连续压机生产线的发展,使人造板实现自动化生产,但缺陷检测环节仍为人工.缺陷识别是检测中的一个重要环节,是根据缺陷特征值利用分类器进行识别的过程.由于人造板连续生产,实时性要求高,为实现缺陷的快速、准确识别,提出了一种基于剪枝的CART树对人造板进行缺陷识别.通过对已有的人造板缺陷图像进行预处理、分割,获得缺陷的形状、纹理特征作为输入,通过基于Gini指数的CART算法生成CART树.针对于自由生长的CART树容易出现过拟合的问题,利用代价复杂度算法对生成的CART树进行剪枝,通过十折交叉验证对剪枝前后的子树进行比较,获得最优子树.通过实验证明剪枝后的CART树缺陷识别正确率高达93.,满足人造板缺陷识别的实时性和正确率的要求,可以实现人造板在线缺陷检测.

A kind of pyrazoline derivative 1, 3.-bis(phenyl)- 5 - (2.-phenanthrene)-2.pyrazo line(TPP) was synthesized in order to obtain stable film and applied to organic electroluminecsent diode as hole transporting material. Two devices with structures as indium-tin-oxide(ITO) /TPP (50 nm)/tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum(Alq3. (50 nm)/A1 (1 5 0 nm) and ITO /TPP (5 0 nm)/lithium tera- (8 -hydroxy-uinolinato)boron(LiBq4(5 0nm)/Alq3.(5 nm)/Al (l 5 0 nm) were fabricated, they showed good e electroluminescent(EL)performance and TPP was proved to be a good hole transporting material.

Background:The scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)has been widely used to assess the nutritional status of cancer *** purpose of this study is to compare the differences in PG-SGA scores and the 7 domain scores of the PG-SGA in male and female cancer ***:This study was conducted at 72.hospitals from July 2.13.to December 2.18,a part of the Investigation on Nutritional Status and its Clinical Outcomes of Common *** PG-SGA was recorded to evaluate the nutritional status of patients.A total of 19,52. patients with 13.common malignancies were included in this *** t test and the χ^(2. test were applied to analyze the sex diferences in the 7 domain *** Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database was used to analyze the expression levels of symptom-related ***:There were significant sex dfferences in the PG-SGA(P=0.03.),notably in patients with gastric cancer(male vs female:9.09±4.86 vs 9.58±5.07,P=0.005)and esophageal cancer(9.64±4.90 vs 10.46±4.96,P=0.011)and the average total PG-SGA of female patients was slightly higher than that of male patients(7.64±4.98 vs 7.77±5.14).The differences were mainly related to the weight,eating,symptom,as well as activity and physical function scores in the stratified *** causes of the sex differences were the rates of nausea,vomiting,dry mouth,and other symptoms,in both gastric and esophageal cancer *** of the TCGA database suggested that most of the related genes were sex neutral,except for genes related to dysphagia in gastric cancer(VEGFC was higher in female patients,VEGFA and VEGFB higher in male patients).Conclusions:There are sex differences in the PG-SGA scores in patients with various tumor types(female patients generally had higher scores than male patients),with differences mainly in the weight,eating,symptom,as well as activity and physical function *** sex differences in PG-SGA scores might be due to the differences i

《脾瘅(糖尿病前期)中医诊疗优化方案》(2.2.0})是由中国代谢病防治协同创新平台组织国内代谢病防治专家,基于国家十一五支撑计划课题及国家重点研发课题研究成果,在系统总结国家防治糖尿病前期成果及国家名老中医诊治糖尿病前期学术经验基础上,参考《脾瘅(糖尿病前期)中医诊疗方案》《糖尿病前期病证结合诊疗指南》等文献,在优化方案专家组、循证医学专家的指导下,经过文献研究、专家问卷访谈、专家论证、专家指导组审核等各项工作,形成最终的《脾瘅(糖尿病前期)中医诊疗优化方案》(2.2.0})。糖尿病前期(脾瘅)中医诊疗优化方案(2.2.0})分术语和定义、病因病机、诊断、治疗方案、健康管理五部分,对糖尿病前期的定义、中医证候诊断、治疗方案进行了优化,为广大医生(特别基层医生)提供了更具实用和可操作性的生活方式干预配合中医辨证论治的中国特色防治方案,更有利于我国糖尿病的预防。

功能性重建骨盆肿瘤切除后残留的巨大骨缺损是骨肿瘤外科医师必须面对的巨大挑战。骨盆假体因具有较好的初始稳定性、外形更易被接受、以及功能恢复相对较快等特点,近年来逐渐成为骨盆恶性或侵袭性肿瘤切除后的主要重建手段。但传统骨盆假体仍然存在断裂、松动等风险。随着3.打印技术的发展,采用3.打印定制类骨小梁多孔结构骨盆假体已成功应用于临床,获得了较好的力学支撑和界面骨整合,而假体的设计优劣和应用是否规范直接影响使用效果。本共识以循证医学证据为基础,经全国骨肿瘤专家商议讨论,从定制式3.打印骨盆肿瘤假体的设计和临床应用等关键技术环节形成推荐意见,为此类假体的有效使用提供参考。

目的将适用于青少年与年轻成人的预立医疗照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)文件Voicing My CHOiCES进行汉化,为在我国该人群中进行ACP实践提供基础。方法汉化流程包括背对背翻译、译本整合、医务人员评审、患者评审、背对背回译、回译本整合、原文件作者修订、定稿。医务人员评审的参与者为ACP实践中涉及的各类医务工作者,包括医生、护士、社工等。审评内容为文件整体结构合理性,以及各个主题的重要性、适用性和语言本土化水平。医务人员评审包括3.评审过程,每轮评审后对文件进行修订,形成文件初稿。文件初稿再经患有致命性疾病的年轻患者及其家属进行评审,审评内容包括各个主题的适宜程度、帮助程度、压力程度,在此基础上对文件进一步修订,形成文件终稿,经原作者修订后定稿。结果因中美在语言、文化、医疗和法律体系上的差异,汉化过程针对文件中的部分主题进行本土化调适。中文版文件包括13.主题,涉及医疗与护理决策、日常生活规划、后事规划等内容。91.67%的患者和80%的患者父母认为所有主题均与患者的年龄和文化相适宜,符合年轻人需求和中国文化特征。75%的患者和70%的患者父母认为所有主题均是有帮助的。在压力程度评价中,死亡相关主题会为患者及其家属带来较大压力。结论《说出我的选择》是我国首个适用于青少年和年轻成人的ACP文件。该文件可帮助中国年轻患者思考和表达自己的偏好、意愿和价值观,确定未来医疗和护理的目标以及生活规划,并与亲属和医务人员讨论此类问题。

The incidence and mortality of colon cancer in China are increasing each *** present,treatment selection for colon cancer patients mainly depends on imaging results,which require a large number of radiologists to *** China,there is a shortage and uneven distribution of experienced radiologists,which leads to delays and bias in the evaluation of imaging *** on these considerations,the Colorectal Surgery Group of the Surgery Branch of the chinese Medical Association in collaboration with experts at Beihang University has independently developed an artificial intelligence(AI)-based recognition system for the preoperative determination of colon cancer stage to partially replace the work of and relieve the pressure on *** guidelines aim to standardize the use of AI-based recognition systems in the preoperative staging of colon cancer and guide their clinical application.
