在获取大量地质地化资料的基础上 ,重点对CO2 成因及运聚成藏的主要控制因素进行了深入的剖析与探讨。研究表明 ,莺歌海盆地壳源型及壳幔混合型CO2 形成及富集成藏 ,主要受控于泥底辟热流体晚期分层分块多期的局部上侵活动与沉积巨厚的上新统—中新统海相含钙砂泥岩的物理化学综合作用 ,且其运聚分布规律亦具多期和分层分区的特点 ;琼东南盆地东部及珠江口盆地火山幔源型成因CO2 则主要受控于幔源型火山活动与沟通深部气源的基底深大断裂的发育展布程度 ,其运聚富集规律与幔源型火山活动及深大断裂的发育展布密切相关 ,CO2 气源主要来自地壳深部幔源火山活动所伴生的大量CO2 。因此 ,根据壳源型岩化成因CO2 与火山幔源型成因CO2 不同成因及成藏条件 ,可以追踪其气源 ,分析和预测天然气尤其是CO2 运聚分布规律 ,为天然气勘探部署及决策提供依据 ,减少和降低勘探风险。

Aim:To build up a quantitative structure-activity relationship（QSAR）model of20（S）-camptothecin（CPT）analogs for the prediction of the activity of new CPTanalogs for drug ***:A training set of 43.structurally diverse CPTanalogs which were inhibitors of topoisomerase I were used to construct a quan-titative structure-activity relationship model with a comparative molecular fieldanalysis（CoMFA）.The QSAR model was optimized using partial least squares（PLS）analysis.A test set of 10 compounds was evaluated using the ***:The CoMFA model was constructed successfully,and a good cross-validated correlation was obtained in which q2was ***,the analysis ofthe non-cross-validated PLS model in which r2was 0.93. was built and permitteddemonstrations of high predictability for the activities of the 10 CPT analogs inthe test set selected in ***:The CoMFA model indicated thatbulky negative-charged group at position 9,10 and 11 of CPT would increaseactivity,but excessively increasing bulky group at position 10 is adverse to inhibi-tory activity;substituents that occupy position 7 with the bulky positive groupwill enhance the inhibitive *** model can be used to design new CPTanalogs and understand the mechanism of action.

The essence of uncertain data management has been well adopted since data uncertainty widely exists in lots of applications,such as Web,sensor networks,*** of the uncertain data models are based on the possible world *** the number of the possible worlds will blowup exponentially with the growth of the data set,it is much more challenging to handle uncertain data than deterministic *** this paper,we take the first attempt to study the rarity,an important statistic that describes the proportion of items with the same frequency,upon uncertain *** have proposed three novel solutions,including an exact method and an approximate method to compute the rarity of a given frequency respectively,and a method to find the frequency of the maximum *** in theorem and extensive experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed solutions.

The Bohai Bay basin comprises some very important and well documented subtle traps known in china, which have been the major exploration focus and have become a major petroleum play since the 1990s. However, recent exploration showed that the oil-bearing proper-ties of some sand lens reservoirs may vary significantly and the accumulation mechanisms for these lithological subtle traps are not well understood. Based on statistical analysis of oil-bearing properties for 123.sand lens reservoirs in the Jiyang Sub-basin and combined with detailed anatomy of typical sand lens reservoirs and NMR experiments, it has been shown that the structural and sedimentary factors, hydrocarbon generation and expulsion conditions of the sur-rounding source rocks, as well as the petrophysical properties of sand lens reservoirs are the main controlling factors for the formation of sand lens reservoirs. The formation of a sand lens reservoir depends on the interaction between the hydrocarbon accumulation driving force and the resistance force. The driving force is made up of the differential capillary pressure between sandstones and sources rocks and the hydrocarbon diffusion force, and as well as the hydro-carbon expansion force. The resistance force is the friction resistance force for hydrocarbons and water to move through the pore throats of the sand lens. The sedimentary environment, source rock condition and sand reservoir properties can change from unfavorable to favorable depend-ing on the combination of these factors. When these three factors all reach certain thresholds, the sand lens reservoirs may begin to be filled by hydrocarbons. When all of these conditions be-come favorable for the formation of sand lens reservoirs, the reservoir would have high oil satu-ration. This approach has been applied to evaluating the potential of petroleum accumulation in the sand lens reservoirs in the third member of the Neogene Shahejie Formation in the Jiyang Sub-basin.

