Revenue Sharing in Dairy Industry Supply Chain-A Case Study of Hohhot,China

Dairy industry has become an increasingly important enterprise in China as people＇s dietary preferences and composition have changed dramatically with rapid economic development in the past several decades.A number of problems,however,exist in China＇s relatively young dairy industry,including the imbalanced allocation of profits throughout the dairy supply *** of the root causes of the melamine infant powered milk scandal in 2.08 was the unfair profit allocation mechanism in dairy supply *** revenue sharing contract approach has proven to be effective in generating market shares and total *** this study,we apply the three-stage revenue sharing contract model of Giannoccaro and Pontrandolfo（2.04） in an analysis of dairy supply chain to explore its problems in profit allocation and possible solutions to *** analysis was conducted by a case study of Hohhot,often called as ＂milk capital of China＂.Our results show that the current profit distribution in the dairy supply chain is not balanced：the supermarket＇s profitfarmer＇s profitmanufacturer＇s *** the revenue sharing contract setting,the dairy industry＇s total profit increased by 12.49%.By exploring different parameters in the revenue sharing contract model,we have found that a win-win situation can be created among all the members of the supply *** dairy supply chain,the ratio of the revenue reserved for the supermarket itself is equal or greater than 47% and the ratio of the revenue reserved for the manufacturer itself is between 46.4 and 50.2..The values of the parameters that generate a sustainable or win-win situation are related to the bargaining position in the dairy supply *** revenue sharing contract has proven to be effective and desirable by all the dairy chain partners in dairy supply *** results of this study provide relevant information for improving the dairy supply chain structure and the revenue sharing contract model can be applied to other industries,s

Tropical forests continue to vanish rapidly,but few long-term studies have ever examined if and how the lost forests can be *** on a 45-year restoration study in south China,we found that a tropical rain forest,once completely destroyed,could not recover naturally without deliberate restoration *** identified two kinds of thresholds that must be overcome with human ameliorative measures before the ecosystem was able to *** first threshold was imposed primarily by extreme physical conditions such as exceedingly high surface temperature and impoverished soil,while the second was characterized by a critical level of biodiversity and a landscape context that accommodates dispersal and colonization *** three treatment catchments(un-restored barren land,single-species plantation,and mixed-forest stand)exhibited dramatically different changes in biodiversity and ecosystem functioning over 4 *** mixed forest,having the highest level of biodiversity and ecosystem functioning,possesses several major properties of tropical rain *** findings may have important implications for the restoration of many severely degraded or lost tropical forest ecosystems.

土地退化是全球主要的环境问题之一。近年来，随着中国经济的快速发展，土地退化问题变得尤为严重。中国草原面积辽阔，覆盖了国土面积的41％（393万km^2.，由于其在生态和经济方面的重要作用而被认为是最重要的自然资源之一。但是，在广阔的内蒙古草原（中国主要的草原地区）以及从中国东部延伸至匈牙利的部分欧洲草原地区，人类活动已经导致了大规模的土地退化。这样大规模的草原退化不仅会改变当地乃至世界环境，也直接影响到世世代代生活在该地区的数百万人民的生计问题。

Long-term changes of phytoplankton community in Xiagu waters of Xiamen,China

Long-term changes of phytoplankton community by water sampling method in Xiagu Sea waters of Xiamen,China,were investigated in this *** composition of the phytoplankton community in these waters changed greatly since the *** numbers of Dinophyta species increased significantly,although Bacillariophyta species are generally *** succession of dominant species in phytoplankton community is obvious： large-size dominant species such as Biddulphia sinensis of the 1950s were gradually replaced by small-size ones such as Cyclotella striata and Nitzschia closterium,and species that still maintain dominant such as Skeletonema costatum are also small ones,leading the whole phytoplankton community of smaller *** density of phytoplankton community increased greatly,among which cell density of the most dominant species Skeletonema costatum have been increasing in exponent *** index of phytoplankton community decreased,indicating decline of biodiversity of the community,and dominant character of Skeletonema costatum ***,the structure of the entire phytoplankton community is becoming more and more singular and unstable,which makes the occurrence of red tides more *** succession in the phytoplankton community is related to the long-term changes in marine environment,influenced by human activities and global climate changes,especially the increases of nutrient content.

According to Chen's theory, topological differences are perceived faster than feature differences in early visual perception. We hypothesized that topological perception is caused by the sensitivity in discriminating figures with and without "holes" . An ERP experiment was conducted utilizing a passive paradigm to investigate the differences in perceiving figures with "hole" and with "no-hole" . The results showed differences in N170 components between figures with "holes" and with "no-holes" . The inversion of the "hole" could influence the latency of N170, but the inversion of the "no-hole" could not, which indicated that global features are processed first in the "hole" perception whilst local features are given priority to the "no-hole" perception. This result was similar to studies concerning face and non-face objects, suggesting a configural processing of the "hole" .

The contributions of persistent organic pollutants （POPs） from the subtropical regions of China to pollution of the global environment have been paid great attention; however, little is known about the state of POPs in agricultural ecosystems within these regions of China. This study primarily revealed the state of the contamination and distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAH） in agricultural soils in the subtropical regions. 115 surface soils （0-2. cm） were sampled in the breadbaskets of these regions. The concentrations and types of PAH were determined using gas chromatography linked to mass spectrometry （GC-MS）. The total PAH concentrations ranged from 2..1 to 1 2.6.9 ng g^-1 with a mean of 318.2.± 148.2.ng g^-1. In general terms, the current PAH concentrations were lower than most PAH levels reported in a number of investigations from different countries and regions. PAH isomer ratios indicated that pyrolytic origins, such as fossil fuel combustion related to vehicle tail gas and industrial emissions, were the dominant sources of PAH in the southern subtropical areas of China. Although PAH concentrations decreased with decreasing pollution, population, and traffic density, to a great extent PAH compositions were similar throughout subtropical soils, with naphthalene, phenanthrene, fluoranthene, and benzo（b）fluoranthene being dominant.

利用双向电泳技术 ,对人源巨噬细胞U937感染异烟肼耐药结核分枝杆菌前后的全细胞蛋白表达图谱进行差异比较和分析 ,发现其中产生差异的有 32.蛋白质斑点 ,利用基质辅助激光解吸 /电离飞行时间质谱技术 ,对其中 5个表达明显上调的蛋白质斑点进行分析鉴定 ,获得 5个明确的肽质量指纹图谱 ,通过在数据库中进行检索分析 ,确定这 5个蛋白质分别为热休克蛋白 10 5 β、凋亡抑制蛋白 1、磷酸甘油酸变位酶 1、组织蛋白酶B、桥粒胶蛋白 3.上述发现有助于了解耐药结核分枝杆菌入侵早期导致的巨噬细胞蛋白质组表达变化 ,为深入研究耐药结核分枝杆菌宿主相互作用提供了探索方向 .
