Driver fatigue and loosing alertness are the major reasons of severe traffic accidents. Over the last ten years, there has been an increasing interest in the development of fatigue or loosing alertness detection devices. In these studies, the method based on vision has been a leading technique due to its characteristics. This paper presents a real time system which can alert drivers when they feel drowsy or lose alertness through monitoring the state of eyes, mouth and face orientation. Test results show that the system can monitor the face features effectively and realize warning based on specified rules.

1 Introduction Jiapigou region is located in the East of Northern margin of North china Platform (Hu SX, 1997;Shen BF, 1998), and is one of the typical vein-gold type deposits in china. Some stationary points on the potential energy surface of [Si, N, N, P] system were located at the B3LYP/6-311G(d) and QCISD(t)/6-311+G(2df)(single-point) levels of theory, while the isomerization, structures, and stability of these obtained isomers were suggested. The computed results indicate that only four-membered ring isomer SiNPN(E1, 2A'), which possesses butterfly-like structure and Si-P cross bonding, is kinetically stable in all optimized isomers. Other isomers may be considered as kinetically unstable towards isomerization or dissociation because of the corresponding smaller reaction barriers. Furthermore, the present paper also proposes electronic and geometric structures, vibrational frequencies and the corresponding vibrational modes, dipole moments, and rotational constants of isomer E1. To make use of the computed results, we can clearly know that the reaction pathway via an intermediate E3 (SiNPN) is the most favorable channel producing isomer E1 from fragments SiN(2Π) and PN (1Σ), which have been well characterized in space, and thus, isomer E1 can be considered as a candidate for interstellar observation. The reaction enthalpy of SiN(2Π) + PN(1Σ)→ E1 and the standard enthalpy of formation of isomer E1 are 215.25 and 457.99 kJ/mol, respectively, at 298.15 K. The change of production mode and increase of farming radius in Northeast Rural recently, led to each area of agricultural cultivation reach to 20 square kilometers become possible. In this paper, make plan ning of Yilong town in Yi’an country of Heilongjiang province as example, explore the implementation of the new "secondary" level of the town structure. According to the distribution such as farming, transport, pro duction, life, status of infrastructure and other factors, proposed to replace the natural villages in rural com munities, construction of new rural communities with improved social function, complete infrastructure and unique industries. Make rural space system model village organizations with more affordability than the original system of central planning （For short "complex community model"）. Want to take this opportunity to try for the helpful suggestions with construction of new rural villages in the form of sustainable building in Northeast area.

By using the multi-fractal detrended fluctuation analysis method, we analyze the nonlinear property of drought in southwestern china. The results indicate that the occurrence of drought in southwestern china is multi-fractal and long- range correlated, and these properties are indifferent to timescales. A power-law decay distribution well describes the return interval of drought events and the auto-correlation. Furthermore, a drought risk exponent based on the multi-fractal property and the long-range correlation is presented. This risk exponent can give useful information about whether the drought may or may not occur in future, and provide a guidance function for preventing disasters and reducing damage.

Density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculation were adopted to study the structures and properties of metal-free and magnesium tetrathieno[2,3-b]porphyrazine (TTPPzH2 and TTPPzMg) using B3LYP method with the 6-31G(d) basis set.A comparison of the geometrical structures,atomic charges,molecular orbitals,UV-vis spectra and infrared (IR) spectra among tetrathieno[2,3-b]porphyrazine (TTPPzH2),phthalocyanine (H2Pc) and porphyrazine (H2Pz) compounds was *** substituent effect of the thiophene heterocycle for electron-donating on the structures and properties of these compounds has been *** with other atoms,the charge distribution of Cβ atoms adjacent to the sulfur atom is significantly influenced by the thiophene heterocycle *** enlargement of the HOMO-LUMO gaps from H2Pc and MgPc to TTPPzH2 and TTPPzMg is at the origin of the observed blue shift of the Q band when moving from H2Pc to TTPPzH2 *** emphasis has been devoted to the strongest B bands for TTPPzH2 compounds which show red shift due to the large destabilization of the lower lying occupied orbitals compared with the corresponding B bands of H2Pc *** the assistance of animated pictures produced on the basis of the normal coordinates,the significant peaks and vibration modes in the IR spectra of all the compounds were assigned and analyzed.
