面向图像拼接检测的自适应残差算法

目的恶意的图像拼接篡改给名誉、法律、政治等带来一系列的挑战,而现有的图像拼接检测算法通常采用参数固定的高通滤波器提取滤波特征进行预处理,没有考虑图像之间的差异。方法本文设计自适应残差模块(adaptive residuals module, ARM)凸显拼接篡改痕迹,将卷积运算后的残差多次拼接,且每次拼接后再利用注意力机制实现通道间的非线性交互。然后,使用通道注意力SE(squeeze and excitation)模块以减少由ARM提取残差特征产生的通道之间信息冗余,并以在图像分类领域获得卓越性能的EfficientNet(high-efficiency network)为骨干网络,提出一种新的图像拼接检测算法。结果实验结果表明,所提算法在CASIA I(CASIA image tampering detection evaluation database),CASIA II,COLUMBIA COLOR,NIST16(NIST special database 16)和FaceForensic++这5个公开数据集上分别取得98.95%,98.88%,100%,100%,88.20%的检测准确率,获得比现有算法更高的准确率。提出的ARM将骨干网络EfficientNet在CASIA II数据集的准确率提高了3.94%以上。结论提出的基于自适应残差的图像拼接检测算法充分考虑图像之间的差异,凸显篡改区域与未篡改区域之间的区别,并获得更好的拼接检测结果。

Land surface process is of great importance in global climate change, moisture and heat exchange in the interface of the earth and atmosphere, human impacts on the environment and eco- system, etc. Soil freeze/thaw plays an important role in cold land surface processes. In this work the diurnal freeze/thaw effects on energy partition in the context of GAME/Tibet are studied. A sophisti- cated land surface model is developed, the particular aspect of which is its physical consideration of soil freeze/thaw and vapor flux. The simultaneous water and heat transfer soil sub-model not only reflects the water flow from unfrozen zone to frozen fringe in freezing/thawing soil, but also demon- strates the change of moisture and temperature field induced by vapor flux from high temperature zone to low temperature zone, which makes the model applicable for various circumstances. The modified Picard numerical method is employed to help with the water balance and convergence of the numerical scheme. Finally, the model is applied to analyze the diurnal energy and water cycle char- acteristics over the Tibetan Plateau using the Game/Tibet datasets observed in May and July of 1998. Heat and energy transfer simulation shows that: (i) There exists a negative feedback mechanism between soil freeze/thaw and soil temperature/ground heat flux; (ii) during freezing period all three heat fluxes do not vary apparently, in spite of the fact that the negative soil temperature is higher than that not considering soil freeze; (iii) during thawing period, ground heat flux increases, and sensible heat flux decreases, but latent heat flux does not change much; and (iv) during freezing period, soil temperature decreases, though ground heat flux increases.

In this paper, we analyze the convergence of the adaptive conforming P 1 element method with the red-green refinement. Since the mesh after refining is not nested into the one before, the Galerkin-orthogonality does not hold for this case. To overcome such a difficulty, we prove some quasi-orthogonality instead under some mild condition on the initial mesh (Condition A). Consequently, we show convergence of the adaptive method by establishing the reduction of some total error. To weaken the condition on the initial mesh, we propose a modified red-green refinement and prove the convergence of the associated adaptive method under a much weaker condition on the initial mesh (Condition B).

The interaction between the cell adhesion molecule CD11b and its ligand ICAM-1 plays an important role in inflammatory responses in the disease of atherosclerosis. Atorvastatin is a commonly prescribed statin drug which has been considered as one of the most potent therapeutic agents for atherosclerosis due to its lipid-lowering effect. Recently, there is a growing body of evidence that atorvastatin has anti-inflammatory effect. We have applied the advanced method of live-cell single-molecule force spectroscopy to investigate the effect of atorvastatin on adhesion force between ICAM-1 and CD11b. Our result showed that single-molecule binding force of ICAM-1 and CD11b detected by AFM in the living cells was about 40 pN, and atorvastatin did not affect this force by blocking ICAM-1 or CD11b. This was different from the ICAM-1 monoclonal antibody, which could directly reduce the binding force of ICAM-1 and CD11b. Flow cytometry results revealed that atorvastatin pretreatment decreased the ICAM-1 expression in TNF-α activated HUVECs, which may contribute to its anti-inflammatory effect. The study provides a new approach to study anti-inflammatory mechanism for clinic drugs.

The finite element analysis was applied to evaluate the respective influences of die geometry and process conditions on plastic strain distribution for β-titanium (Ti-13.11Cr3.l) alloy during the equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE). It was found that optimum equal channel angular extrusion die geometry is strongly material dependent. Optimal strain homogeneity in the Ti-13.11Cr3.l alloy may be achieved at r (inner radius)=5 mm, R (outer radius)=3.mm. The equivalent plastic strain increases with increasing friction coefficient. And the better homogeneity of the equivalent plastic strain distribution can be achieved when friction coefficient value is lower. The faster the ram speed is, the lower the homogeneity of the equivalent plastic strain distribution is and the influence is slight. The back-pressure does not help to improve the plastic strain homogeneity, and the increasing temperature has a slightly favourable effect on the plastic strain homogeneity between 400 and 600 ℃.

The unequal meshsteps are unavoidable in general for scientific and engineering computations especially in large Scale computations. The analysis of difference schemes with nonuniform meshes is very rare even by use of fully heuristic methods. For the purpose of the systematic and theoretical study of the finite difference method with nonuniform meshes for the problems of partial differential equations, the general interpolation formulas for the spaces of discrete functions of one index with unequal meshsteps are established in the present work. These formulas give the connected relationships among the norms of various types, such as' the sum of powers of discrete values, the discrete maximum modulo, the discrete Holder and Lipschitz coefficients.

In this paper, a new step-size skill for a projection and contraction method([10]) for linear programming is generalized to an iterative method([22]) for solving nonlinear projection equation. For linear programming, our scheme is the same as that of([10]). For complementarity problem and related problems, we give an improved algorithm by considering the new step-size skill and ALGORITHM B discussed in [22]. Numerical results are provided.

In this work, a Signorini problem with Coulomb friction in two dimensional elasticity is considered. Based on a new representation of the derivative of the double-layer potential, the original problem is reduced to a system of variational inequalities on the boundary of the given domain. The existence and uniqueess of this system are established for a small frictional coefficient. The boundary element approximation of this system is presented and an error estimate is given.

We consider the linearized incompressible Navier-Stokes (Oseen) equations in a flat channel. A sequence of approximations to the exact boundary condition at an artificial boundary is derived. Then the original problem is reduced to a boundary value problem in a bounded domain, which is well-posed. A finite element approximation on the bounded domain is given, furthermore the error estimate of the finite element approximation is obtained. Numerical example shows that our artificial boundary conditions are very effective.
