Optimal regulation of flexible loads in rural residential buildings considering mobile batteries:A case study in shaanxi Province

While the grid-connected capacity of rural household photovoltaics is increasing rapidly,achieving dynamic supply-demand matching despite fluctuations in solar energy is *** the rapid development of rural electrification,battery-powered technologies,such as electric vehicles and electric agricultural machinery,are becoming increasingly popular in rural *** this context,utilizing idle mobile batteries to assist in energy storage for rural residential buildings offers a new way to solve the problem of dynamic supply-demand *** this study,a field survey was conducted on several typical fruit-growing villages in the Central shaanxi Plain in shaanxi Province of *** rural households were selected to calculate the electricity loads of the residential buildings,with due consideration to the intervention of mobile *** the premise of installing 3 kW household photovoltaic systems in rural households,an economical efficiency-oriented model was built for the optimal regulation of flexible *** results were compared in the context of two patterns of electricity consumption,i.e.,unidirectional charging of mobile batteries from buildings and bidirectional charging and discharging between mobile batteries and *** bidirectional pattern significantly increased the photovoltaic consumption of typical rural households on various typical ***,during both scenarios of not implementing time-of-use and implementing time-of-use,the typical day of the winter slack farming season exhibited the best photovoltaic consumption effect among all types of typical ***,the bidirectional pattern also result in a significant increase in the annual electricity sales revenues for typical rural households.

Energy consumption simulations of rural residential buildings considering differences in energy use behavior among family members

The“average occupant”methodology is widely used in energy consumption simulations of residential buildings;however,it fails to consider the differences in energy use behavior among family *** on a field survey on the Central shaanxi Plain,to identify the energy use behavior patterns of typical families,a stochastic energy use behavior model considering differences in energy use behavior among family members was proposed,to improve the accuracy of energy consumption simulations of residential *** results indicated that the surveyed rural families could be classified into the following four types depending on specific energy use behavior patterns:families of one elderly couple,families of one middle-aged couple,families of one elderly couple and one child,and families of one couple and one ***,on typical summer days,the results of daily building energy consumption simulation obtained by the“average occupant”methodology were 25.39%and 28%lower than the simulation results obtained by the model proposed in this study for families of one elderly couple and families of one middle-aged couple,and 13.05%and 23.05%higher for families of one elderly couple and one child,and families of one couple and one *** typical winter days,for the four types of families,the results of daily building energy consumption simulation obtained by the“average occupant”methodology were 21.69%,10.84%,1.21%,and 8.39%lower than the simulation results obtained by the model proposed in this study,respectively.

The gravitational gradient tensor’s invariants and the related boundary conditions

Here we report new approaches of recovering the Earth gravitational field from GOCE (Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer) gradiometric data with the help of the gradient tensor’s invariants. Our results only depend on GOCE satellite’s position and gradiometry, in other words, they are completely independent of the satellite attitude. First, starting from the invariants, linearization models are established, which can be referred as the general boundary conditions on the satellite’s orbit. Then, the spherical approximation expressions for the models are derived, and the corresponding solving methods for them are discussed. Furthermore, considering effects of J2-term, the spherical approximation models are improved so that the accuracies of the boundary conditions can be theoretically raised to O ( J 2/2 T), which is approximately equivalent to O(T2). Finally, some arithmetic examples are constructed from EGM96 model based on the derived theories, and the computational results illustrate that the spherical models have accuracies of 10-7 and the order recovering the gravitational field can reach up to 200, and the models with regard to effect of J2-term have accuracies of 10-8 and the order can reach up to 280.

A class of latent ancestral graph for modelling the dependence structure of structural vector autoregressive （VAR） model affected by latent variables is proposed. The graphs are mixed graphs with possibly two kind of edges, namely directed and bidirected edges. The vertex set denotes random variables at dif- ferent times. In Gaussian case, the latent ancestral graph leads to a simple parameterization model. A modified iterative conditional fitting algorithm is presented to obtain maximum likelihood esti- mation of the parameters. Furthermore, a log-likelihood criterion is used to select the most appropriate models. simulations are performed using illustrative examples and results are provided to demonstrate the validity of the methods.

