With the rapid development of 5G information technology,thermal conductivity/dissipation problems of highly integrated electronic devices and electrical equipment are becoming *** this work,“high-temperature solid-phase&diazonium salt decomposition”method is carried out to prepare benzidine-functionalized boron nitride(m-BN).Subsequently,m-BN/poly(pphenylene benzobisoxazole)nanofiber(PNF)nanocomposite paper with nacremimetic layered structures is prepared via sol–gel film transformation *** obtained m-BN/PNF nanocomposite paper with 50 wt%m-BN presents excellent thermal conductivity,incredible electrical insulation,outstanding mechanical properties and thermal stability,due to the construction of extensive hydrogen bonds andπ–πinteractions between m-BN and PNF,and stable nacre-mimetic layered ***λ∥andλ_(⊥)are 9.68 and 0.84 W m^(-1)K^(-1),and the volume resistivity and breakdown strength are as high as 2.3×10^(15)Ωcm and 324.2 kV mm^(-1),***,it also presents extremely high tensile strength of 193.6 MPa and thermal decomposition temperature of 640°C,showing a broad application prospect in high-end thermal management fields such as electronic devices and electrical equipment.

Real-time systems are widely implemented in the Internet of Things(IoT) and safety-critical systems, both of which have generated enormous social value. Aiming at the classic schedulability analysis problem in real-time systems, we proposed an exact Boolean analysis based on interference(EBAI) for schedulability analysis in real-time systems. EBAI is based on worst-case interference time(WCIT), which considers both the release jitter and blocking time of the task. We improved the efficiency of the three existing tests and provided a comprehensive summary of related research results in the field. Abundant experiments were conducted to compare EBAI with other related results. Our evaluation showed that in certain cases, the runtime gain achieved using our analysis method may exceed 73% compared to the stateof-the-art schedulability test. Furthermore, the benefits obtained from our tests grew with the number of tasks, reaching a level suitable for practical application. EBAI is oriented to the five-tuple real-time task model with stronger expression ability and possesses a low runtime overhead. These characteristics make it applicable in various real-time systems such as spacecraft, autonomous vehicles, industrial robots, and traffic command systems.

To improve the wear performance of CoCrAlYTa coating,part of the carbon nanotubes(CNTs)chemically reacted with Ta to form reinforcement phase(TaC),while the other CNTs were retained as lubrication ***,the CoCrAlYTa-xCNTs(x=0,1,2,and 4;wt%)composite coatings were prepared by laserinduction hybrid cladding(LIHC),and the microstructure and wear resistance of coatings were systematically *** show that the coatings are mainly composed of TaC,y-(Co,Cr)andβ-(Co,Cr)*** the CNTs content increases from 0 wt%to 4 wt%,the volume fraction of TaC increases from 13.11 vol%to 16.12 vol%.Meanwhile,the nano-hardness ofγ-(Co,Cr)andβ-(Co,Cr)Al are improved from 7.49 and 9.72 to 9.36 and 11.19 GPa,*** a result,the microhardness of coating increases from HV536.25 to HV 738.16,the wear rate decreases from32.4×10^(-3)to 6.1×10^(-3)mg·m^(-1),and the average friction coefficient decreases from 0.55 to *** good wear performance of the coating is attributed to the formation of TaC and the existence of remained CNTs lubricant film.

Centrality analysis has been shown to be a valuable method for the structural analysis of complex *** is used to identify key elements within networks and to rank network elements such that experiments can be tailored to interesting *** this paper,we show that the optimization process of modularity density can be written in terms of the eigenspectrum of kernel *** on the eigenvectors belonging to the largest eigenvalue of kernel matrix,we present a new centrality measure that characterizes the contribution of each node to its assigned community in a network,called modularity density *** measure is illustrated and compared with the standard centrality measures by using respectively an artificial example and a classic network data *** statistical distribution of modularity density centrality is investigated by considering large computer generated graphs and two large networks from the real *** results show the significance of the proposed approach.

