We evaluated and ran simulations for seven proposals for the reduction of global CO emissions(e.g.,those of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC),United Nations Development Program,and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development).All the proposals ignored the fact that the cumulative CO emissions per capita for developed countries were 7.54 times those for developing countries in the historical period of *** proposals further deliberately allocate 2006-2050 emission quotas to developed countries that are 2.3-6.7 times those to developing *** will seriously violate the development rights of developing *** paper clearly states that proposals such as that of the IPCC are not suitable references for future international climate change negotiations as they violate the fundamentals of fairness and equity in international relationships and the UNFCCC principle of"common but differentiated responsibilities".Comparing estimates of emissions in china in the scenario of rapid development with low-CO-emission technology in the period 2006-2050 with estimates for other countries and groups,we find that china can logically and morally argue for equivalent emission rights even in the case of the strict CO concentration target of 450-470 ppmv.

In china,the methods of time-control,optical-control and time-optical-control are in common used to control street lamp,particularly in small and medium-sized cities. But the precision is bad,and the result of work is also *** main reason is the backward lighting control and administrative method. Through many kinds of sensor combination sense environment’s change,the multi-sensor exhibition can combinatory logically control the new intelligent street light controller *** based on the degree of illumination control fixed time,in the automatic foundation fixed time,according to the multi-sensing exhibition survey data’s special combination change,to control the street light nimbly;the system can also realize the automatic timing control,by the preinstall time to control street light switch,ultimately, to control the street light timed;Simultaneously can also realize the automatic sunshine control,which may act according to the actual determination the sunlight degree of illumination and the degree of illumination control criterion,automatic control street light. In recent years, with the rapid development of laser radar technology both in military and civil fields, the research on laser radar has come to the stage of application throughout the world. This paper studies the offset frequency locking system used for a short-pulsed laser outdoors. It is often the case that if the received IF signal bandwidth of coherent laser radar becomes more narrow in coherent detection, the signal noise ratio will be improved greatly. Therefore the technique is needed for offset locking the heterodyne frequency between two lasers. However the unstable ambient temperature will produce an effect on the behavior of a gas laser, and the offset locking technique should have such characterized features as in a frequency offset locking loop used for pulsed lasers. The heterodyne frequency between two lasers is necessitated to have a wide enough bandwidth so as to prevent itself from a loss of locking and to have a high enough discriminating frequency accuracy so as to make the radar possess a high accuracy of measuring the target speed. In order to attack the problems mentioned above, this paper designs an offset frequency locking system with two frequency discrimination loops. One has an all-digital frequency discriminator with a bandwidth of 600MHz and accuracy of 5MHz in discriminating frequency to an optical pulse width 30 ns;the other has a coincidence gate circuit discriminator with a bandwidth of 20MHz and an accuracy of less then 500kHz in discriminating frequency to an optical pulse width 30 us .

On MSDT inversion with multi-angle remote sensing data

With the wavelet transform, image of multi-angle remote sensing is decomposed into multi-resolution. With data of each resolution, we try target-based multi-stages inversion, taking the inversion result of coarse resolution as the prior information of the next inversion. The result gets finer and finer until the resolution of satellite observation. In this way, the target-based multi-stages inversion can be used in remote sensing inversion of large-scaled coverage. With MISR data, we inverse structure parameters of vegetation in semiarid grassland of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The result proves that this way is efficient.

It is very difficult to capture the target in the microgravity environment, simply by relying on ground operators. Based on shared control theory, this paper effectively combines the decision-making ability of ground operators and the independent ability of space robot, through making full use of independent control ability of the space robot, and reducing operators’ workload and working time, to achieve more valid capture for targets. Shared control is more accurate capture of the target compared with teleoperation in experimental.

Tectonic types and evolution of Ordovician proto-type basins in the Tarim region

The Ordovician system is an important target for exploration in the Tarim Basin. Restoration of the Ordovician tectono-depositional environment is a key basis for the study of the structural development history in Tarim block and the prediction of the favorable Ordovician reservoir belts (zones). Based on the surrounding tectonic settings, the litho-facies and sedimentary fill, the palaeo-geography, palaeoclimate and palaeo-ecology, and the structural deformation and magmatic eruptions, in this paper we combine the sedimentary fill in the basin with the development of the surrounding orogenic belts and re-build the proto-type basins of the different Ordovician periods. During the Ordovician period, the Tarim region was characterized by the composite of the interior cratonic depression with the peripheral cratonic depression. The interior cratonic depression in the central and western parts is mainly the depositional area of the platform facies while the peripheral cratonic depression in the eastern part is mainly the zone of deepwater basin facies, with the slope acting as the transition belt between them. During the Late Ordovician period, the closure of the Northern Kunlun Ocean and destruction of the trencharc-basin system in the Altyn Tagh region put the southern part of the Tarim block under compression and uplifting and turned the central and western parts of the carbonate platform into the mixed depositional continental shelf. The eastern region of the basin had the over-compensated flysch sedimentation with huge thickness, marking the drastic turn of the basin nature. The basin tectonic framework turned to the south-north differentiation of the Silurian period from the east-west differentiation of the Ordovician period.
