Objective To determine the inhibitory effects of 21 resveratrol derivatives and 3 natural curcumi- noids on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced Nitric oxide(NO)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) production in microglia and their structure-activity *** Cell viability was evaluated by the MTT reduction *** of nitrite(NO)in culture supernatant fluids was measured by the Griess *** nitroprusside(SNP)(2.5 mM)solution was used to determine the scavenging ac- tivities of these *** levels of TNF-αin the culture medium were measured by using an ELISA ***-quantitative RT-PCR analysis was used to determine the mRNA levels of inducible NOS(iNOS) and TNF-α.Results It was found,for the first time,that certain resveratrol derivatives that have 3,5- dimethoxyl groups in the A-ring,such as(E)-4-(3,5-dimethoxystyryl)phenol(pterostilbene,compound 2), or have substituted the B-ring of resveratrol with quinolyl,such as(E)-5-[2-(quinolin-4-yl)vinyl ] benzene- 1,3-diol(compound 18)and(E)-4-(3,5-dimethoxystyryl)quinoline(compound 19),strongly inhibited NO *** 2,18,and 19 reduced LPS-induced protein and mRNA expression of inducible NO synthase(iNOS),but did not display direct NO-scavenging activity up to 30μM in sodium nitroprusside (SNP)***,compounds 2,18,and 19 could also significantly inhibit the production of TNF-αby LPS-activated ***,we found the demethoxy derivatives of curcumin have more po- tent inhibition activity on NO and TNF-a releasing in *** In the present study we compared the activated-microglia inhibition effect of resvertrol,curcumin and their derivatives and pro- vided a glance of the structure-activity relationships of these compounds,the information is beneficial to de- sign new potent compounds which can provide better therapeutic implications for various neurodegenerative diseases.

在组分的电泳因素基本不影响其色谱行为的前提下,推导出组分保留因子表达式k CEC=k′-μepμeo+μep(Ⅰ)及k CEC=k′-μep-μ0epμeo+μep(Ⅱ),两者可以互相补充。同时对毛细管电色谱的相关文献中组分保留因子的两种表达式kCEC=k′+k′μepμeo+μepμeo(Ⅲ)及kCEC=k′-μep/μeo1+μep/μeo(Ⅳ)进行了讨论,指出了表达式(Ⅲ)推导中引用组分电泳迁移距离的错误。但表达式(Ⅰ)和(Ⅳ)在某些条件下也不能有效反映组分的电泳淌度μep及k′对kCEC的影响。式(Ⅱ)能够弥补表达式(Ⅰ)和(Ⅳ)的不足,尤其当μeo=0时。式(Ⅰ)和式(Ⅱ)能够使组分保留因子始终反映出组分的色谱行为及电泳行为的综合作用。

Aim:To investigate the effect of clonidine,moxonidine,folic acid,andmecobalamin on arterial baroreflex (ABR) function in stroke-prone spontane-ously hypertensive rats (SHR-SP) and the possible mechanisms ***:Eighty-one SHR-SP were divided into 7 *** groups weredesignated for the intragastric (ig) administration of clonidine (1.0 and 10.0μg/kg),moxonidine (0.1 and 1.0 mg/kg),folic acid (1.0 mg/kg),and mecobalamin(1.0 mg/kg).Three groups were for the intracerebroventricular (icv) injectionof clonidine (4 μg/4 μL),moxonidine (5 μg/4 μL),and mecobalamin (20 μg/4 μL).Blood pressure (BP) was recorded in the conscious state for 30 min andbaroreflex sensitivity (BRS) was determined respectively before and after ***:Clonidine and moxonidine significantly decreased BP,prolonged the heart period (HP),and increased BRS when administered as ei-ther ig or icv *** BP and HP were unchanged by ig folic acid ormecobalamin ***,BRS was significantly increased by ***:Clonidine,moxonidine,folic acid,and mecobalamin improvedimpaired ABR function in *** central mechanism was involved in thiseffect of either clonidine or *** improved ABR func-tion through the peripheral mechanism.

