By means of the determinantal formulae for inverse and reciprocal differences with coincident data points, the limiting case of Thiele's interpolating continued fraction expansion is studied in this paper and given numerical example shows that the limiting Thiele's continued fraction expansion can be determined once for all instead of carrying out computations for each step to obtain each convergent as done in [3].

By means of randomization, the concept of D-randomized truth degree of formulas in two-valued propositional logic is introduced, and it is proved that the set of values of D-randomized truth degree of formulas has no isolated point in [0,1]. The concepts of D-logic pseudo-metric and D-logic metric space are also introduced and it is proved that there is no isolated point in the space. The new built D-randomized concepts are extensions of the corresponding concepts in quantified logic. Moreover, it is proved that the basic logic connectives are continuous operators in D-logic metric space. Lastly, three different types of approximate reasoning patterns are proposed.

Many research indicate a lot of money and time are spent on maintaining and modifying program delivered. So the policies to support program comprehension are very important. Program comprehension is a crucial and difficult task. Insufficient design, illogical code structure, short documents will enhance the comprehensive difficulty. Developing Web application is usually a process with quick implementation and delivery. In addition, generally a Web application is coded by combining mark language statements with some embedded applets. Such programming mode affects comprehension of Web applications disadvantageously. This paper proposes a method to improving understanding Web by dependence analysis and slice technology. Recently, Shi Xianliang and Hu Lan published the method of concentration factors for determination of jumps of functions via MCM conjugate wavelets. Usually, it is difficult to calculate the Hilbert transform of general window functions. The aim of this paper is to discuss determination of jumps for functions based on derivative Gabor series. The results will simplify the calculation of jump values.

The technological change as an exogenous variable is introduced into the RCK model with endogenous fertility in this paper. It is proved that the model has at least a nonzero steady state and the nonzero steady state is unique when the parameters satisfies some conditions. By phrase protrait analysis, the unique nonzero steady state is saddle and the economy has a unique optimal growth path. The results obtained implies that the relationship between the technological change and population growth rate determinated by the economic structure and the parental ethies. For the economy in which the parents is selfish, promoting the technological change rate decreases the fertility at the steady state. On the other hand, for the economy in which the parents is less selfish, the fertility increases as the technological change rate increases.

The double loop network(DLN)is a circulant digraph with n nodes and outdegree *** is an important topological structure of computer interconnection networks and has been widely used in the designing of local area networks and distributed *** the number n of nodes,how to construct a DLN which has minimum diameter?This problem has attracted great attention.A related and longtime unsolved problem is:for any given non-negative integer k,is there an infinite family of k-tight optimal DLN?In this paper,two main results are obtained:(1)for any k≥0,the infinite families of k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed,where the number n(k,e,c)of their nodes is a polynomial of degree 2 in e with integral coefficients containing a parameter c.(2)for any k≥0, an infinite family of singular k-tight optimal DLN can be constructed.

We discussed the Dirichlet problem of semilinear elliptic equation (P β,ε):β 2Δu=u p +εu,u>0, in Ω;u=0, on ?Ω, where Ω?R N (N≥4) is smooth and bounded domain, ,β,ε>0. We have proved that there exist positiveε 0 andε 1, such that when 0?ε?ε 0,β>√ε 1, (P β,ε) has a single-peaked solutionu β,ε; furthermore, |?u β0|2?0 in the sense of measure as ε→0 and β→0.