Coordination of distinctive pesticide adjuvants and atomization nozzles on droplet spectrum evolution for spatial drift reduction

Pesticide adjuvants,as crop protection products,have been widely used to reduce drift loss and improve utilization efficiency by regulating droplet ***,the coordinated regulation mechanisms of adjuvants and nozzles on droplet spectrum remain ***,we established the relationship between droplet spectrum evolution and liquid atomization by investigating the typical characteristics of droplet diameter distribution near the *** on this,the regulation mechanisms of distinctive pesticide adjuvants on droplet spectrum were clarified,and the corresponding drift reduction performances were quantitively evaluated by wind tunnel *** shows that the droplet diameter firstly shifts to the smaller due to the liquid sheet breakup and then prefers to increase caused by droplet *** the surface tension of sprayed liquid facilitates the uniform liquid breakup and increasing the viscosity inhibits the liquid deformation,which prolong the atomization process and effectively improve the droplet *** a result,the drift losses of flat-fan and hollow cone nozzles are reduced by about 50%after adding organosilicon and vegetable oil *** contrast,the air induction nozzle shows a superior anti-drift ability,regardless of distinctive *** findings provide insights into rational adjuvant design and nozzle selection in the field application.

Accelerated crucible rotation technique(ACRT) has been used for the directional solidification of Al-4.5wt% Cu binary *** rotating the crucible at varying rate and direction,forced liquid flows are aroused These flows include Ekman flow,Couette flow and spiral shear ***,Ekman flow acts directly at the L/s interface,changes diffusion and heat exchange conditions and has strong influences on the morphology of L/s *** results show that,compared with normal Bridgman specimens,the solidification region is much narrower and the cell spacing is much smaller in ACRT *** influences become much stronger when the accelerating rate is increased.

A threshold quantum secret sharing (TQss) scheme between multi-party and multi-party was proposed using a sequence of single photons,which is useful and efficient when the parties of communication are not all present. We described the process of this TQss scheme and discussed its security. It was shown that entan-glement is not necessary for quantum secret sharing. Moreover,the theoretic effi-ciency was improved to approach 100% as almost all the instances can be used for generating the private key,and each photon can carry one bit of information. This protocol is feasible with the present-day technique.

In most situations, the signer is generally a single person. However, when the message is written on behalf of an organization, a valid message may require the approval or consent of several persons. Threshold signature is a solution to this problem. Generally speaking, as an authority which can be trusted by all members does not exist, a threshold signature scheme without a trusted party appears more attractive. Following some ideas of the classical shamir’s threshold signature scheme, a quantum threshold group signature one is proposed. In the proposed scheme, only t or more of n persons in the group can generate the group signature and any t-1 or fewer ones cannot do that. In the verification phase, any t or more of n signature receivers can verify the message and any t-1 or fewer receivers cannot verify the validity of the signature.

A threshold proxy quantum signature scheme with threshold shared verification is proposed. An original signer could authorize a group as its proxy signers. Then only t or more of n persons in the proxy group can generate the proxy signature on behalf of the original signer and any t-1 or fewer ones cannot do that. When the proxy signature needs to be verified,any t or more of n persons belonging to the verification group can verify the message and any t-1 or fewer ones cannot verify the validity of the proxy signature.

Micro-and Nano-structure Characterization of Isotropic Pyrocarbon Obtained via Chemical Vapor Deposition in Hot Wall Reactor

The hot wall reactor was used to deposit isotropic pyrocarbon. The density of the product was measured by Archimedes method. The fracture morphology and texture of the product were investigated by scanning electron microscopy （sEM） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. Raman spectroscopy was also applied to characterizing the structure of the product. The results show that the density of the product is about 1.31 g/cm^3. The pyrocarbon consists of granular particles with the size of about 1.5 μm under sEM images. Under TEM images, the pyrocarbon is composed of irregular grains and onion-like particles are also detected. The orientation angle （180 deg.） of pyrocarbon reveals its isotropic character. The ID/IG ratio in Raman spectrum is about 1.2, indicating the isotropic feature of the product qualitatively.
