To detect the function of proteolipid protein (PLP) peptide (residues 56-70) sp ecific CD 4.+ T cells in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) in bioz zi AB/H mice (H 2. g7 ) Methods biozzi AB/H mice were immunized by synthetic PLP 56 70 peptide (DYEYLINVIH AFQYV) which was emulsified by sonication with complete Freund’s adjuvant, a EAE model proven histologically and clinically Murine splenocytes and spinal cord infiltrated (SCI) T cells were stimulated by PLP 56 70 , then the CD 4.+ T cells were isolated by Dynabeads, and confirmed by staining with anti CD 4.antibody Finally, the IL2.bioassay and IFN γ/IL4.ELISA were done to detect T cell proliferation and cytokine secretion after PLP 56 70 stimulation Results The histology of murine spinal cord showed a great number of lymphocytes infiltr ated the spinal cord; the clinical signs showed high scores (4.3) on the peak, as well as a good EAE model After being isolated by Dynabea ds , CD 4.+ T cells showed high purification (>99%) by staining with anti CD 4.antibody IL2.bioassay showed that those T cells were PLP 56 70 specific T cells ELISA showed that those T cells had high IFN γ/IL4.ratio , indicating that they are T helper 1 (Th1) cells Conclusions PLP 56 70 specific splenocytes and SCI CD 4.+ T cells in EAE from bioz zi AB/H mice were detected and showed that both of them were P LP 56 70 specific Th1 cells It is beneficial to understand what kind o f role these T cells play in the development of

Practical experiences gained in the past several years show that the thermal residual stress(TRS) is a main cause leading polycrystalline diamond compacts(PDC) to premature *** is the very important to measure the TRS accurately for optimizing the interface and improving the service performance of *** this paper,the TRS in 1913 flat-interface PDC was measured using improved stress-release method(ISRM). The TRS on the surface of polycrystalline diamond(PCD) table was obtained,which can be used to calculate the radial thermal residual stress(RTRS) at the interface of PCD table via a refutation *** obtained results show that there are compressive residual stress at the PCD table interface and in the most region of PCD table *** exception occurs near the outer diameter of the PCD table,where the PDC begins to bend and put the PCD table surface into a tension state,an undesirable state for a brittle *** ISRM has covered the shortage existing in traditional stress-release method,in which only finite points on the surface of PCD table can be tested for one specimen and one *** as the experimental procedures are,the test results are also very accurate and *** method provides the theoretical and experimental basis for testing TRS of PDC accurately.

目的:探讨湖南苗族人群HLA-A,-B和-DRB1位点等位基因及单倍型遗传多态性。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性寡核苷酸探针(PCR-SSO)反向流式芯片方法对154.湖南苗族健康个体进行HLA-A,-B和-DRB1位点中低分辨基因分型,计算等位基因频率和单倍型频率,并与其他人群进行比较。结果:154.湖南苗族个体的HLA-A,B,DRB1基因座分别检出等位基因10,2.,13种,频率较高的等位基因有A*11(38.96%),A*02.2..2.%),A*2.0}18.83%),B*4.(60)(17.53%),B*4.(13.96%),B*15(75)(11.69%),DRB1*09(15.2.%),DRB1*12.15.2.%),DRB1*15(15.2.%)及DRB1*04.12.66%)等;高频的单倍型有A11-B60(9.60%),A2.B4.(9.2.%),A11-B75(9.2.%),B75-DR12.6.31%),A11-DR12.9.62.),A11-DR4.9.07%),A11-DR15(6.69%),A11-B75-DR12.5.4.%),A11-B60-DR4.4.2.0}),A2.B4.-DR9(3.71%)等。与国内其他人群比较显示,湖南苗族与南方人群HLA多态性较为相近。结论:湖南苗族人群HLA等位基因及单倍型具有较高的遗传多态性,其分布具有中国南方人群的特点。

BACKGROUND:The piggy-back caval anastomosis technique is widely used in orthotopic liver transplantation although it carries an increased risk of complications,including outflow obstruction and Budd-Chiari *** aim of this study is to clarify the anatomy and variations of hepatic veins(HVs) draining into the inferior vena cava(IVC),and to classify the surgical techniques of piggy-back liver transplantation(PBLT) based on the anatomy of HVs which can reduce the occurrence of ***:PBLT was performed in 2.0} consecutive cases at our hospital from January 2.04.to August *** anatomy of recipients’ HVs was determined when removing the native diseased *** anatomy of HVs and short HVs draining into the IVC were *** data were collected and ***:We classified anatomic variations of HVs in the 2.0} livers into five types according to the way of drainage into the IVC:type I(trunk type of left and middle HVs),14.(57.3%) patients;type II(trunk type of right and middle HVs),54.2..8%);type III(trunk type of left,middle and right HVs),14.5.6%);type IV(non-trunk type of left,middle and right HVs),of which,type IVa,16(6.5%),in the same horizontal plane;type IVb,18(7.3%),in different horizontal planes;and type V(segment type),4.1.6%).The patients whose HVs anatomy belonged to types I,II and III underwent classical piggy-back liver *** IVa patients had classical PBLT via HV venoplasty prior to piggy-back anastomosis,while type IVb patients and type V patients could only have modified ***:This study demonstrates that HVs can be classified according to the anatomy of their drainage into the IVC and we can use this classification to choose the best operative approach to PBLT.

Gold dissolves easily in an alkaline thiourea solution with Na2.O3 and Na2.2.8, where the accompanied elements of Au, such as Ag, Cu, Ni and Fe can hardly dissolve. It was considered that electrochemical reduction and catalytic action of SO32. prevent thiourea from decomposing irreversibly and accelerates dissolution of *** S2.82. as an oxidant can control the potential so that formamidine disulfide may form efficiently. The dissolution of gold is mainly through oxidation of Au by formamidine disulfide and complexation of thiourea with An+,and not direct oxidation of S2.82.. Thus,sufficient formamidine disulfide is necessary to accelerate the dissolution of gold. The reason for Ag, Cu hardly being dissoluble is that the black layers of Ag2. and Cu1.92. form on the surface of Ag and Cu. The metal Ni and Fe do not dissolve in the alkaline media due to their sulfide films passivation samely.

Latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1), an important protein encoded by Epstein Barr virus (EBV), has been implied to link with the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Its dual effects of increasing cell proliferation and inhibiting cell apoptosis have been confirmed. In this study, we showed that the expression of Survivin and CDK4.protein in CNE-LMP1, a LMP1 positive NPC epithelial cell line, is higher than in LMP1 negative NPC epithelial cell line- CNE1, and the expression is LMP1 dosage-dependent. Although it was reported that Survivin specifically expressed in cell cycle G2.M phase, our studies suggested that LMP1 could promote the expression of Survivin in G0/G1, S and G2. M phase. It also showed that Survivin and CDK4.could be accumulated more in the nuclei triggered by LMP1. More interestingly, Survivin and CDK4.could form a protein complex in the nuclei of CNE-LMP1 rather than in that of CNE1, which demonstrated that the interaction between these two proteins could be promoted by LMP1. These results strongly suggested that the role of LMP1 in the regulation of Survivin and CDK4.may also shed some light on the mechanism research of LMP1 in NPC.