β-Ga2O3 cone-like nanowires have been in-situ grown on the surface of gallium grains and films by heating gallium substrates at 750-1000℃ for 2h in *** controllable synthesis of β-Ga2O3 nano-wires with different diameters and lengths was achieved by adjusting the heating temperature and *** as-synthesized products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron mi-croscopy and transmission electron *** results showed that the β-Ga2O3 nanowires are single crystalline with a monoclinic structure and have a controllable diameter and length in the range of 30-100nm and 0.5-1.5μm,respectively.A possible mechanism was also proposed to account for the formation of β-Ga2O3 cone-like *** spectra of the β-Ga2O3 nanowires obtained at different temperatures were measured at room temperature,and a strong blue photolumi-nescence with peaks at 430 and 460nm and a weak red photoluminescence with peak at 713nm were *** blue light emission intensity decreases with increasing the reaction temperature,how-ever,the red light emission intensity hardly *** blue and red light emissions originate from the recombination of an electron on an oxygen vacancy with a hole on a gallium-oxygen vacancy pair and the nitrogen dopants,etc.,respectively.

The magnetopause is the boundary between the Earth's magnetic field and the interplanetary magnetic field（IMF）,located where the supersonic solar wind and magnetospheric pressure are in *** empirical models and global magnetohydrodynamic simulations have been used to define the magnetopause,each of these has *** this work,we use15 years of magnetopause crossing data from the THEMIS（Time History of Events and Macroscale Interactions during Substorms）spacecraft and their corresponding solar wind parameters to investigate under which solar wind conditions these models predict more *** analyze the pattern of large errors in the extensively used magnetopause model and show the specific solar wind parameters,such as components of the IMF,density,velocity,temperature,and others that produce these *** is shown that（1） the model error increases notably with increasing solar wind velocity,decreasing proton density,and increasing temperature;（2） when the cone angle becomes smaller or|Bx|is larger,the Shue98 model errors increase,which might be caused by the magnetic reconnection on the dayside magnetopause;（3） when|By|is large,the error of the model is large,which may be caused by the east–west asymmetry of the magnetopause due to magnetic reconnection;（4） when Bzis southward,the error of the model is larger;and（5） the error is larger for positive dipole tilt than for negative dipole tilt and increases with an increasing dipole tilt ***,the global simulation model b Liu ZQ et al.（2015） shows a substantial improvement in prediction accuracy when IMF Bx,By,or the dipole tilt cannot be *** result can help us choose a more accurate model for forecasting the magnetopause under different solar wind conditions.

The extensive use of steel spring floating slab tracks has effectively addressed the challenge of alleviating the environmental vibrations induced by urban rail transit ***,under the combined action of train dynamic loads and complex environmental factors,problems,such as the fracture of steel spring vibration isolators and suspension vibrations induced by the uneven settlement of the base,often *** failure of isolator support stiffness is often hidden in its early stages and is challenging to identify by conventional detection *** the same time,it will aggravate the wheel-rail interaction,accelerate the deterioration of track structure,and even affect the driving *** study first establishes a detailed coupled train-floating slab track-foundation analytical *** the influence of the vibration isolator support stiffness failure on the dynamic indices of the floating slab track system response is analyzed.A set of defect identification methods that can detect the number of failed steel springs,severity of damage,and their location is ***,an intelligent monitoring system for support stiffness of floating slab track is built by combining the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise algorithm and statistical data analysis and is applied to a rail line in southern *** a three-year monitoring campaign,a suspension failure and a fracture of a steel spring were each successfully detected and detailed failure information was *** investigation results were consistent with the damage identification *** repair,the track structure dynamic response returned to the average pre-damage level and further deterioration had been *** proposed damage identification methods and monitoring system provide an approach for intelligent identification of track structure support stiffness failures.

Extra-pair paternity(EPP)is commonly found in socially monogamous birds,especially in small passerine birds,and there are interspecific and intraspecific variations in the extent of *** Chestnut-vented Nuthatch(Sitta nagaensis)is a socially monogamous passerine bird,and verifying whether this species has EPP relies on parentage *** is not known to have *** this study,we developed SNP markers of this species that are informative for parentage analysis from double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing(ddRAD-seq)data.A panel consisting of 50 SNP markers,with a mean heterozygosity of 0.343,was used to resolve 95% of nestlings to *** combined exclusion probabilities for the first parent and second parent were 0.991 and 0.9999,*** panel of SNP markers is a powerful tool for parentage assignments in *** addition,we found that three offspring(7.9%)from three nests(23.1%)were the result of extra-pair fertilization out of 38 offspring in 13 *** study provided information on parentage analysis that has not been reported before in *** also supplemented the understudied EPP behavior of birds in Asia,contributing to a general understanding of the EPP behaviors of birds.
