To combine modern sensor technology with digital image processing, a real-time measurement system of lens centering errors is designed based on CCD sensor. Following transmission principle as well as reflection principle, a scheme that applies two orthogonal light sources to the measurement system is put forward with the combination of cross and double slit reticles. The experimental result shows that the standard deviation of centering errors is up to 0.0019mm, the limit errors is ±0.0057mm. It is proved that the measurement system is of good reliability and practicability for measurement of centering errors. In addition, the designed system is suitable for multi-parameter measurement, including focal length, intercept and curvature radius, etc.

＜正＞Objective Inhibition of Qi and Qo sites of mitochondrial complexⅢunder hypoxia and ischemia has received attention,but its downstream targets remain largely *** work showed altered function of sodium channels after the inhibition of complexⅢ.HVA calcium channels were well recognized to be an important factor in ischemia-induced cell *** explore whether the inhibition of mitochondrial complexⅢhas any effect on the function of HVA calcium channels and the related downstream pathways will shed light on our understanding about the complicated events after hypoxia/*** Electrophysiological recording of HVA calcium currents was carried out on slice preparations from 14-day-old rats using whole cell recording *** of Qi and Qo sites of mitochondrial complexⅢwas mimicked by application of specific inhibitors antimycin A and myxothiazol *** drugs were applied through the bath ***（1） Antimycin A decreased the peak amplitude of HVA calcium current while myxothiazol increased it.（2） Antimycin A induced the effect via the activation ofβ1 isoform of protein kinase C while myxothiazol increased the amplitude of calcium currents through the activation ofδisoform.（3） The effect of antimycin A on HVA calcium channels could be abolished by the application of antioxidants PHEN and MPG while the superoxide scavenger MnTB Aβand sOD could cancel the effect of *** Inhibition of mitochondrial complex HI at different sites exerted opposite effects on HVA calcium channels.

In recent sOPC （system on Programmable Chip） design, a system becomes very complex and the cost of modifying the design during the development becomes very expensive. Based on the technology of the C to HDL （Hardware Description Language）, we propose a framework to convert C++ class to hardware, which can be used to cope with the change of design requirement during the development period. Within this framework, software and hardware components can be switched to each other easily, and can be reused between different projects as an object-oriental component.

A new antistatic fiber is investigated using carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to enhance the antistatic ability of polymer fibers based on the mechanism of the discharging process of polarity macromolecule. Composite antistatic agent (CAA), prepared by dispersing CNTs in an organic antistatic agent carrier containing metallic ions in their main chains, is cospun with polypropylene (PP) to prepare CAA/PP fibers. It is indicated through analyzing the measured dynamic tribo electrostatic voltages that CNTs can promote the discharging process of polarity macromolecule of antistatic agent carrier and further improve the antistatic ability of PP fibers. It is also indicated that the antistatic effect promoted by CNTs is better than that by conductive carbon black. Moreover, the antistatic effects of the CNTs treated by different methods are also compared.

Traveltime data of Pg events,which are refractions from the crystalline basement(CB) in the controlled-source wide-aperture seismic sections,provide key constraints on the construction of shallow seismic structures above the crystalline *** sedimentary rock is usually considered to be anisotropic because of the preferred alignment of microcracks and thin layering in the upper *** the interpretation of Pg events needs to account for seismic velocity anisotropy. For this reason,it is the prerequisite to establish traveltime-offset relationship for Pg events in anisotropic ***,we first derive a traveltime-offset relationship for Pg waves by assuming a model with a linear velocity increase;then we present a scheme to invert Pg traveltime-offset data for velocity anisotropy in shallow crustal *** compare the Pg traveltimes calculated by our analytic equation with raytracing to test the ***,real data from the deep-seismic reflection profiles in the southeast china are analyzed to demonstrate the potential of our method.

＜正＞ Personalizing a talking head means not only to personalize a head model but also to personalize his talking manner. In this paper, we propose a dynamic viseme model for visual speech synthesis that can deal with co-articulation problem and various pauses in continuous speech. Facial Animation Parameters （FAPs） defined in MPEG-4 are estimated according to the tracked feature points from two orthogonal views via a mirror setup. Individual talking manner described by model parameters is learnt from FAP data to implement a personalized talking head.

Direct laser writing by two-photon polymerization with femtosecond laser pulses has become a powerful tech-nique for creating fully 3Dnanostructures,such as photonic crystals,metamaterials,waveguide-based devices,laps on a chip and *** systematically investigate the polymerization of suspended nanorods to find the way to reduce the featuresize to～15nm,to compensate for the shrinkage and tapering,and to control the aspect ratio of cross-section,which enable us to fabricate single-mode dielectric-loaded surface plasmon-polariton nanowaveguides and high quality optical whispering gallery *** feature-size of suspended nanorods has been reduced toλ/*** with sub-25nm width are produced by controlling the incident laser power and the laser focus scan speed up to 700m/*** on re-polymerization between two structures close to each other,the feature-size is further reduced to～15nm,which demonstrates the potential for three-dimensional nanofabrication with high spatial resolution.

seed traits have been known to influence seed hoarding strategies of rodents,which in turn affect seed fate and regeneration success of plant ***,the mutualism and predation network among sympatric seeds and rodents and its influencing factors have not been well investigated. Using seeds of 5 tree species,we investigated the differences in hoarding behaviors among 7 sympatric rodent species and their interactions with seed traits in semi-natural enclosures in the Banruosi subtropical Forest in southwest *** found that different rodent species showed different positive and negative effects on seed regeneration of the 5 tree *** was a slight overlap in mutualism among seeds and rodents;it highly occurred in Edward’s long-tailed rats(Leopoldamys edwardsi)with ***,but not in Chestnut rats(Niviventer fulvescens)or Himalayan rats(Rattus nitidusa)with C. *** was a greater overlap among seeds and rodents in terms of *** found heavier seeds or seeds with harder coats tended to be less-harvested,less frequently eaten in situ or after removal, and more frequently scatter-hoarded or larder-hoarded by *** with a high content of fat or protein,or high caloric value were eaten more frequently after removal,and more frequently *** with high starch content were more frequently eaten in situ,with less eaten after removal,and more frequently harvested by *** with high tannin content were more frequently eaten in situ or after removal,and more frequently *** handling time hypothesis,high tannin hypothesis,and high nutrition hypothesis,as well as the seed size hypothesis were supported in some,but not all,seed-rodent *** found that fresh weight was the predominant factor in affecting hoarding behavior of 3 rat species,while tannin was the predominant factor in affecting the hoarding behavior of 3 Apodemus *** divergence in formation of mutualism and predation
