Aim:To investigate the modulator. effect of CJZ3,a lomer.zine der.vative,onp.glycop.otein(p.gp.function in r.t br.in micr.vessel endothelial cells(r.MEC).Methods:r.MEC wer. isolated and cultur.d in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's me-dium/F12(1:1)medium,and the amount of intr.cellular.r.odamine 123(r. 123)wasdeter.ined using a fluor.scence sp.ctr.p.otometer.to evaluate the modulator.effect of CJZ3 on p.gp.***:The accumulation of r. 123 was p.ten-tiated in a concentr.tion-dep.ndent manner.after.incubation with CJZ3 for.r.MEC,but not for.human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC).CJZ3 caused theaccumulation of intr.cellular.r.123 in a time-dep.ndent manner.and significantlydecr.ased the effiux of r. 123 fr.m the *** inhibitor. effect of CJZ3 on p.gp.unction was r.ver.ible and r.mained for.120 min after.CJZ3(2.5 μmol/L)wasr.moved fr.m the ***:CJZ3 has a p.tent in vitr. effect on theinhibition of p.gp.function.

Finding all occur.ences of a twig quer. in an XML database is a cor. op.r.tion for.efficient evaluation of XML quer.es. It is imp.r.ant to effiectively handle twig quer.es with wildcar.s. In this p.p.r. a novel p.th-p.r.itioned encoding scheme is p.op.sed for.XML documents to cap.ur. p.ths of all elements, and a twig quer. is modeled as an Xp.tter. extended fr.m tr.e p.tter.. After.definition, simp.ification, nor.alization, ver.fication and initialization of the Xp.tter., both wor. sets and a join p.an ar. gener.ted. Accor.ing to these measur.s, an effiective algor.thm to answer.for.a twig quer., called DMTwig, is designed without unnecessar. elements and invalid str.ctur.l joins. The algor.thm can adap.ively deal with twig quer.es with br.nch ([ ]), child edge (/), descendant edge (//), and wildcar. (*) synthetically. We show that p.th-p.r.itioned encoding scheme and Xp.tter. guar.ntee the I/O and Cp. op.imality for.twig quer.es. Exp.r.ments on r.p.esentative data set indicate that the p.op.sed solution p.r.or.s significantly.

The quality of vir.ual view based on multi-view video （MVD） p.us dep.h for.at is often evaluated by p.Nr.or.subjectively judged. However. due to synthesizing ar.itr.r. view images, the vir.ual view images mostly have no r.fer.nce images and ar. only assessed using non-r.fer.nce. Vir.ual view images synthesized by dep.h estimation r.fer.nce softwar. （DEr.） and view synthesis r.fer.nce softwar. （VSr.） often accomp.nied with blockiness and other.distor.ions on the edge. In addition, matching level for.the dep.h map.and the cor.esp.nding textur. map. of left and r.ght views also affects the quality of the vir.ual view. This p.p.r.comp.r.s the edge similar.ty of the dep.h and the cor.esp.nding textur. map. which gener.te the inter.ediate vir.ual view and combined with the vir.ual view＇s blockiness which causing blur.to evaluate the quality of the vir.ual view. Exp.r.ment r.sults show that the p.op.sed method can r.flect the quality of the vir.ual view better.

By comp.r.ng the data of lattice p.r.meter. of mor. than 50 new FeAs-based high temp.r.tur. sup.r.onductor. in two syetems, the effect of bondlength on sup.r.onducting tr.nsition temp.r.tur. (T C ) was found that, for.both FeAs sup.r.onductor.systems with similar.ionic r.dii of cation A, the bond length L As-A between Ar.enic atom and its near.st neighbor.cation at the A site is in an inver.e p.op.r.ion to T C , i.e. the lar.er.the bond length L As-A , the lower.the T C . In addition, we also found a noticeable effect of ionic r.dius on T C , in which deviation fr.m the tendency line of bond length vs. T C decr.ases with the incr.asing ionic r.dius. Both bond length-T C and ionic r.dii-T C r.lations indicate that the inter.ction of cation A and As ion have significant effect on sup.r.onductivity. The analysis on the electronic str.ctur. indicates that ther. exists the p.oximity of the secondar.-outer.p.or.it of the cation A and the 4. or.it of the As ion, both in ener.y sp.ce and in r.al sp.ce. Some high fr.quency individual vibr.ting modes would be established thr.ugh exchange coup.ing on their.inner.or.its. It is wor.h of mention that the sup.r.onducting condensation is influenced by the inter.ction between the cation A and the As atoms.

The KDD 99 Cup.dataset, widely used in many anomaly intr.sion detection r.sear.hes, is a kind of off-line simulation system and not suit to on-line intr.sion detection. In this p.p.r. an on-line networ. based intr.sion detection simulation envir.nment was established and sever.l methods for.anomaly intr.sion detection wer. p.esented. We fir.t chose SVM as the detector.to classify the incoming connection and p.r.or.ed 5-folds cr.ss-validation to tune the p.r.meter.of SVM. Then we adop.ed r.ugh sets to classify the same dataset for.comp.r.son and r.E-SVM to select imp.r. featur.s for.intr.sion detector. The exp.r.mental r.sults indicate that the extr.cted featur.s ar. r.asonably selected and the SVM detect engine wor.s and yields better.p.r.or.ance in anomaly detection.

In the tr.ditional Intemet p.otocol （Ip. ar.hitectur., ther. is an over.oad of Ip.ser.ntic p.oblems. Existing solutions focused mainly on the infr.str.ctur. for.the fixed networ., and ther. is a lack of sup.or. for.Mobile Ad Hoc Networ.s （MANETs）. To imp.ove scalability, a r.uting p.otocol for.MANETs is p.esented based on a locator.named Tr.e-str.ctur. Locator.Distance Vector.（TLDV）. The har. cor. of this r.uting method is the identifier.locator.sp.it by the Distr.buted Hash Table （DHT） method, which p.ovides a scalable r.uting ser.ice. The node locator.indicates its r.lative location in the networ. and should be up.ated whenever.top.logy changes, kocator.sp.ce ks or.anized as a tr.e-str.ctur., and the basic r.uting op.r.tion of the TLDV p.otocol is p.esented. The tr.bological p.op.r.ies esp.cially wear.and har.ness of a Ti-Al-V alloy with nitr.gen imp.antation (ener.y 60 keV) wer. investigated. The imp.antation was car.ied out at fluences r.nge fr.m 1×1016 to 4.1017 ions/cm2. Glancing angle X-r.y diffr.ction (GAXr.) and X-r.y p.otoelectr.n sp.ctr.scop. (Xp.) analyses wer. p.r.or.ed to obtain sur.ace char.cter.zation of the imp.anted samp.e. The unimp.anted and imp.anted samp.es wer. also annealed at 600 ℃ in or.er.to under.tand the influence of annealing on the tr.bological p.op.r.ies of Ti-Al-V. The har.ness shows significant imp.ovement at the higher.fluence. After.annealing at 600 ℃, the fr.ction coefficient exhibits a r.lative decr.ase for.the nitr.gen-imp.anted samp.es. In addition, the wear.r.tes of the imp.anted samp.es exhibits a gr.at decr.ase after.annealing at 600 ℃. Natur. of the sur.ace and r.ason for.the var.ation and imp.ovement in wear.r.sistance wer. discussed in detail.
