＜正＞Digital halftoning is a technique used for binary devices such printers to simulate the continuous tone image. But the quality of halftone prints produced by printers can be limited by random dot-placement errors. In this paper, we propose a printer model and human visual model based method on tone-dependent error diffusion （TDED）. First we analyses the Printer Model and HVS （Human Visual System） used in halftoning algorithm. And based on the Floyd-Steinberg error diffusion algorithm, we train the tone-dependent weights matrix on the different tones using an error within a human visual system. In the experiment, we use HP LaserJet 1010 printer and simulated printer to test the result and compare the quality of the halftone image created by the new algorithm, and both them show very good halftoning quality.

Micro-droplet jetting belongs to the field of precision fluid dispensing *** traditional subtraction manufacture process,micro-droplet jetting as an additive fabrication technique with features of non-contact and data-driven represents a new development trend of modern manufacturing *** this paper,the design,fabrication and performance of a multi-materials drop-on-demand (DOD) inkjet system based on pneumatic diaphragm actuator were *** capturing the droplet ejection process and measuring the droplet dimension,a self-made in situ imaging system based on time delayed external trigger was set *** performance of the generator was studied by adjusting the structure and control ***,the influence of fluid properties on the droplet ejection process was experimentally ***-solderballs of 160.5 μm in diameter and UV curing adhesive micro-bumps of 3.6.94 μm in contact diameter with the substrate were *** results demonstrated that the DOD inkjet generator possesses characteristics of robust,easy to operate and maintain,and able to withstand high temperature as well as applicability to a wide variety of materials including polymers,low melting point resin and high melting point *** system has a great potential of being used in the fields of IC and MEMS packaging,3. printing,organic semiconductor fabrication,and biological and chemical analysis.

＜正＞In low bit rate coding, image compression methods aimed at minimum mean square error may lose the detail and weak information in original images, especially for smoothness areas and edges with low contrast. This is known as "smoothing" effect. Through analysis of the generation mechanism of compression distortion, we propose a visual masking effect based adaptive image compression algorithm that can reduce the "smoothing" effect in low bit rate coding. For the reason that images should be modeled as non-stationary information resources, we use blocking wavelet transform. The decomposition levels of a block are determined by texture complexity of that block. In quantization and entropy coding of wavelet coefficients, we integrate the visual masking effect. Adaptive bit rate allocation is employed to reduce distortion of weak information. Experiments by comparing with baseline JPEG2000 show that visual quality in low bit rate coding is improved significantly, and more weak information is reserved.

A procedure for preparing a nanofluid that a solid-liquid composite material consists of solid nanoparticles with sizes typically of 1-100 nm suspended in liquid was proposed. By means of the procedure, Cu-H2O nanofluids with and without dispersant were prepared, whose sediment pho-tographs and particle size distribution were given to illustrate the stability and evenness of suspension with dispersant. The viscosity of Cu-H2O nanofluid was measured using capillary viscometers. The mass fractions（w） of copper nanoparticles in the experiment varied between 0.04% and 0.16% with the temperature range of 3.-70 ℃. The experimental results show that the temperature and SDBS concentration are the major factors affecting the viscosity of the nano-copper suspensions, while the effect of the mass fraction of Cu on the viscosity is not as obvious as that of the temperature and SDBS dispersant for the mass fraction chosen in the experiment. The apparent viscosity of the copper nano-suspensions decreases with the temperature increase, and increases slightly with the increase of the mass fraction of SDBS dispersant, and almost keeps invariability with increasing the mass fraction of Cu. The influence of SDBS concentration on the viscosity of nano-suspension was relatively large comparing with that of the nanoparticle concentration.

CuO-CoO-MnO/SiO2nanocomposite aerogels and xerogels were prepared using tetraethyl orthosilicate（TEOS） as Si source,and aqueous solution of Cu,Co and Mn acetates as the precursor via sol-gel process,CO2supercritical drying（SCD） technique or ambient pressure drying *** microstructure of the CuO-CoO-MnO/SiO2nanocomposite aerogels and xerogels were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy（FE-SEM）,transmission electron microscopy（TEM） and X-ray diffraction（XRD）.The specific surface area,pore size and pore size distribution of the nanocomposite aerogels and xerogels were determined by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller（BET） *** results showed that CuO-CoO-MnO/SiO2nanocomposite aerogels are porous,with a pore size distribution of 2-50 nm,an average pore size of 19.4 nm,a specific surface area of 3.4.9 m2/g and a particle size distribution of 10-150 nm,whereas the pore size distribution of CuO-CoO-MnO/SiO2composite xerogels is 1.7-128.6 nm,the average pore size is only 9.9 nm,the specific surface area is only 99.1 m2/g,and the particle size distribution is 100-500 *** structure of CuO-CoO-MnO/SiO2nanocomposite aerogels is favorable to increase the loading of catalysts.

＜正＞The paper attempts to use Low-tempreture Plasma（LTP） technology to improve the surface energy, the coarse degree and the oil ink adhesive force of plastic films by introducing LTP method to the printing and packaging field, consequently improving its printability. The experiments were done at different conditions including time, pressure and plasmas（ Ar、O2、N2、Ar/ 02）. The results of the experiments were measured and analyzed by AFM, the oil ink adhesive force, the critical surface tension, contacting angle and XPS. The best treatment condition based on present equipment is found out by comparing a mass of experimental data and analysing results. Finally, we achieved the best condition of Low-tempreture Plasma（LTP） improving the printability of PE film.
