The role of chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in china becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD Group, chinese Society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements,[1-7] domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 chinese consensus on IBD management.[8] The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.

During the last two decades satellite altimetry has offered an abundance of meas-urements of the sea surface resulting in the improvement of global mean sea surface height (MSSH) and marine geoid determination. On the other hand, with the launching of new genera-tion gravity satellites, some high accuracy long-wavelength gravity models are available. These breakthroughs give us a great opportunity for new estimation of quasi-stationary sea surface topography (QSST). In this paper, the new gravity model GGM01C derived from GRACE mission is briefly presented, and a new global high precision and high-resolution QSST is determined based on the GGM01C model and the global MSSH. The spectral features of the QSST esti-mated by GGM01C and EGM96 gravity model to degree/order 200 are discussed by spectral analysis. As a result, the QSST is mainly composed of long waves, medium waves partially and short waves scarcely, its power spectral structures are different between the zonal direction and the meridional direction, there are great differences between the two models, which maybe ex-plain why the ocean currents derived from the two gravity models by Tapley show different pat-terns.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),commonly known as primary liver cancer,is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in china,accounting for approximately 85％of all cancer cases in the *** guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver ***,these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer,with an emphasis on a singular approach,without considering treatment options for individual ***,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus,specifically for china,to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi *** classification criteria were refined for chinese patients with HCC,and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were *** recommendations took into account various factors,including tumor characteristics,vascular tumor thrombus grade,distant metastasis,liver function status,portal hypertension,and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC,along with treatment *** findings and rec-ommendations provide detailed,scientific,and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

Histone H1 and its C-terminal lysine rich fragments were recently found to be potent inhibitorsof furin,a mammalian proprotein ***,its role in the regulation of furin-dependent proproteinprocessing remains *** we report that histone H1 efficiently blocks furin-dependent pro-yonWillebrand factor（pro-vWF）processing in a dose-dependent *** and immunof-luorescence studies confirmed that histone H1 could interact with furin,and the interaction mainly took placeon the cell *** noted that histone H1 was released from cells undergoing necrosis and apoptosisinduced by *** findings suggested that histone H1 might be involved in extracellular and/or intracellu-lar furin regulation.

The chinese Society of Critical Care Medicine(CSCCM)has developed clinical practice guidelines for nutrition assessment and monitoring for patients in adult intensive care units(ICUs)in *** guideline focuses on nutrition evaluation and metabolic monitoring to achieve optimal and personalized nutrition therapy for critically ill *** guideline was developed by experts in critical care medicine and evidence-based medicine methodology and was developed after a thorough review of the system and a summary of relevant trials or studies published from 2000 to July 2023.A total of 18 recommendations were formed and consensus was reached through discussions and reviews by expert groups in critical care medicine,parenteral and enteral nutrition,and *** recommendations are based on currently available evidence and cover several key fields,including screening and assessment,evaluation and assessment of enteral feeding intolerance,metabolic and nutritional measurement and monitoring during nutrition therapy,and organ function evaluation related to nutrition *** question was analyzed according to the Population,Intervention,Comparison,and Outcome(PICO)*** addition,interpretations were provided for four questions that did not reach a consensus but may have potential clinical and research *** plan is to update this nutrition assessment and monitoring guideline using the international guideline update method within 3.5 years.

TNF recepter-55 is the main mediator of TNF-induced apoptosis. TNF receptor-75-dependent induction or enhancement of cytotoxicity has been explained by intracellular signaling, 'ligand passing' , or induction of endogenous TNF. To study the function of human TNF receptor-75 (hTR75) and the interaction between human TNF receptor-55 (hTR55) and hTR75 in hTNFa-induced cytotoxicity, HEp-2 cells were transfected with bicistronic expression vector of hTR75 and its deletion mutants genes. hTNFa-induced cytotoxicity was determined by crystal violet colorimetric method. The expression of hTR75 and its deletion mutants in HEp-2 cells was demonstrated by RT-PCR and indirect ELISA. We found that the overexpressed hTR75 could significantly increase the susceptibility of HEp-2 cells to hTNFa which especially required TRAF2 binding site. hTR75 could not only mediate partial hTNFa-induced cytotoxicity independently but also fulfill an accessory role in enhancing or synergizing hTR55-mediated cytotoxicity