2D NMR Spectroscopic Studies of the Toxic Alkaloid from Oxytropis Glabra D C.

The Oxytropis, legume genus, is native in the northwest of china, and some of its members have been reported to be toxic to grazing livestock. In the course of studying toxic reason of this legume, a toxic alkaloid was isolated from Oxytropis glabra D C. grown in the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. The LD+（50） of （—）-thermopsine（Ⅰ） was shown to be 89.98 mg/kg（in mice）. This paper reports an approach to the structure elucidation of（-）-thermopsine by combining 2D NMR[;H-;H and;H-;C （one-bond and long-range） COSY] and other physicochemical methods. The stereochemistry of compound Ⅰ is also discussed.

Transparent characterization and quantitative analysis of broken gangue's 3D fabric under the bearing compression

Broken gangue has been extensively used in rockfill dams,subgrade,embankment,foundation cushion and other engineering *** deformation characteristics of broken gangue under the bearing compression play a decisive role in the firmness,stability and safety of these structures(buildings),and the meso-fabric change of broken gangue under the bearing compression significantly affects its macro *** this study,the transparent characterization and quantitative analysis of 3D fabric of broken gangue under the bearing compression were performed through CT scanning test,image processing and 3D reconstruction technology,and the influence mechanism of internal fabric of broken gangue on its macro deformation was *** results show that:In the loading stage of 0–2 MPa,the sharp corners,thin edges on the blocks and the bar-shaped and blade-shaped blocks with poor regularity are broken first under the bearing compression;in the loading stage of 2–8 MPa,a large number of larger particles in the sample are crushed in the mode of fragmentation;in the loading stage of 8–10 MPa,the breakage degree of samples is *** axial displacement of the block inside the sample occurs,as well as the lateral displacement of the block converging to the central axis of the *** the rapid deformation stage,the macro deformation of the broken gangue is mainly caused by the rearrangement and adjustment of the block structure and the breakage of the block;in the slow deformation stage,it is mainly caused by the breakage of the block;in the stable deformation stage,it is mainly caused by the optimization and adjustment of the bearing skeleton in the sample.

Experiment on acoustic emission response and damage evolution characteristics of polymer-modified cemented paste backfill under uniaxial compression

The mechanical properties of cemented paste backfill(CPB)determine its control effect on the goaf *** this study,the mechanical strength of polymer-modified cemented paste backfill(PCPB)samples was tested by uniaxial compression tests,and the failure characteristics of PCPB under the compression were ***,acoustic emission(AE)technology was used to monitor and record the cracking process of the PCPB sample with a curing age of 28 d,and two AE indexes(rise angle and average frequency)were used to classify the failure modes of samples under different loading *** results show that waterborne epoxy resin can significantly enhance the mechanical strength of PCPB samples(when the mass ratio of polymer to powder material is 0.30,the strength of PCPB samples with a curing age of 28 d is increased by 102.6%);with the increase of polymer content,the mechanical strength of PCPB samples is improved significantly in the early and middle period of *** uniaxial load,the macro cracks of PCPB samples are mostly generated along the axial direction,the main crack runs through the sample,and a large number of small cracks are distributed around the main *** AE response of PCPB samples during the whole loading process can be divided into four periods:quiet period,slow growth period,rapid growth period,and remission period,corresponding to the micro-pore compaction stage,elastic deformation stage,plastic deformation stage,and failure instability stage of the stress-strain *** AE events are mainly concentrated in the plastic deformation stage;both shear failure and tensile failure occur in the above four stages,while tensile failure is dominant for PCPB *** study provides a reference for the safety of coal pillar recovery in pillar goaf.

