A new concept of the D(β)-vertex-distinguishing total coloring of graphs, i.e., the proper total coloring such that any two vertices whose distance is not larger than β have different color sets, where the color set of a vertex is the set composed of all colors of the vertex and the edges incident to it, is proposed in this paper. The D(2)-vertex-distinguishing total colorings of some special graphs are discussed, meanwhile, a conjecture and an open problem are presented.

Wavelet analysis has applications in many ar- eas, such as signal analysis and image processing. We pro- pose a method for generating the complete circuit of Haar wavelet based MRA by factoring butterfly matrices and con- ditional perfect shuffle permutation matrices. The factoriza- tion of butterfly matrices is the essential part of the design. As a result, it is the key point to obtain the circuits of I 2t ⊕ W ⊕ I 2n ? 2t ?2. In this paper, we use a simple means to de- velop quantum circuits for this kind of matrices. Similarly, the conditional permutation matrix is implemented entirely, combined with the scheme of Fijany and Williams. The cir- cuits and the ideas adopted in the design are simple and in- telligible.

Crystalline SnO2 nanoparticles(NPs) with a diameter less than 6 nm are synthesized using potassium stannate trihydrate as the precursor in a basic *** synthesized NPs can detect ethanol at a ppm level even at 100℃.Furthermore,the NPs have good selectivity to *** excellent ethanol sensing performances are attributed to the small size effect according to the space-charge model.

Quality of service (QoS) multicast routing has continued to be a very important research topic in the Internet. A method of multicast routing is proposed to simultaneously optimize several parameters based on multiobjective genetic algorithm, after the related work is reviewed. The contribution lies on that the selection process of such routing is treated with multiobjective optimization. Different quality criterions in IP network are taken into account for multicast communications. A set of routing trees is generated to approximate the Pareto front of multicast problem. Multiple trees can be selected from the final set of nondominated solutions, and applied to obtain a good overall link cost and balance traffic distribution according to some simulation results.

We directly introduce a Bell-type inequality for four-qubit systems. Using the inequality we investigate quantum nonlocality of a generic family of states ｜Gabcd〉[Phys. Rev. A 65 052112（2002）] and several canonical four-qubit entangled states. It has been demonstrated that the inequality is maximally violated by the so called ＂four-qubit the maximally entangled state ｜Gm〉＂ and it is also violated by four-qubit W state and a special family of states ｜Gab00〉. Moreover, a useful entanglement-nonlocality relationship for the family of states ｜Gab00〉is derived. Finally, we present a scheme of preparation of the state ｜Gm〉with linear optics and cross-Kerr nonlinearities.

The contrastive corrosion experiments between surface nanocrystallined Zircaloy-4 and coarse-grained Zircaloy-4 under the condition of 673.K/10.3.MPa in pure water are carried out, and the microstructure of oxide films has been studied. The results indicate that the growth rate of oxide films formed on the nanocrystalline Zircaloy-4 is lower than that of oxide films formed on the coarse-grained Zircaloy-4. Simultaneously, the oxide/metal interface of the former is more regular and glossy than that of the latter. For nanocrystalline Zircaloy-4, the low oxygen diffusion rate through the oxide/metal interface can hinder the reaction of oxygen ion with metal ion. Furthermore, more tetragonal ZrO2 are observed in the oxide films, which can delay the martensite phase transition from tetragonal to monoclinic phase in oxide films.

CdS/α-Fe2O3.hierarchical nanostructures, where the CdS nanorods grow irregularly on the side surface of α-Fe2O3.nanorods, were synthesized via a three-step process. The diameters and lengths of CdS nanorods can be tuned by changing the ethylenediamine (EDA) and Cd ion concentrations. The magnetic investigations by superconducting quantum interference device indicate that the hierarchical nanostructures have an Morin transition at lower temperature (23. K) than that of the single bulk α-Fe2O3.materials (263.K). Importantly, the hierarchical nanostructures exhibit weakly ferromagnetic characteristics at 3.0 K. A sharp peak assigned to the surface trap induced emission are observed in room temperature PL spectra. Combining with the optoelectronic properties of CdS, the CdS/ α-Fe2O3.hierarchical nanostructures may be used as multi-functional materials for optoelectronic and magnetic devices.

In order to join the similar magnesium alloy, a novel Zn-Mg-Al filler metal was designed and applied to braze AZ3.B plates by using high-frequency induction brazing technique. The microstructure, phase constitution and fracture morphology of the brazed joint were investigated. The experimental results show that MgZn2 phase in the original filler metal is completely consumed in the brazing process. Moreover, α-Mg solid solution and α-Mg＋MgZn eutectoid structure formed in the brazing region due to the intensive alloying between the molten filler metal and the base metal in the brazing process. Test results indicate that the shear strength of the brazed joint is 56 MPa. The fracture morphology of the brazed joint shows intergranular fracture mode, where crack originates from the hard α-Mg＋MgZn eutectoid structure.

Technologies of underground mobile positioning were proposed based on LiDAR data and coded sequence pattern landmarks for mine shafts and tunnels environment to meet the needs of fast and accurate positioning and navigation of equipments in the mine underground without satellite navigation signals. A coded sequence pattern was employed for automatic matching of 3. scans. The methods of SIFT feature, Otsu segmentation and fast hough transformation were described for the identification, positioning and interpretation of the coded sequence patterns, respectively. The POSIT model was presented for speeding up computation of the translation and rotation parameters of LiDAR point data, so as to achieve automatic 3. mapping of mine shafts and tunnels. The moving positioning experiment was applied to evaluating the accuracy of proposed pose estimation method from LiDAR scans and coded sequence pattern landmarks acquired in an indoor environment. The performance was evaluated using ground truth data of the indoor setting so as to measure derivations with six degrees of freedom.
