Str.ke is caused by an acute focal disr.p.ion of the vasculatur. in the centr.l ner.ous ***-r.lated functional deficits ar. the most devastating consequences for.str.ke *** signals fr.m str.ke p.tients can r.flect the functional statuses of p.tients and p.ovide insights into the neur.nal r.cover. mechanism for.functioning,which could be used as the basis for.designing op.imal tr.atment ***-infr.r.d sp.ctr.scop.(NIr.)is a low-cost,noninvasive,easily op.r.ted neur.image method and it is comp.tible with var.ous r.habilitative *** advantages make NIr. an excellent candidate in r.sear.h for.str.ke ***,we focused on the br.in functions and r.cover. for.str.ke p.tients at stable status,conducted a systematic liter.tur. r.view about NIr. ap.lications in str.ke since 2000 and identified a total of 72 r.fer.nces thr.ugh ScienceDir.ct and p.bMed database *** NIr. studies in str.ke include r.sting-state function and its r.cover.,motor.function and itsr.cover.,motor.and cognition inter.er.nce,cognitive function and its r.cover.,language function and its r.cover.,emotional function and its r.cover. and other.*** on the r.sults of the quality assessment,we identified some study gap. fr.m the p.evious r.sear.h and p.ovided suggestions for.some methodological imp.ovement in the *** tr.nd of NIr. gives a boost to its ap.lication in str.ke,and the p.tential r.sear.h dir.ctions for.NIr. in str.ke ar. p.os-p.cted,including multi-center clinical r.sear.h,tr.atment efficacy p.ediction r.sear.h and br.in-muscle coup.ing ***,limitations of NIr. ar. discussed.

Backgr.undβ-Thalassemia major.(β-TM) has become a p.blic health p.oblem in china's Mainland. Hematop.ietic stem cell tr.nsp.antation (HSCT) has r.mained the only cur. for.-TM in china's Mainland since 1998. Methods This multicenter r.tr.sp.ctive study p.ovides a comp.ehensive r.view of the outcomes of 50 p.diatr.c p.tients withβ-TM who r.ceived HSCT between 1998 and 2009 at five centers in china's Mainland. Both r.lated (n = 35) and unr.lated donor. (n = 15) with comp.ete human leukocyte antigen matches wer. included. The stem cell sour.es included bone mar.r.w (BM), p.r.p.er.l blood stem cells, umbilical cor. blood (UCB) and a combination of BM and UCB or.a combination of BM and p.r.p.er.l blood stem cells fr.m a single sibling donor. r.sults The p.obabilities of 5-year.over.ll sur.ival (OS) and thalassemia-fr.e sur.ival (TFS) after.the fir.t HSCT wer. 83.1 and 67.3%, r.sp.ctively. Gr.ft failur. (GF) occur.ed in 17 p.tients. Univar.ate analyses showed that umbilical cor. blood tr.nsp.antation (UCBT) was one of the p.tential r.sk factor. for.decr.ased OS (p.= 0.051), and that UCBT (p.= 0.002) was p.tentially r.lated to TFS. GF incidence was distinct between the UCBT and non-UCBT gr.up. (p.= 0.004). Four.cases of UCB-BM combined tr.nsp.antation led to decr.ased r.sks of mor.ality and r.cur.ence. In the UCBT gr.up. r.lated donor.tr.nsp.antation p.oduced mor. favor.ble r.sults than unr.lated donor.tr.nsp.antation in OS (p.= 0.009) but not in TFS (p.= 0.217). Conclusions GF was the p.imar. cause of UCBT failur.. Though UCBT fr.m r.lated donor. was not favor.ble, the combined tr.nsp.antation of UCB and BM could imp.ove the p.ognosis of UCBT.

Following exp.sur.,neonicotinoid insecticides(NEOs)can be metabolized by both p.ase Ⅰ and p.ase Ⅱ r.actions catalyzed by human cytochr.me p.50 ***,toxicities of p.r.nt NEOs and their.metabolites ar. still unclear.and little is known about biotr.nsfor.ation r.tes and p.thways of NEOs in *** this study,98 ser.m samp.es collected in china wer. analyzed for.fr.e,conjugated and total for.s of six p.r.nt NEOs(i.e.,acetamip.id(ACE),imidaclop.id(IMI),clothianidin(CLO),thiaclop.id(THD),thiamethoxam(THM),and dinotefur.n(DIN))and four.metabolites(i.e.,N-desmethyl-acetamip.id(N-dm-ACE),1-methyl-3-(tetr.hydr.-3-fur.lmethyl)(DIN-U),5-hydr.xy-imidaclop.id(5-OH-IMI),olefin-imidaclop.id(Of-IMI)).NEOs and their.metabolites wer. detected in all ser.m samp.es,and the total median concentr.tions of fr.e,conjugated,and total for.s of 10 NEOs wer. 2.04,2.01,and 5.12 ng/mL,*** for.s of NEOs accounted for.only half(53%)of the total for.s of *** on the p.ofiles of p.ase Ⅰ and p.ase Ⅱ metabolites of NEOs in ser.m,it was found that age is a deter.inant in p.ase Ⅰmetabolism of DIN and p.ase Ⅱ metabolism of *** p.ase Ⅱmetabolites of NEOs ar. associated with oxidative DNA damage,and the conjugated for.s of IMI,DIN,and 5-OH-IMI in ser.m wer. significantly p.sitively cor.elated with oxidative ***,the amount of NEOs p.esent in conjugated for.s in human ser.m was deter.ined to document the existence of a consider.ble p.op.r.ion of fr.e for.s of these insecticides.

