With the increased competition among enterprises,tax planning has become an effective path to gain competitive *** small and medium sized enterprises have become an important part of our national *** biased concepts lead to weak implementation of SMEs tax *** lack of professional support limits the implementaion of tax planning for ***,relevant measures should be taken to strengthen publicity and education tax,to improve the tax laws and regulations,to increase the tax law enforcement and tax planning to prevent risks,to improve the operational capacity of professionals,to establish and improve the tax agency mechanism,to increase professional support,and to promote the development of SMEs tax planning,so as to guide and promote healthy development of small and medium sized enterprises.

＜正＞This paper studies how does the individual enterprise of the middle and large-sized enterprises clusters choose its own innovation strategy between independent innovation strategy and imitative innovation strategy and what effect does its choice have on itself and the whole society through evolutionary game *** conclusions reveal that on one hand,the government’s most basic policy on encouraging enterprises to innovate is the sound system of intellectual property rights protection;on the other hand,the government may adjust the ratio of the enterprises which make independent innovation to the enterprises which make imitative innovation in the middle and large-sized enterprises clusters by tax policy,cost subsidies and so on,so as to make this innovation ratio more reasonable and more stable.

自从大学毕业生被推向市场,毕业生就业服务工作越来越受到重视,各高校相继成立毕业生就业服务机构,积极构建全方位的毕业生就业服务体系,体系的内容不断丰富,体系的功能得到强化。但是,由于缺少经验,面对严峻的大学生就业形势,高校毕业生就业服务体系凸显不足。这种不足主要表现在:师资力量不足且专业化水平不高,体系内容仍需要丰富,就业指导和服务的方式和方法过于简单。对此,构建合理的组织制度,建立高素质、专业化、立体化的师资队伍,进一步丰富高校毕业生就业指导服务体系内容,改进就业指导和服务的方式是完善高校毕业生就业服务体系的有效措施。

Usually multiple quality of service (QoS) guarantees are required in most multicast applications. This paper presents a multiple con-straints algorithm for multicast traffic engineering in mobile ad hoc networks (MANET). The proposed algorithm is a new version of multiple constraints QoS multicast routing optimization algorithm in MANET based on genetic algorithm (MQMGA). The proposed MQMGA can optimize the maximum link utilization, the cost of the multicast tree, the selection of the long-life path, the average delay and the maximum end-to-end delay. Experimental result shows that the approach is efficient, has promising performance in multicast traffic engineering and for evaluating the route stability in dynamic mobile networks.

招生管理系统建设是实现高校教育信息化的重要内容之一,设计与实现招生管理系统的主要目标是:通过构建IT服务系统,借助于如此系统辅助实现高效、科学、客观、公正地进行招生工作,实现招生管理的现代化、网络化、电子化、与信息化。其具体的任务是:构建招生管理的业务模型,在此基础上设计和实现招生管理系统,使之在一定程度上规范招生信息;减轻招生管理人员的工作量和工作强度;提高了招生行政部门的工作效率,降低了招生工作难度;通过IT服务平台,向社会提供良好的招生信息服务;并提供有效的安全访问机制。
