We summarized the design, fabrication challenges and important technologies for multi-wavelength laser transmitting photonic integration. Technologies discussed include multi-wavelength laser arrays, monolithic integration and modularizing coupling and packaging. Fabrication technique requirements have significantly declined with the rise of reconstruction-equivalent-chirp and second nanoimprint mask technologies. The monolithic integration problem between active and passive waveguides can be overcome with Butt-joint and InP array waveguide grating technologies. The dynamic characteristics of multi-factors will be simultaneously measured with multi-port analyzing modules. The performance of photonic integration chips is significantly improved with the autoecious factors compensation packaging technique.

All watermarks are shared into shadow images using VCS(Visual Cryptography Scheme). Only one specific shadow (as a new watermark) is embedded into the host signal and the other ones are distributed to every user in each group as a key. In the watermarking extraction procedure, users in different group can obtain different watermark by combining their shadows with the extracted one from the watermarked signal. Analysis and experimental results show that the new watermarking method is novel, secure and robust.

In the last decade,a large number of graph mining algorithms have been *** there are only a few descriptions about community *** communities in different network have different structure,and even in the same network the communities may have different community *** we can’t describe the community structure reasonably,it is difficult to use the communities which are gotten from the community detection *** community detection algorithms may have no *** this paper,the community structure would be described from four different *** are inside properties which describe the community in terms of the community itself,outside properties which describe the community in terms of relationship between communities,level properties which describe community in terms of relationship between the large community and the small communities which compose to the large community at different level,and dynamic properties which describe the evolution information of the communities in different ***,a description algorithm based on the statistic is *** this description algorithm,the community structure information can be descriped in detail and can be used for futher ***,the community structure can be described in different levels by choosing different statistic rules.A data structure is also proposed to save the community structure information for the purpose of searching it quickly.

A NOVEL INTER CODING FRAMEWORK FOR H.264/AVC ON DSP PLATFORM

A novel inter coding framework for H.264/AVC is proposed to reduce the computational complexity of H.264 encoder on DSP *** this paper,inter coding for one P slice is separated into five consecutive loops: Motion Estimation Loop,Transform ＆ Quantization Loop,Entropy Coding Loop,Deblocking Loop and Interpolation *** the macroblocks （MBs） within one P slice are processed together in each *** further explore memory hierarchy of DSP platforms,MB-group based algorithms are introduced in each loop to reduce frequent data transfers between external memory and internal ***,the proposed method is implemented on TMS320DM6446 platform and experimental results show that,for the video sequences with CIF （Common Intermediate Format） format,the optimized H.264 encoder can achieve the encoding speed of 24 frames per second,which fully meet the real-time requirements of the applications.

Enable Secure Group Communication in the Mobile Environment

This paper considers the key management issue of secure group communication in a highly mobile networking environment. In such environment, there are frequent joining and leaving of members due to roaming or suspending for a period. Inorder to preserve forward and backward confidentiality, it is necessary to rekey every time a member joins or leaves. This paper introduces a new state-based group key management framework suitable for highly mobile environment. In this scheme, a member enters "Park" state when it is going to roam or suspend for a period, when it becomes active again, it send a request to the key server to get the current group key and changes its state to "Active" again. No rekeying is needed for a roaming, and reliable delivery of rekeying messages is not required for "Park" members. The scheme can notably reduce the communication overhead and provide an efficient method for error recovery.

Transport Multiple Protocol Label switching (Transport-MPLS, T-MPLS) is one of networking schemes for Packet Transport Network (PTN). It specifies a connection-oriented, packet-switched architecture for carrier class Ethernet. In order to evaluate the performance of T-MPLS network, we have to apply this technology to the real network topology with Internet-bound traffic (e.g., VoIP, P2P, Http). In this paper, we first design the functional architecture and interface of T-MPLS network. Then a novel simulation test bed based on 11-node topology of European Cost239 model is implemented. Most of protocols are realized and the characteristics of packet transport network are verified via numerical simulation.

Based on the analysis of current Quality of Service (QoS) management on IP network, new genera-tion of QoS architecture QoSAF is proposed. QoSAF is divided into three layers: resource control layer, net-work service layer and business layer. QoS management is accomplished by interactivity of layers. In this ar-chitecture, mechanism of feedback control enhances the functions of resource management and system moni-toring. The principle of design and logical architecture of system is discussed in detail.