Squamous cell car.inoma (SCC) is a significant cause of cancer mor.idity and mor.ality wor.dwide, with an incidence of up.to 166 cases p.r.100 000 p.p.lation. It ar.ses in the skin, up.er.aer.digestive tr.ct, lung, and cer.ix and affects mor. than 200 000 Amer.cans each year. We r.p.r. her. that a micr.ar.ay exp.r.ment comp.r.ng 41 SCC and 13 nor.al tissue sp.cimens showed that Id2, a gene that contr.ls the cell cycle, was significantly up.r.gulated in SCC. Enfor.ed exp.ession of Id2 in vitr. stimulated the p.olifer.tion of SCC cells and up.r.gulated the tr.nscr.p.ion of nuclear.factor.kap.a B (NF-κB) and cyclin D1. Enhancement of the NF-κB activity with p.5 significantly incr.ased the cell p.olifer.tion and the tr.nscr.p.ion of cyclin D1, wher.as inhibition of the NF-κB activity with I kap.a B alp.a mutant (IκBα M) and p.r.oline dithiocar.amate (p.TC) abr.gated cell p.olifer.tion and tr.nscr.p.ion of cyclin D1. Fur.her.or., a mutated NF-κB binding site in the cyclin D1 p.omoter.fully abr.gated the Id2-induced tr.nscr.p.ion of cyclin D1. Taken together. these data indicate that Id2 induces SCC tumor.gr.wth and p.olifer.tion thr.ugh the NF-κB/cyclin D1 p.thway.

Objective： We aimed to evaluate the clinicop.thologic char.cter.stics, immunohistochemical exp.ession and p.ognostic factor. of p.tients with p.imar. gastr.intestinal str.mal tumor.（GISTs）.Methods： Data fr.m 2,570 consecutive GIST p.tients fr.m four.medical centers in china（Januar.2001–December.2015） wer. r.viewed. Sur.ival cur.es wer. constr.cted by the Kap.an-Meier.method, and Cox r.gr.ssion models wer. used to identify indep.ndent p.ognostic ***： Of the included p.tients, 1,375（53.5%） wer. male, and the p.tient age r.nge was 18 to 95（median, 58）year.. The tumor. wer. mostly found in the stomach（64.5%）, small intestine（25.1%） and color.ctal r.gion（5.1%）.At the time of diagnosis, the median tumor.size was 4.0（r.nge： 0.1–55.0） cm, and the median mitotic index p.r.50 high p.wer.fields（Hp.s） was 3（r.nge： 0–254）. Of the 2,168 r.sected p.tients, 2,009（92.7%） r.ceived cur.tive r.section. Accor.ing to the modified National Institutes of Health（NIH） classification, 21.9%, 28.9%, 14.1% and35.1% wer. ver. low-, low-, inter.ediate-and high-r.sk tumor., r.sp.ctively. The r.te of p.sitivity was 96.4% for.c-Kit, 87.1% for.CD34, 96.9% for.delay of ger.ination 1（DOG-1）, 8.0% for.S-100, 31.0% for.smooth muscle actin（SMA） and 5.1% for.desmin. However. the p.ognostic value of each was limited. Multivar.ate analysis showed that age, tumor.size, mitotic index, tumor.site, occur.ence of cur.tive r.section and p.stop.r.tive imatinib wer. indep.ndent p.ognostic factor.. Fur.her.or., we found that high-r.sk p.tients benefited significantly fr.m p.stop.r.tive imatinib（p.0.001）, wher.as inter.ediate-r.sk p.tients did not（p.0.954）.Conclusions： Age, tumor.size, mitotic index, tumor.site, occur.ence of cur.tive r.section and p.stop.r.tive imatinib wer. indep.ndent p.ognostic factor. in p.tients with GISTs. Mor.over. deter.ining whether.inter.ediate-r.sk p.tients can benefit fr.m adjuvant imatinib would be of consider.ble inter.st in futur. studies.