A COUPLED MODEL OF HYDRODYNAMICS AND WATER QUALITY FOR YUQIAO RESERVOIR IN HAIHE RIVER BASIN

In order to simulate the characteristics of hydrodynamic field and mass transport processes in the Yuqiao Reservoir （YQR）, a 2-D coupled model of hydrodynamics and water quality was developed, and the water-quality related state variables in this model included CODMn, TN and TP. The hydrodynamic model was driven by employing observed winds and daily measured flow data to simulate the seasonal water cycle of the reservoir. The simulation of the mass transport and transformation processes of CODMn, TN and TP was based on the unsteady diffusion equations, driven by observed meteorological forcing and external loadings, with the fluxes form the bottom of reservoir and the plant photosynthesis and respiration as internal sources and sinks. A finite volume method and Alternating Direction Implicit （ADI） scheme were used to solve these equations. The model was calibrated and verified by using the data observed from YQR in two different years. The results showed that in YQR, the wind-driven current was an important style of lake current, while the concentration of water quality item was decreasing from east to west because of the external pollutant loadings. There was a good agreement between the simulated and measured values, with the minimal calculation error percent of 0.1% and 2.6% and the mean error percent of 44.0% and 51.2% for TN and TP separately. The simulation also showed that, in YQR, the convection was the main process in estuaries of inflow river, and diffusion and biochemical processes dominate in center of reservoir. So it was necessary to build a pre-pond to reduce the external loadings into the reservoir.

Olefins and allylic alcohols have been epoxidized with commercially available hydrogen peroxide (3.% H2O2) using a phase transfer catalyst,composed of cetyltrimethylammonium cations and a lacunary-type phosphotungstate anion [PW11O3.]7-or the complete Keggin-type heteropolyanion [PW12O40]3.,under two-phase conditions using ethyl acetate as the solvent. It was found that the lacunary-type catalyst showed higher activity and better recyclability than the complete Keggin-type catalyst under the same reaction conditions. 3.P NMR spectroscopy and solubility measurements for the two catalysts revealed that the [PW11O3.]7-anion had a much faster degradation rate than the [PW12O40]3.anion in an excess of H2O2,which resulted in the formation of more catalytically active species. As a result,the lacunary-type phosphotungstate anion-based catalyst gave a better catalytic performance than the complete Keggin-type anion in ethyl acetate.

Preliminary results of a regional air-sea coupled model over east asia

We have established a regional air-sea coupled model over east asia and conducted a 20-year integration to evaluate its performance in reproducing the present *** coupled model consists of RegCM3.and HYCOM controlled by the OASIS3.coupler with resuolution of 60 km for the atmosphere and 3. km for the ocean,*** some other regional air-sea coupled models,a one-way nesting method is employed in the oceanic component and a heat flux adjustment for solar radiation is used to remove an about 2°C cold bias in *** primary analysis for this 20-year integration shows that the coupled model successfully reproduces the main features of the circulations over east asia,both in the atmosphere and the ocean,including climatology,seasonal and interannual *** are seen in the coupled model compared to the uncoupled one,especially in the simulation of precipitation,the most important element of the east asian monsoon,although there are still obvious discrepancies that come mainly from the model components *** analyses show that the rainfall simulation benefits from the enhancements of the Northwest Pacific Subtropical High in summer,which leads to the improvement of the moisture flux simula-tion at the middle-lower atmospheric *** results indicate that the regional air-sea coupled model is more suitable for the east asia monsoon simulation.

Based on the theories and methods of cartography on spatial pattern and temporal evolution in Geo-information Tupu (Carto-methodology in Geo-information, CMGI) and the quantitative measurements of pattern and process in landscape ecology, the methodology of landscape information Tupu in studying the swing process of the Yellow River (YR) over the Yellow River Delta (YRD) during 1855― 2000 has been demonstrated. The main content includes: (1) methodology of landscape information Tupu; (2) evolution process Tupu of YR rump channels; (3. evolution process Tupu of the 7 pieces of subdeltas in YRD during 1855―2000; (4) landscape information Tupu of the modern YRD and the current YRD; (5) landscape information Tupu of YR rump channels on the 7 pieces of subdeltas during 1855―2000; and (6) corridor-matrix landscape information Tupu by YR swings. The methodology of landscape information Tupu here is still primary but we hope that it could provide a new tool for exploring an integrated research on spatiotemporal approaches for landscape "pattern and process".

Interannual and Interdecadal Variability of Atmospheric Water Vapor Transport in the Haihe River Basin

The seasonal mean atmospheric precipitable water and water vapor transport over the Haihe River Basin （HRB） in North china with a focus on their interannual to interdecadal variability, and then the relationships of the interannual and interdecadal variability of the water cycle over the HRB to the Pacific Decadal Oscillation （PDO） and E1 Nino-Southern Oscillation （ENSO） phenomena were investigated using the observational and National Centers for environmental Prediction （NCEP） reanalysis data. There was a strong interdecadal variability for the water cycle （such as precipitation and water vapor transport） over the region, with an abrupt change occurring mostly in the mid 1970s. The intensity of the east {3.n summer monsoon largely affected the atmospheric water vapor transport. Generally, the net meridional convergence of the water vapor flux over the region was relatively large before 1965, and it declined gradually from then on with a further notable decrease since mid 1970s. Zonal water vapor transport was similar to meridional, but with a much smaller magnitude and no noteworthy turning in the mid 1970s. Results also suggested that the wind field played an important role in the water vapor transport over the HRB before the mid 1960s, and the interdecadal variability of the water cycle （precipitation, water vapor transport, etc.） in the summer was related to the PDO; however, interannual variation of the water vapor transport could also be related to the ENSO phenomena.
