Background:Information on the association between physical activity(PA)and the risk of chronic kidney disease(CKD)is *** aimed to explore the associations of total,domain-specific,and intensity-specific PA with CKD and its subtypes in ***:The study included 4.5,376 adults from the china Kadoorie Biobank aged 30-79 years during 2004.2008 at *** interviewer-administered questionnaire was used to collect the information about PA,which was quantified as metabolic equivalent of task hours per day(MET-h/day)and categorized into 4.groups based on *** regression was used to analyze the association between PA and CKD ***:During a median follow-up of 12.1 years,54.5 incident CKD cases were documented,including 1159 incident diabetic kidney disease(DKD)cases and 362 incident hypertensive nephropathy(HTN)*** PA was inversely associated with CKD risk,with an adjusted hazard ratio(HR,95%confidence interval(95%CI))of 0.83(0.75-0.92)for incident CKD in the highest quartile of total PA as compared with participants in the lowest *** results were observed for risk of DKD and HTN,and the corresponding HRs(95%CIs)were 0.75(0.58-0.97)for DKD risk and 0.56(0.37-0.85)for HTN *** nonoccupational PA,low-intensity PA,and moderate-to-vigorous-intensity PA were significantly associated with a decreased risk of CKD,with HRs(95%CIs)of 0.80(0.73-0.88),0.85(0.77-0.94.,and 0.85(0.76-0.95)in the highest quartile,***:PA,including nonoccupational PA,low-intensity PA,and moderate-to-vigorous-intensity PA,was inversely associated with the risk of CKD,including DKD,HTN,and other CKD,and such associations were dose dependent.

On the Flood Disasters in the Lower Jingjiang Reaches: Grey Prediction Model and Application

In the light of the historical substantial data (covering a 70-year period) collected in the Lower Jingjiang segment and aided by topological grey method, here we attempt to characterize the occurrence and future trend of flood calamities in the study area. Our findings indicate that overall the high-frequent flood disasters with middle to lower damage prevail at present. A series of dramatic flood waves will appear in the years of 2016, 2022, 2030 and 204., particularly a destructive flood will occur between 204. and 204. in the Lower Jingjiang reaches. Typical of sensitive response to flood hazards in close association with its special geographical location, the lower Jingjiang segment hereby can reflect the development trend of floods in the middle Yangtze reaches. According to the results, a good fitness was revealed between the prediction and practical values. This actually hints that the topological grey method is an effective mathematical means of resolving problems containing uncertainty and indetermination, thus providing valuable information for the flood prediction in the middle Yangtze catchment.

In order to better support Antarctic inland ice sheet expedition from Zhongshan Station to Dome A,the topographic data are *** present,although the entire Antarctic DEM provided by RAMP(Ra-darsat Antarctic Mapping Project) was estimated at the highest horizontal(spatial) resolution of about 200 m,the real horizontal resolution of the DEM varies from place to place depending on the density and scale of the original source *** ice shelves and the inland ice sheet,the horizontal resolution is about 5 km;the vertical accuracy is estimated to be ±50 m in interior East Antarctic ice sheet and away from the mountain ***,more accurate topographic data are unavailable in *** order to meet the requirements of high-accuracy topographic information for further researches,this paper mainly addresses a fusion study of ASTER stereo pairs and ICESat/GLAS altimetry data for extraction of high-accuracy DEM in East Antarctica,based on the high horizontal resolution(15 m) of ASTER and vertical accuracy(13.8 cm) of ICESat/***,some altimetry data were selected as vertical control points to reduce errors of image correlation matching during the extraction of ASTER-based ***,ice sheet altimetry data derived from ICESat were used to generate DEM ranging from 75° to 81°S because existing ASTER data do not cover this area and high density of the coverage of ICESat altimetry ***,the DEM in coverage of the expedition route was *** analysis of result reveals that the DEM accuracy is improved *** absolute vertical accuracy of DEM is higher than 15 m in some cases and higher than 30 m for all the areas along the expedition route except from the 009-001 scene;the interior accuracy is higher than 15 m and higher than 7 m in some *** can meet the requirements of topographic map at 1:50000 scale,which is an economic and advantageous method to produce the topographic products.