目的建立以HPLC法测定百多宁注射液中脂肪酸含量的方法。方法采用无水硫酸钠破乳方法分离百多宁注射液中的油相。以 2 ,4′ 二溴苯乙酮为衍生化试剂 ,18-冠 - 6醚为相转移催化剂 ,采用C8反相柱 ,以乙腈 -水 (V∶V =75∶2 5 )为流动相等度洗脱 ,正十七烷酸为内标 ,一次基线分离 4种脂肪酸。结果亚油酸在 4 6～ 30 7ng内、软脂酸在 2 7 2～ 181 0ng内、油酸在 14 4～96 0ng 内、硬脂酸在 9 7～ 6 5 1ng内质量与相对峰面积线性关系良好 ,相关系数分别为 0 9997、0 9999、0 9995、0 9996。平均回收率分别为 98 2 %、97 5 %、99 8%、10 2 3% ,RSD分别为2 6 %、3 0 %、1 2 %、2 4 %。结论方法重现性好、定量准确。

The article uses the method of regression statistics to obtain the regression formula of iron fluid nodule ratio Q and compacted graphite ratio R, through rare earth magnesium treatment. At the same time it has given thejudging figure of Q and R, considering oxygen activity and temperature. When using oxygen activity to judgenodule ratio and compacted graphite ratio of the ironfluid treated by rare earth magnesium alloy, its limit value changes with the change of temperature.

International Transferring Trend in Manufacturing Industry

This paper addressed the international transferring t endency of manufacturing industry one by one as follows: (1) The developed count ries realize manufacturing industry structure upgrade reling on worldwide tr ansference not only domestic transference. On one hand, the TNCs make cross-inv estments, transnational merger & acquisition so as to achieve the optimum colloc ation of R&D resources, and obtain innovation in knowledge and technology. On th e other hand, the developed countries transfer labor and resource intensive indu stry as well as the labor-intensive link of the production chain in highly tech nology industry to the developing countries, to make their industrial structure escalation. (2) The adjustment and upgrade of manufacturing industry presents "m ulti-step type". First, the object of international transference substitutes th e capital-intensive industry and maturing industry with complicate technique fo r the industry with labor-intensive, simple technique or higher pollution, or s ubstitutes non-core complex technological procedure and parts and components fo r assembly in manufacturing process. Secondly, technology transference forms "br ain-hand and foot" pattern, i.e. the developed countries are increasingly p aying more and more attention to the research and control of core technology, th us transferring simple technique and labor-intensive procedure in higher scienc e and technology. Thirdly, the developed countries begins to transfer both capit al and technology intensive production, as well as transfer certain procedures i n higher technology production process to a few developing countries, even t o transfer parts of R & D to developing countries. (3) TNCs promote the global m anufacturing network (GMN) by recombination and transfer. TNCs organize producti on, trade, technological research and transference through foreign direct invest ment (FDI) all over the world, as a result, GMN makes the national competence no longer depend on absolu

Comprehensive benefit of flood resources utilization through dynamic successive fuzzy evaluation model: A case study

Taking the flood resources utilization in Baicheng, Jilin during 2002–2007 as the research background, and based on the entropy weight and multi-level & multi-objective fuzzy optimization theory, this research established a multi-level & semi-constructive index system and dynamic successive evaluation model for comprehensive benefit evaluation of regional flood resources utilization. With the year 2002 as the base year, the analyzing results showed that there existed a close positive correlation between flood utilization volume and its benefits, comprehensive evaluation value and its comparison increment. Within the six successive evaluation years, the comprehensive benefit of 2003 was the best, in which the benefit evaluation increment reached 82.8% whereas the year of 2004 was the worst, in which the increment was only 18.2%. Thus the sustainability and correctness of the evaluation were verified by six years successive evaluation and increment comparison. The analyzing results showed that the economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits of flood utilization were remarkable, and that the comprehensive benefit could be improved by increasing flood utilization capacity, which would promote the regional sustainable development as well. The established dynamic successive evaluation provides a stable theoretical basis and technical support for further flood utilization.
