Aim:To test the possible involvement of TRPC3 in agonist-induced relaxationand flow-induced vasodilation in rat small mesenteric ***:MaleSprague-Dawley rats were used in the present *** 72 h-treatment ofantisense oligo via tail vein injection,isometric tension and isobaric diametermeasurement were carried out with isolated mesenteric artery segments by usingeither a Pressure Myograph or a Multi Myograph *** [Ca2+]ichanges were measured with a MetaFluor imaging system in response to flow orto 30 nmol/L ***:Immunohistochemical study showed that the72 h-treatment of antisense oligo via tail vein injection markedly decreased theTRPC3 expression in mesenteric arteries,indicating the effectiveness of theantisense *** tension and isobaric diameter measurement showedthat,although the antisense oligo treatment did not affect histamine-,ATP-,andCPA-induced relaxation,it did reduce the magnitude of flow-induced vasodilationby approximately 13% and decreased bradykinin-induced vascular relaxation withits EC50value raised by nearly *** [Ca2+]imeasurement revealedthat treatment of the arteries with antisense oligos significantly attenuated themagnitude of endothelial [Ca2+]irise in response to flow and to 30 nmol/L ***:The results suggest that TRPC3 is involved in flow-and bradykinin-induced vasodilation in rat small mesenteric arteries probably by mediating theCa2+influx into endothelial cells.

＜正＞Extracting acronyms and their expansions from plain text is an important problem in text mining. Previous research shows that the problem can be solved via machine learning *** is, converting the problem of acronym extraction to binary *** investigate the classification problem and find that the classes are highly unbalanced（the positive instances are very rare compared to negative ones）.So we try to tackle the problem using an uneven margin classifier - SVM with Uneven *** results showed that our approach can get better results than baseline methods of using heuristic rules and conventional SVM models. Experimental results also showed how uneven margins classifier made the tradeoff between the precision and recall of extraction.

China’s approval in 2001 of its Tenth Five-Year Plan for national economic development injected a large sum of investments to the application of information technologies. Many Chinese cities have taken the opportunity to construct digital cities as part of their urban development policies. By the end of 2002, 64.cities had had their plans of digital city construction formally approved by the Provincial or the Central government, with a total investment of over 75 billion U.S. dollars. What is the state of the practice in China’s digital city development? How can the strength and weakness of the digital city projects be evaluated? How much regional variations in digital capacities are there among cities in different provinces and what factors may account for the variations? How effective is digital city construction as a policy to stimulate economic development and to improve city management and services? How does the new process of informationalization in digital cities interact with the traditional process of urbanization in physical cities? What are the implications of the interaction for urban planning, land and resources management, and urban policy making? This paper reports a study addressing these questions. The study was based on a survey of 30 Chinese cities where there were established digital city programs. These cities are spread out in 20 provinces across the nation and represent a full range of large, medium, and small-sized urban areas. Combining data collected from National Statistical Bureau, Central and Provincial Governmental agencies, and local cities, the study developed an indexing system to evaluate digital city development in the 30 cities. Development of the index incorporates 72 urban indicators in four categories: urban infrastructure, economic eanacitv, information canacitv, and sustainabilitv.

The ebct of hydrogenation-dehydrogenation on the microstructure of forping Ti-24.l14.b-3V-0.5MO alloy was investigated by TEM and X-ray ddection. The resultsshowed that the microstructure consists of O and B2 phases as received materials, and tmoprmation of B2 phase to O phase can be eNctively promoted 6y hydrogenation. The lamellate γ hydride was found in O phase with more hydmpen content, and this γ hydride could be decomposed by dehydmpenation treatment. The sole fine Ophase could be obtained 6y hydmpenation-dehydmpenation treatment, and two possible mechanisms for the microstructure improvetnent have been discussed on the basis of experimental results.

Making use of this expression to calculate the phase grating in high resolution image simulation can greatly reduce the calculating time. In this paper, the derivation of the expression is introduced, and then the computer routine is explained in details. Finally the potential projection map of Mg4.Rh7 along [001] direction is shown as an illustration. All operations are carried out in real space, so we call the calculation method as the real space method.

The profile of polypeptides separated by SDS-PAGE from seed of major crop species such as pea (Pisum sativum) is complex, resulting from cleavage (processing) of precursors expressed from multiple copies of genes encoding vicilin and legumin, the major storage globulins. Translation in vitro of mRNAs hybridselected from mid-maturation pea seed RNAs by defined vicilin and legumin cDNA clones provided precursor molecules that were cleaved in vitro by a cell-free protease extract obtained from similar stage seed; the derived polypeptides were of comparable sizes to those observed in vivo. The feasibility of transcribing mRNA in vitro from a cDNA clone and cleavage in vitro of the derived translation products was established for a legumin clone,providing a method for determining polypeptide products of an expressed sequence. This approach will also be useful for characterising cleavage site requirements since modifications an readily be introduced at the DNA level.

The data products of land surface bi-directional reflectance distribution function (BRDF) from the space-borne Polarization and Directionality of the Earth Reflectance (POLDER) of France and the Moderate Resolution imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) of usa are available recently, but the atmospheric correction for meeting the requirement of quantitative remote sensing is still a very difficult problem. This paper presents a concept: bi-directional normalized difference vegetation index (Bi-NDVI), in order to consider simultaneously the effects of both land surface BRDF and atmospheric path scattering. An atmospheric quality index is thus defined for satellite multi-angular observations. The quality of MODIS/BRDF data products can be improved notably through iterative inversion weighed by this index.

The object-oriented approach is a powerful method in making classification. With the segmentation of images to objects, many features can be calculated based on the objects so that the targets can be distinguished. However, this method has not been applied to lunar study. In this paper we attempt to apply this method to detecting lunar craters with promising results. Craters are the most obvious features on the moon and they are important for lunar geologic study. One of the important questions in lunar research is to estimate lunar surface ages by examination of crater density per unit area. Hence, proper detection of lunar craters is necessary. Manual crater identification is inefficient, and a more efficient and effective method is needed. This paper describes an object-oriented method to detect lunar craters using lunar reflectance images. In the method, many objects were first segmented from the image based on size, shape, color, and the weights to every layer. Then the feature of "contrast to neighbor objects" was selected to identify craters from the lunar image. In the next step, by merging the adjacent objects belonging to the same class, almost every crater can be taken as an independent object except several very big craters in the study area. To remove the crater rays diagnosed as craters, the feature of "length/width" was further used with suitable parameters to finish recognizing craters. Finally, the result was exported to ArcGIS for manual modification to those big craters and the number of craters was acquired.

Two body centered tetragonal (bet) crystal structures of α'-Fe_(16)N_2 with x=0.25, z=0.3125 (Jack-1) and x=0.222, z=0.306 (Jack-2) respectively, were analyzed theoretically with EMS software package. The simulation of diffraction patterns indicates that both diffraction patterns of the same axis in these two structures obey bcc extinction rule. The conclusion is also obtained from the analyses of the diffracted waves. α'-Fe_(16)N_2 precipitates in the diffusion layer of ion-nitrided α-iron have been studied with transmission electron microscope (TEM). We have distinctly observed the electron diffraction patterns of α'-Fe_(16)N_2 in [100], [111], [110], [011], [210], [021], [311], [113], [331] and [133] zone axes with perfect symmetry, which indicate the parallel orientation relationship with α matrix:α'//α'// {100}.α'// {100}ｔα. The analyses of diffraction patterns, which obey bcc extinction rule, verify the bct structure of α'-Fe_(16)N_2 discovered by X-ray diffraction.
