Vibration target detection and vibration parameters estimation based on the DPCA technique in dual-channel SAR

This paper proposes a new method based on the displaced phase center antenna(DPCA) technique for the detection and parameters estimation of vibration target in dual-channel synthetic aperture radar(SAR).The echo model of vibration target is established in dual-channel SAR according to the equivalent phase center *** accumulating the DPCA signal amplitude in the azimuth direction,we realize the vibration target detection in clutter and noise *** the analysis of DPCA signal amplitude and phase characteristics of vibration target,we then convert the vibration parameters estimation to estimation of a signal with the form of absolute value of a sine function,and the converting conditions is also ***,an algorithm combining the Fourier transform with least squares is proposed for *** simulation results show that the algorithm can estimate each vibration parameter precisely at a low signal-to-noise ratio.

＜正＞Image annotation has been an active research topic in recent ***,the state of art image annotation methods are often unsatisfactory,in this paper,we presented a novel image annotation refinement to improve the performance of automatic image ***,the initial pair-wise similarities of words is computed based on the co-occurrence of training sets,Then the topic relation is mined by generating the topic ***,the candidate annotations are re-ranked by embedding the refined word relation. The experiments over Corel images have shown that embedding topic relation is beneficial in image annotation.

SPATIAL COMPATIBLE USER GROUPING ALGORITHM FOR MULTIUSER MIMO SYSTEMS

A spatial compatible user grouping algorithm is proposed to reduce CoChannel Interference (CCI) in Space Division Multiple Access (SDMA) multiuser Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) systems. We evaluate the interferences among users by use of distances between row spaces spanned by users’ channel matrixes, then control frequency sharing according to the compatible user grouping algorithm. Results show that the row space distance algorithm outperforms others because it can fully utilize the information from users’ channel matrixes, especially the matrix structure information. The results also prove that the algorithm based on channel matrix structure analysis is a better candidate for spatial compatibility approximation.

Medium and small cities are the high proportion in the total number of cities in china, the construction of emergency system for medium and small cities is relatively backward compared with big cities, speeding up the construction of medium and small cities emergency system is imperative. This paper proposes a new design scheme based on the analysis of the traditional medium and small cities emergency system construction, which is more suitable for medium and small cities. The system architecture, the hierarchical structure and business process have been designed in this paper, it provides a good research direction for the construction of emergency system for medium and small cities.

In this paper one way to characterize spatial complex behavior is shown. A time-delayed twin-pn junction diode electromagnetic system with distortionless transmission line is used as a model for spatiotemporal complex behavior. It is shown clearly that a combined operation of the average quadratic deviation and the spatial correlation function characterize spatial complex behavior in time-delayed twin-pn junction diode electromagnetic system with distortionless transmission line.

A NEW UEP SCHEME FOR ROBUST VIDEO TRANSMISSION IN LDPC CODED MIMO-OFDM SYSTEM

In order to improve the video transmission performance in Multiple-Input Multiple-Output Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing （MIMO-OFDM） system, a new scheme, which integrates Multiple Description Coding （MDC）, Low Density Parity Check （LDPC） coding and hybrid space time coding, is proposed in this letter. In particular, a hybrid space time coding algorithm is combined with LDPC codes to perform Unequal Error Protection （UEP） of MDC encoded video streams. Comparing with the UEP transmission with only LDPC codes, the proposed scheme achieves more than ldB gain in terms of Signal to Noise Ratio （SNR） when the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio （PSNR） of reconstructed video is above 30dB.