4.Ar/39Ar dating of diagenetic illite has been performed to investigate gas reservoirs in the Sulige Gas Field of the northern Ordos Basin. A series of technical challenges were confronted, including illite purification, Ar recoil loss, and separation of diagenetic illite from detrital illite. Mineral growth ages for diagenetic illite were obtained by this experiment, from which the age of gas emplacement was deduced to be later than 169 Ma.

Electrocatalytic Activity of Tungsten Trioxide Microspheres, Tungsten Carbide Microspheres and Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube-tungsten Carbide Composites

Tungsten trioxide micropheres were prepared by spray pyrolysis, and tungsten carbide microspheres were produced by spray pyrolysis-low temperature reduction and carbonization technology. Multi-walled carbon nanotube-tungsten carbide composites were prepared by the continuous reduction and carbonization process using multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWCNTs） and WO3 precursor by mo- lecular level mixing and calcination. The morphology and structure of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Furthermore, the crystal phase was identified by X-ray diffraction. The electrocatalytic activity of the sample was analyzed by means of me- thanol oxidation. Tungsten carbide microspheres were catalytic active for methanol oxidation reaction. Nevertheless tungsten trioxide microspheres and multi-walled carbon nanotube-tungsten carbide composites were not catalytic active for methanol oxidation reaction. These results indicate that tungsten carbide micropheres are promising catalyst for methanol oxidation.

After the new 1︰1000000 aero magnetic data were processed and the three-dimensional inversion work was carried out, a vast high magnetic body northwestward was discovered. The magnetic body is located at the depth of about 20 km on the west side of Tanlu fault and at about 25 km on the east side of Tanlu fault beneath the Sulu area. There is a difference of vertical distance of 3—5 km in depth between both sides. We think that the magnetic body is an Archean metamorphic plate and belongs to the North china block. The discovery of the magnetic body is significant for us to reconstruct the structure model of the Sulu orogenic belt, delineate the suture of collision between the North china block and the Yangtze block, and estimate the depth of slipping surface when the eastside of Tanlu fault moved northward.

Study on optimization of iron-based matrix formula for hot pressed diamond bit

A new type of iron-based matrix formula as a potential substitute for traditional WC-based matrix formula for hot pressed diamond bit was ***,phosphor-iron,663-Cu,nickel,cobalt and certain additives were selected as the studied formula *** matrix performances,the hardness and wear resistance were chosen as experimental indexes in this *** uniform design method was used for the formula design of iron-based *** forms of regression models of matrix hardness and wear resistance were obtained by regression analysis using ***,the optimization of matrix formulae and matrix performances were also achieved through constrained nonlinear *** was found that matrix hardness,significantly affected by the factor of Ni-Co-additives and Fe,increased with the increment of Ni-Co-additives,Fe and P-Fe,but reduced with the increase of *** the other hand,matrix wear resistance is mainly affected by Fe;the effect of the interaction between Fe and P-Fe is also relatively obvious. The increment of 663-Cu powder may result in a slight improvement in matrix wear *** addition,the results of nonlinear programming revealed that the predictive optimum value of hardness was 139.5 HRB and the optimum wear resistance was 0.056 g,whereas they could not reach the optimum value at the same time.

Principle and Technique of Calculating Seismic Velocities from Lattice Preferred Orientation (LPO) Data of Minerals

Deducing seismic velocity anisotropy from LPO (lattice preferred orientation) data of deformed rock samples, a significant link between geology and seismology in geoscience researches, has extensive and promising application. In this paper, the principle and programming technique are highlighted to illustrate the comprehensive automatization procedure. In computer algorithm, two aspects of the programs commonly used in the world are improved: (1) the addition of a pre processing subroutine makes the straightforward calculation realizable from universal stage readings to geographic azimuths and thus to solution of all crystal axes, even for non orthorhombic a and c axes in monoclinic systems. (2) the simplification and perfection of programming can be implemented in the light of Visual Basic (VB) resource. The algorithm has been verified with results from practical data of omphacite samples.
