＜正＞The humoral immune responses of grouper Epinephelus akaara to a natural infection with Glugea epinephelusis was studied by ELISA utilizing intact mature spores as the coated antigen. Results showed that a specific humoral immune response was elicited, but the intensity of infection （in terms of the number of cysts） was not related to the antibody level in naturally infected hosts. 通过定位试验方法,从定量的角度研究与探讨种植龙须草对土壤理化性状的影响。研究结果表明,龙须草能降低土壤容重,提高土壤总孔隙度、非毛管孔隙度和毛管孔隙度,适当增加土壤中粘粒、粉粒含量、减少砂粒含量,改善土壤通气透水性能,提高土壤肥力,改善土壤化学性状,从而达到改良土壤耕性的效果。

An all-sky airglow imager （ASAI） was installed at Xinglong, in northern china （40.2.N, 117.4oE） in November 2.09 to study the morphology of atmospheric gravity waves （AGWs） in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere （MLT） region. Using one year of OH airglow imager data from December 2.09 to November 2.10, the characteristics of short-period AGWs are investigated and a yearlong AGW climatology in northern china is first ever reported. AGW occurrence frequency in summer and winter is higher than that in equinoctial months. Observed bands mainly have horizontal wavelengths from 10 to {2. km, observed periods from 4 to 14 min and observed horizontal phase speeds in the range of {2. to 60 m/s. Most of the bands propagate in the meridional direction. The propagation directions of the bands show a strong southwestward preference in winter, while almost all bands propagate northeastward in summer. Although the wind filtering in the middle atmosphere may control AGW propagations in the zonal direction, the non-uniform distribution of wave sources in the lower atmosphere may contribute to the anisotropy in the meridional direction in different seasons. Additionally, as an indication of local instability, the characteristics of ripples are also analyzed. It also shows seasonal variations, occurring more often in summer and winter and mainly moving westward in summer and eastward in winter.

He has been doing research work mainly on economic geology ore genesis and geochemistry in the Institute of Mineral Deposits Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences and now is Research Professor at the Institute of Mineral Deposits Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. He was a Research Fellow of Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation FRG from 1983 to 1985 and in 1991 1993 and 1995.

REE ratios and patterns for massive pyrite ore and massive cuprous pyrite ore ofthe Baiyinchang orefield are quite similar to those for quartz keratophyritic tuff and quartzalbitophyre of the same orefield. However, massive cuprous pyrite ore of the Ashele Cu-Zn de-posit is similar to basalt-diabase of the same district in REE geochemistry. Comparison of thechinese VMS ores with those from Rio Tinto, Spain and Que River, Australia, in REEgeochemistry has been made. REE ratios and patterns of bedded-massive and massive ores ofthe Changba-Lijiagou Zn-Pb deposit, the second largest SEDEX deposit in china are similarto those of their host rocks, the Qinling shales of Devonian age and the Changba *** three types of ore and their host rocks of the Dongshengmiao pyrite (pyrrhotite)-Zn-Pbdeposit have parallel REE ratios and patterns.

With the development of Web2.0,web mining applications pay more attention to blog *** order to prevent noises in blog pages from affecting the precision of web mining algorithms,it is very necessary to acquire posts from biog pages *** this paper,we propose a blog post extraction algorithm which uses title *** are two stages in the *** the first stage,text nodes which indicate the title of the post are found and used as the beginning of the *** take a machine learning approach to realize this stage,and employ SVM as classification *** the second stage,we find the end of the *** methods are introduced in this stage,one uses VIPS segmentation results,and the other is based on hand-coded rules. Experiments are conducted to see how titles are found and how posts are *** results show that our algorithm can obtain promising results.

Introduction 4,6-Diamino-1,2.dihydro-2.2.dimethyl-1-substituted-1,3.5-triazines (Ⅰ) are dihydrofolate reductase(DHFR) inhibitors, hence they possess the inhibition to the growth of bacteria and cancer cells. Baker’s antifolate (Ⅱ) has shown promise as an antitumor agertt in clinical trials. The study of the structure-activity relationships of I shows that the inhibition to vertebrate DHFR is significantly influenced by the hydrophobicity of 1-substituent, i.e., the stronger the hydrophobicity of the 1-substituent, the more potent the inhibition of the compound to vertebrate DHFR.

Tropical forests continue to vanish rapidly,but few long-term studies have ever examined if and how the lost forests can be *** on a 45-year restoration study in south china,we found that a tropical rain forest,once completely destroyed,could not recover naturally without deliberate restoration *** identified two kinds of thresholds that must be overcome with human ameliorative measures before the ecosystem was able to *** first threshold was imposed primarily by extreme physical conditions such as exceedingly high surface temperature and impoverished soil,while the second was characterized by a critical level of biodiversity and a landscape context that accommodates dispersal and colonization *** three treatment catchments(un-restored barren land,single-species plantation,and mixed-forest stand)exhibited dramatically different changes in biodiversity and ecosystem functioning over 4 *** mixed forest,having the highest level of biodiversity and ecosystem functioning,possesses several major properties of tropical rain *** findings may have important implications for the restoration of many severely degraded or lost tropical forest ecosystems.
