The low signal to noise ratio (SNR) of functional MRI (fMRI) prefers more sensitive data analysis methods. Based on stationary wavelet transform and spectrum analysis, a new method with high detective sensitivity was developed for analyzing fMRI time series, which does not require any prior assumption of the characteristics of noises. In the proposed method, every component of fMRI time series in the different time-frequency scales of stationary wavelet transform was discerned by the spectrum analysis, then the components from noises were removed using the stationary wavelet transform, finally the components of real brain activation were detected by cross-correlation analysis. The results obtained from both simulated and in vivo visual experiments illustrated that the proposed method has much higher sensitivity than the traditional cross-correlation method.

这份报纸把小浪分析用于检验变化趋势，多时间规模变化，在上面的红河的 Panlong 盆的推迟的沉积流动(SSF ) 的周期、突然的变化特征，中国。结果显示 SSF 从 195. ～ 1997 增加了，但是自从 1998，衰退了。SSF 的变化把多时间规模特征和变化在不同时间时期改变了。三周期的时间规模， 4. 7 和 22 年，被决定。22 年的周期的时间规模，是在三次规模之中的最明显的，通过整个研究时期延长了，而第 4.a 7 年的时间规模在某些时间时期仅仅是明显的。分别地有 27 次越过 4.年的时间规模，越过 7 年的时间规模的 16 次和越过 22 年的时间规模的 5.次的突然的变化。根据统计的聚会和气候数据分析，我们断定人的活动是导致了多时间规模的 SSF，而是特征的变化趋势的主要原因，周期、突然的变化被气候变化主要影响。

In this article, the approach of simulating ideal tarp scene was proposed to determine the MTF for CCD camera on CBERS-02. The MTF acquired from this technique was compared to those from some common methods. MTFs achieved from different approaches were employed to compensate the CCD images based on three restoration algorithms: the iterative method, the Wiener filter and the modified inverse filter (MIF). The two-dimensional MTF was established with the value at frequency 0.5.for 4.° directional MTF as the value at its four corners. This article addressed the variations of the restored CCD images with different techniques of constructing two-dimensional MTF, restoring algorithms and determining the in-flight MTFs. Results showed images restored with the MTF determined from the technique of simulating ideal tarp scene represent the real scene best. And the restoration technique based on the MIF would produce better restored images than the other two techniques. This research also demonstrated that the two-dimensional MTF used for restoration should be interpolated under the control of the MTF for 4.° axis, rather than by multiplying the cross-orbit MTF with along-orbit MTF.

Dense coding using superpositions of Bell-states is proposed. The generalized Grover's algorithm is used to prepare the initial entangled states, and the reverse process of the quantum algorithm is used to determine the entangled state in the decoding measurement. Compared with the previous schemes, the superpositions of two Bell-states are exploited. Our scheme is demonstrated using a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)quantum computer. The corresponding manipulations are obtained. Experimental results show a good agreement between theory and experiment. We also generalize the scheme to transmit eight messages by introducing an additional two-state system.

In [1], Shen Guangyu constructed several classes of new simple Lie algebras of characteristic 2, which are called the variations of G2. In this paper, the authors investigate their derivation algebras. It is shown that G2 and its variations all possess unique nondegenerate associative forms. The authors also find some nonsingular derivations of ViG for i = 3,4. 5. 6, and thereby construct some left-symmetric structures on Vi G for i = 3,4.5.6. Some errors about the variations of sl(3, F) in [1] are corrected.

PCR扩增嗜肺军团菌mip基因和霍乱弧菌ctxB基因,克隆入载体pcDNA3 1( +),重组子经限制性酶切分析、PCR、序列分析鉴定正确后,命名为pcDNA3 1 mip/ctxB.脂质体法将重组质粒pcDNA3 1 mip、pcDNA3 1 mip/ctxB转染NIH3T3细胞,用免疫荧光法和蛋白质印迹鉴定瞬时表达和稳定表达产物,结果发现:重组质粒成功转入细胞并获得短暂表达,稳定转染细胞分别在 2 4.u和 35.u处检测到阳性杂交信号.将pcDNA3 1 mip、pcDNA3 1 mip/ctxB作为DNA疫苗免疫BALB/c小鼠,检测免疫小鼠体内抗原特异性抗体水平、脾淋巴细胞增殖活性、IFN γ产生水平、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)杀伤活性等体液免疫和细胞免疫反应的指标,评价疫苗的免疫原性.结果发现:各实验组均检测到免疫原性,pcDNA3 1 mip/ctxB免疫组的免疫原性高于pcDNA3 1 mip免疫组,有显著性差异(P <0 0 1).

Transformation-competent artificial chromosome system is able to clone and transfer genes efficiently in *** order to clone genes highly tolerant to barley yellow dwarf virus(BYDV),Aphids,drought and salt from Leymus multicaulis,the two TAC genomic libraries I and II were constructed in vector pYLTAC17 and pYLTAC74.H/sacB,which contain about 165.00 and 236000 recombinant clones *** genome coverage of the two libraries was totally estimated to be about 3―5.haploid genome equivalents,as size selection of genomic DNA fragments was approximately from 9 to 300 *** of the genomic libraries were collected as bulked pools each containing 5.0 clones or so,stored in twelve 96-deep-well plates and then were gridding in triplicate onto a high-density colony hybridization filter with a 3×3 pattern using a GeneTAC?G3 arraying robot after being transferred manually into three 384.well *** 25.1 and 2890 clones of Library in pYLTAC17 and in pYLTAC74.H/sacB were stored individually in fourteen 384.well plates and then were automatically gridding in duplicate onto a high-density colony hybridization filter with a 6×6 pattern after a replication of *** positive clones were detected by using the probe glutahione reductase gene of *** libraries constructed here can be used to isolate genomic clones containing target genes,and to carry out genome walking for positional *** the target TAC clones were isolated,they could be immediately transferred into plant genomes with the Agrobacterium system.
