Aim: To study the anticancer activity of sodium caffeate （SC）. Methods: A nucleoside transport assay was used to analyze the inhibitory effects of SC on nucleoside rescue. The MTT assay was used to measure cell proliferation. Flow cytometrywas used to measure the apoptosis of BEC-7402 induced by SC and the cell cycledistribution change. Western blotting analysis was employed to investigate Bcl2, caspase and Bax expression. Intracellular Ca2+and mitochondrial membranepotential were determined by flow cytometry. In vivo anti-tumor activity wasmeasured using a tumor transplantation model in mice. Results: SC inhibited thenucleoside transport of BEL-7402 cells with an IC50of 1.02 mg/mL. SC inhibitedtumor cell proliferation with an IC50between 100 μg/mL and 200μg/mL. SC induced BEL-7402 cell apoptosis in a time-and dose-dependent manner, which wasinduced by arresting cells in S phase. The in vivo study showed that tumorgrowth was inhibited in a dose-dependent manner. Activated caspase-3 and Baxexpression were up-regulated after treatment with SC, while Bcl-2 expression wasdown-regulated. Intracellular Ca2+was increased while mitochondrial membranepotential was decreased by SC. Conclusion: SC is a new anticancer agent withpromising potential.

Objective To investigate the effects of 3,4-dichloroaniline （3,4-DCA） on activities of testicle enzymes as biological markers in rats. Methods Fifty male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups （n=10）. One group was left untreated and used as a solvent control （administered orally by corn oil）, while the other 4 groups were treated with 3, 4-DCA. Corn oil was used as a solvent, and 3,4-DCA was diluted into tested concentrations （39, 81, 170, and 357 mg/kg）. All the groups orally administered 3,4-DCA or corn oil, once a day for 4 weeks. The testicle tissue was homogenized in a 0.1 mol/L potassium phosphate buffer （0.1 mol/L, pH 7.2）. The crude homogenate was centrifuged at 6000 rpm for 5 min at 4 ~C. The supernatant obtained was used as an enzyme extract for determination of the enzyme activities. Results Compared with the control, the activities of ALP, ACP, and SDH were increased significantly at a lower level of 3,4-DCA, and decreased at a higher level of 3, 4-DCA, whreas the activities of LDH, LDH-X, and G6PDH were inhibited significantly with the increased 3,4-DCA concentration. Organ coefficient ＂organ weight/total body weight × 100＂ of testis, liver, and spleen increased significantly with the increased 3,4-DCA concentration. These results suggest that 3,4-DCA toxicity to the male reproductive system was associated with the activities of testicular enzymes which are the sensitive biochemical endpoints reflecting 3,4-DCA toxicity to the male reproductive system. Conclusion 3,4-DCA has toxicity to the reproductive system in male rats.

This paper presents a graphics processing unit (GPU) based stylization approach that preserves the fine structure between the original and the stylized images using gradient *** abstraction and painterly stylization methods focused on contrast manipulation only,and thus the detailed salient structures of the input images are always destroyed when performing the current stylization techniques because of limitations like unavoidable salience information loss caused by contrast *** propose an image structure map to naturally model the fine structure existing in the original ***-based structure tangent generation and tangent-guided image morphology are used to construct the structure *** image structure map,unlike an edge map,not only systematically models the boundary information within the imagery but also accentuates the underlying inner structure detail for further *** facilitate the final stylization via parallel bilateral grid and structure-aware stylizing optimization on a GPU-CUDA platform in real *** multiple experiments,the proposed method consistently demonstrates efficient and high quality image stylization performance.

＜正＞A new fuzzy identification approach using support vector regression（SVR） and immune clone selection algorithm（ICSA） is presented in this *** positive definite reference function is utilized to construct a qualified Mercer kernel for *** an improved ICSA is developed for parameters selection of SVR,in which the number of support vectors and regression accuracy are regarded simultaneously to guarantee the conciseness of the constructed fuzzy ***,a set of TS fuzzy rules can be extracted from the SVR *** results show that the resulting fuzzy model not only costs less fuzzy rules,but also possesses good generalization ability.

Chengde City,famous for its cultural sightseeing tourism industry,and is located in china's"Capital Holiday Tourism Circle".This location is advantageous,because of the recent boom in china's national tourism *** industry has gone through several structural and development changes with in the past several years.A result of these restructuring patterns is the great changes concerning competitive and cooperative relations among tourism destinations,which have precipitated the decline of the traditional sightseeing pattern. Northern china's"Capital Holiday Tourism Circle"is one of nine key areas within the Chinese tourism industry under development during the Eleventh Five-Year *** the present article the method of"Distance Decline of The Tourist Flow"was used to define the flow of tourists in the Capital Holiday Tourism Circle and its influence upon Chengde's tourism spatial distribution.3 aspects will be discussed:(1)The transformation from sightseeing to leisure markets makes the change possible in Chengde's tourism spatial pattern.(2)The location advantage(adjacent to beijing and Tianjin) also leads to the change in Chengde tourism spatial pattern.(3)The establishment of freeways also contributes to a great degrees of change. The rapid development of leisure tourism might lead to the change from nucleus model to a diversified one within Chengde's ***,Chengde is developing the tourism industry with the central heritage area as the nucleus and the northern forest, pasture,southern mountain,and rivers as its periphery.

The worldwide fallout of caesium-137 (137Cs) associated with the nuclear weapon tests during the 1950s and 1960s has provided a valuable man-made tracer for studies of soil erosion and sediment delivery. But relatively few researchers have used it to estimate wind erosion. In this note, the 137Cs technique is introduced into the studies of wind erosion and its modern processes inthe Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. Two 137Cs reference inventories of 982.11 and 2 376.04 Bq · m-2 wereestablished preminarily, distributed in the south and middle-north parts of the studied arearespectively. By analyzing the patterns of 137Cs depth profiles from sampling sites, the aeolianprocesses of erosion and deposition in nearly 40 years have been revealed, i.e. the shrub coppicedunes (S1) and semi-fixed dunefields (S3) experienced the alternation of erosion and deposition,while the grasslands (S4, S6 and S7) and dry farmlands (S5) suffered erosion only.
