目的探讨出生周内正常新生儿与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿颅脑CT影像特点。方法12.例正常新生儿和332.HIE患儿行颅脑CT扫描,取特定的扫描层面及位置,双侧对称检测脑实质密度CT值。结果正常新生儿灰质密度CT值范围2.～39HU,白质密度CT值范围2.～2.HU;HIE患儿脑白质CT值范围:轻度17～19.9HU,中度14～16.9HU,重度14HU以下。结论出生周内正常新生儿与HIE患儿颅脑CT值测量指标对HIECT诊断具有重要意义。

Isoflurane, a commonly used inhaled anesthetic, induces apoptosis in rat pheochromocytoma cells （PC12. in a concentration- and time-dependent manner with unknown mechanism. We hypothesized that isoflurane induced apoptosis by causing abnormal calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum （ER） via activation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate （IP3） receptors. Alzheimer＇s presenilin-1 （PS 1） mutation increased activity of IP3 receptors and therefore rendered cells vulnerable to isoflurane-induced cytotoxicity. Sevoflurane and desflurane had less ability to disrupt intracellular calcium homeostasis and thus being less potent pared the cytotoxic effects of various inhaled to cause cytotoxicity. This study examined and com-anesthetics on PC12.cells transfected with the Alzheimer＇s mutated PS 1 （L2.6V） and the disruption of intracellular calcium homeostasis. PC 12.cells transfected with wild type （WT） and mutated PS 1 （L2.6V） were treated with equivalent of 1 MAC of isoflurane, sevoflurane and desflurane for 12.h. MTT reduction and LDH release assays were performed to evaluate cell viability. Changes of calcium concentration in cytosolic space （[Ca^2.]c） were determined after exposing different types of cells to various inhalational anesthetics. The effects of IP3 receptor antagonist xestospongin C on isoflurane-induced cytotoxicity and calcium release from the ER in L2.6V PC12.cells were also determined. The results showed that isoflurane at 1 MAC for 12.h induced cytoxicity in L2.6V but not WT PC12.cells, which was also associated with greater and faster elevation of peak [Ca^2.]c in L2.6V than in the WT cells. Xestospongin C significantly ameliorated isoflurane cytotoxicity in L2.6V cells, as well as inhibited the calcium release from the ER in L2.6V cells. Sevoflurane and desflurane at equivalent exposure to isoflurane did not induce similar cytotoxicity or elevation of peak [Ca^2.]c in L2.6V PC 12.cells. ＜正＞For a class of more general discrete-time systems with output uncertainty,the design and analysis of robust indirect model reference adaptive control（MRAC） with normalized adaptive law are *** main work includes three parts. Firstly,it is shown that the constructed parameter estimation algorithm not only possesses the same properties as those of traditional estimation algorithms,but also it avoids the possibility of division by ***,by establishing a relationship between the plant parameter estimate and controller parameter estimate,some similar properties of the latter are also established. Thirdly,by using the relationship between the normalizing signal and all the signals of the closed-loop system,and some important mathematical tools on discrete-time systems,a systematic stability and robustness analysis approach to the discrete indirect robust MRAC scheme is developed rigorously.

To study the controlled effect of poly （lactic acid）（PLA）, poly lactic-coglycolic （PLGA） and ethylenediamine （EDA）-maleic anhydride （MAH） modified PLA （EMPLA） for in vitro release of nestorone, rods were prepared using the solvent evaporation method. Amount of drug release in vitro was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Effects of rods diameter, the molecular weight of PLA, the drug percentage and the hydrophilicity of polymers on the release of biodegradable nestorone rods in vitro were investigated. It is indicated that the controlled effect of the biodegradable rods for the release of nestorone in vitro is good. The amount of drug released every week from rods in different diameter is similar to one another. The amount of drug released every week and the accumulative drug released during 12.week were almost in direct proportion with the drug percentage of the rods. The amount of drug released every week is increased as the decreasing of PLA molecular weight. As the hydrophlicity of polymer is improved, the rate of drug release every week is accelerated. The studies show that the plausibility of controlled release of nestorone from PLA, PLGA and EMPLA rods imply the possibility of their application as a controlled delivery system for nestorone. The results show that the greater the molecular weight of PLA is, the slower its degradation is and the slower the drug released; the greater the percentage of nestorone is, the more quickly the drug release. An increase of the hydrophilicity of the polymers will increase their degradation rate and leads to a fast drug release. Anyhow, these rods systems should be further evaluated in vivo.

AIM: To compare the effects of extract F of red-rooted Salvia (EFRRS) on mucosal lesions of gastric corpus and antrum induced by hemorrhagic shock and reperfusion in rats. METHODS: The rats were subject to hemorrhagic shock and followed by reperfusion, and were divided randomly into two groups. Group 1 received saline, and group 2.received EFRRS intravenously. The index of gastric mucosal lesions (IGML) was expressed as the percentage of lesional area in the corpus or antrum. The degree of gastric mucosal lesions (DGML) was catalogued grade 0,1,2.and 3. The concentrations of prostaglandins (PGs) were measured by radioimmunoassay. The concentration of MDA was measured according to the procedures of Asakawa. The activity of SOD was measured by the biochemical way. The growth rates or inhibitory rates of above-mentioned parameters were calculated. RESULTS: As compared with IGML (%), grade 3 damage (%) and MDA content (nmol/g tissue) of gastric antrum which were respectively 7.96 +/- 0.59, 34.86 +/- 4.96 and 156.98 +/- 16.12. those of gastric corpus which were respectively 2..18 +/- 6.82. 58.44 +/- 9.07 and 2.0.56 +/- 19.37 increased markedly (P 2. and PGI(2.(pg/mg tissue), the ratio of PGI(2./TXA(2. and the activity of SOD (U/g tissue) of corpus which were respectively 3.01 +/- 1.01, 8.35 +/- 1.95, 540.48 +/- 182.78, 714.38 +/- 12..74, 17.38 +/- 5.93 and 134.2. +/- 13.35 were markedly lower than those of antrum which were respectively 13.92.+/- 2.2., 2..78 +/- 6.06, 2.18.56 +/- 433.12. 2.31.76 +/- 492.35, 43.46 +/- 8.51 and 187.45 +/- 17.67 (P2. and PGI(2., the ratio of PGI(2./TXA(2. and the activity of SOD of corpus which were respectively 632.56, 308.62. 40.75, 74.75, 92.2. and 12..2. were higher than those in antrum which were respe

AIM: To study the biological and clinical characteristics of transcription factor forkhead box protein 3 (FOXP3) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS: We analyzed the expression and localization of FOXP3 in HCC tissues and cell lines to evaluate its biological features. The relationship between FOXP3 staining and clinical risk factors of HCC was assessedto identify the clinical characteristics of FOXP3 in HCC. RESULTS: The mRNA and protein expression of FOXP3 were found in some hepatoma cell lines. Immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis of HCC sections revealed that 48% of HCC displayed FOXP3 staining, but we did not find any FOXP3 staining in normal liver tissues and para-tumor tissues. IHC and Confocal analysis showed that the expressions of FOXP3 were mainly present in the nucleus and cytoplasm of tumor cells in tissues or cell lines. In HCC, the distribution of FOXP3 was similar to that of the cirrhosis, but not to the hepatitis B virus. Those findings implicate that FOXP3 staining seems to be associated with the high risk of HCC. CONCLUSION: The clinical characteristics of FOXP3 in HCC warrants further studies to explore its functions and roles in the cirrhosis and development of HCC.
