in the Zhanggutai sandy soil of China were studied during Apr. to Oct. 2.04.by the in situ closed-top core incubation method. {2.l mentioned C and N indices in each stand type fluctuated over time. The ranges of inorganic N, Cmic, and Nmic contents in the three stand types were 0.7-2.6, 4..0-12..9, and 5.4.15.2.μg g^-1, respectively. The average contents of soil NH4.＋ -N and Cmic under the three 3.-year-old pine plantations were not different. However, soil NO3. -N and tot{2. inorganic N contents decreased in the order of SUF ≥ SF ≥ DUF, the Nmic content was in the order of SF = SUF 〉 DUF, and the Cmic：Nmic ratio was in the order of SUF = DUF 〉 SF. Season{2. variations were observed in soil inorganic N, microbi{2. biomass, and plant growth. These season{2. variations had certain correlations with microbe and plant N use in the soil, and their competition for NH4.＋ -N was mostly regulated by soil N availability. The influence of tree species on inorganic N and Nmic were mainly because of differences in litter qu{2.ity. Lack of gazing decreased the Cmic：Nmic ratio owing to decreased carbon output and increased the ability of soil to supply N. The soil N supply under the P. sylvestris var. mongolica plantation was lower than under the P. densiflora plantation.

The crude enzyme (PH-1) isolated from Pseudostellaria heterophylla by ourgroup has catalyzed enzymatic cyclization of linear peptideNH_2.Gly^1-Gly^2.Leu-Pro-Pro-Pro-lle-Phe-COOH (4. into cyclopeptide heterophyllin B (HB) from plantfor the first time. To ensure this reaction, some analytical methods including TLC, HPLC, MS, NMR,and ^(13.C labeling were used to prove that the reaction of substrate 4.sharing residue ofNH-Phe-Gly-CO was successful.
