In this paper one way to characterize spatial complex behavior is shown. A time-delayed twin-pn junction diode electromagnetic system with distortionless transmission line is used as a model for spatiotemporal complex behavior. It is shown clearly that a combined operation of the average quadratic deviation and the spatial correlation function characterize spatial complex behavior in time-delayed twin-pn junction diode electromagnetic system with distortionless transmission line.

An idea of "distributed drive" MEMS phase shifter is first proposed in this *** minimum phase shift bit act as elementary *** multi-bits phase shifter is consist of dozens of series *** phase shift is increased by sequence change phase shift of *** decrease the reflection plane from 0-3 to 0-1 for 4 bit phase shifter,further decrease the return loss and insertion *** this paper,the full wave electromagnetic simulation of the 22.5 o phase shift cell is done by HFSS.A 4-bit DMTL phase shifter that cascaded by 15 cell is simulated by *** maximal return loss is-11dB for "distributed drive",and-7.5dB for conventionality from DC to *** insertion loss is better than-3dB from DC to 32GHz for "distributed drive".The insertion loss is-3.5 dB at 16GHz for conventionality.

One-dimensionally nanostructured materials, such as nanowires and nanotubes, are the smallest dimensional structures for efficient transport of electrons and excitons, and are therefore critical building blocks for nanoscale electronic and mechanical devices. In this paper, boron nanowires with uniform diameters from 20 to 80 nm were synthesized by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering of pure boron powder and B2O3 powder mixtures in argon atmosphere. The boron nanowires produced stand vertically on the substrate surface to form well-ordered arrays over large areas with self- organized arrangements without involvement of any template and patterned catalyst. The high-density boron nanowires are parallel to each other and well distributed, forming highly ordered and uniform arrays. A more interesting and unique feature of the boron nanowires is that most of their tips are flat rather than hemispherical in morphologies. Detailed studies on its structure and composition indicate that boron nanowires are amorphous. Boron nanowire appears as a new member in the family of one-dimensional nanostructures. Considering the unique properties of boron-rich solids and other nanostructures, it is reasonable to expect that the boron nanowires will display some exceptional and interesting properties. A vapor-cluster-solid (VCS) mechanism was proposed to explain the growth of boron nanowires based on our experimental observations.

We demonstrate high-speed blue 4 ×4 micro-light-emitting-diode （LED） arrays with 14 light-emitting units （two light-emitting units are used as the positive and negative electrodes for power supply, respectively） comprising multiple quantum wells formed of GaN epitaxial layers grown on a sapphire substrate, and experimentally test their applicability for being used as VLC transmitters and illuminations. The micro-LED arrays provide a maximum -3-dB frequency response of 60.5 MHz with a smooth frequency curve from 1 MHz to 500 MHz for an optical output power of 165 mW at an injection current of 30 mA, which, to our knowledge, is the highest response frequency ever reported for blue GaN-based LEDs operating at that level of optical output power. The relationship between the frequency and size of the device single pixel diameter reveals the relationship between the response frequency and diffusion capacitance of the device.

利用Petri网构造了OFDMA系统中接纳控制的模型。接纳控制在OFDMA系统中起着很重要的作用,而随着用户需求的不断增长以及业务类型的多样化,建立一个合适的随机服务模型对于接纳控制来说尤为重要。Petri网采用可视化图形描述系统的静态结构和动态结构,为系统的随机服务模型提供了良好的描述手段。仿真和理论分析的结果完全吻合,表明把Petri网用于构造移动通信系统的无线资源管理模型是完全可行的。
