study of forming mechanism of "chimney-effect" (CE) has important significance for basic theory and applications of non-seismic geophysical and geochemical methods locating oil/gas reservoirs. The theoretical basis of comprehensive evaluation of mechanism of CE using principles of magnetism, geochemistry and mineralogy has been reviewed, with the problems to be solved: (ⅰ) study for the relationship between process of oil/gas migration and geochemical field; (ⅱ) analysis of genesis of magnetic, geochemical and mineralogical anomaly; (ⅲ) interpretation of surface soil magnetism and geochemical anomaly combined with seismic data.

Natural killer(NK)cell-based immunotherapies are attracting increasing interest in the field of cancer *** clinical trials have shown promising outcomes,alongside satisfactory product efficacy and *** developments have greatly increased the therapeutic potential of NK cells by endowing them with enhanced recognition and cytotoxic *** review focuses on surface receptor engineering in NK cell therapy and discusses its impact,challenges,and future *** approaches are based on engineering with chimeric antigen receptors to allow NK cells to target specific tumor antigens independent of human leukocyte antigen *** approach has increased the precision and potency of NK-mediated recognition and elimination of cancer *** addition,engineering NK cells with T-cell receptors also mediates the recognition of intracellular epitopes,which broadens the range of target *** tumor peptide recognition by NK cells has also been improved by optimizing immunoglobulin constant fragment receptor expression and ***,engineered NK cells have an improved ability to recognize and destroy target cells coated with specific antibodies,thereby increasing their antibodydependent cellular *** ability of NK cell receptor engineering to promote the expansion,persistence,and infiltration of transferred cells in the tumor microenvironment has also been ***-based strategies for sustained NK cell functionality within the tumor environment have also been discussed,and these strategies providing perspectives to counteract tumor-induced ***,receptor engineering has led to significant advances in NK cell-based cancer *** technical challenges are addressed,these innovative treatments will likely reshape cancer immunotherapy.

Near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)has been increasingly utilized in both sport and health sciences to assess various physiological parameters related to exercise performance.1 NIRS methods coupled with the recent development of portable and wearable devices suitable for field-based measurements have revolutionized the study of exercise physiology and the determinants of exercise performance by providing real-time,non-invasive,and spatially localized measurements of tissue oxygenation dynamics.

We report results from computational modeling of the relative stability of germanosilicate SCM-15 structure due to different distribution of germanium heteroatoms in the double four-member rings(D4Rs)of the framework and the orientation of the structure directing agent(SDA)molecules in the as-synthesized *** calculated relative energies of the bare zeolite framework suggest that structures with germanium ions clustered in the same D4Rs,e.g.,with large number of Ge–O-Ge contacts,are the most *** simulations of various orientations of the SDA in the pores of the germanosilicate zeolite show different stability order-the most stable models are the structures with germanium spread among all ***,for SCM-15 the stabilization due to the presence of the SDA and their orientation,is thermodynamic factor directing both the formation of specific framework type and Ge distribution in the framework during the *** relative stability of bare structures with different germanium distribution is of minor *** differs from SCM-14 germanosilicate,reported earlier,for which the stability order is preserved in presence of ***,even for zeolites with the same chemical composition and SDA,the characteristics of their framework lead to different energetic preference for germanium distribution.

Objective:In this study,we investigated the concept of empowerment in chronic wound care and propose to facilitate patient control by making use of degrees of freedom(DOF):that is,shaping of everyday wound care tasks initiated by patients and based on their wishes,mostly in terms of patients executing treatment steps,requesting or directing health care professionals to under take changes,or modifications of internal ***:As a first step,we conducted a systematic literature search,followed by an inductive form of qualitative content analysis,which resulted in the identification of 5 dimensions as main elements of empowerment:education and shared decision making,adherence to self-care behaviors,responsibility and control,general call for empowerment,and ***,the latter are noticeably absent in the *** investigate patients'freedom in shaping the wound care process,we conducted a second literature ***:A number of possibilities for patients to influence the wound care process could be identified,but experimental or clinical evidence about their effects is missing,their variety is limited,and they are only inadequately ***:However,DOF should be an indispensable aspect of genuine empowerment,since they allow patients to occupy the role of the agent in the treatment process and give rise to the subjective experience of feeling ***,in the third part,we develop a research proposal on how to investigate and include DOF in the clinical practice of wound ***,limitations about implementations are discussed(e.g.,patients being reluctant to overcome their passive role,resulting in frustration for health care professionals).

Land use and occupation dynamics impact landscape structure, diversity, richness and balance of vegetation cover. The aim of this study is to describe the process of fragmentation of the forest landscape from 1990 to 2020 and its effects on the degradation of the floristic characteristics of the vegetation in the Central West region of Burkina Faso. To achieve this, satellite data were collected and processed as part of a mapping approach to describing the landscape and the different types of landscape fragmentation. Mapping indices of landscape fragmentation (relative richness, change process, patch zones, Shannon diversity index) were also calculated. These indices were programmed in Idrisi Selva’s Landscape Pattern and change process analysis module. Spatio-temporal analysis revealed that in 1990, the landscape was dominated by natural vegetation formations, covering 66.3.% of the territory. By 2020, these had been degraded to 44.80% by farmlands. The mapping analysis of indices also showed that the study area is characterized by four types of landscape fragmentation, including attrition, aggregation, creation and dissection. We also observed an abundant homogeneity, diversity and richness of conservation areas with legal and land tenure status. However, the structure is heterogeneous in landscapes outside protected areas and in areas under human occupation. This shows the crucial role played by conservation areas in preserving and balancing the diversity of vegetative cover in the study area.

采用原位凝胶技术，制备了新型复方碘口腔喷雾原位膜，用于发挥缓释作用，并促进口腔溃疡创面修复。首先以喷雾状态和成膜时间为指标，对喷雾药液的处方和工艺进行优化。以成膜时间和药膜黏附性为评价指标对药液混合比例进行考察。并对最优处方制备的复方碘口腔喷雾药液的药物含量、稳定性、pH、喷雾效果，及原位膜的成膜时间、溶解性、吸湿性、保湿性、体外释放等理化性质进行考察；此外，通过细胞实验考察了成膜材料的生物相容性及复方碘口腔喷雾原位膜的促迁移效果；采用兔口腔溃疡模型，对复方碘口腔喷雾在体成膜效果及促修复效果进行评价。实验结果显示，最优处方制备的药液A和药液B的pH分别为6.21 ± 0.02和 6.42 ± 0.03.符合正常口腔黏膜pH范围；稳定性好，具有良好的喷雾状态；药液B中碘含量为（1.96 ± 0.01）mg/mL；原位膜体外成膜时间为（118.3.± 3.6）s，口腔内成膜时间为（13..3.± 4.6）s；24 h溶解率为（87.3. ± 1.74）%，吸湿率为（124.17 ± 7.13.%，保湿率为（26.85 ± 2.50）%；复方碘口腔喷雾原位膜中碘含量为（47.42 ± 0.3.）mg/g；具有良好的柔韧性和黏附性，并具有一定的缓释效果。细胞实验中，原位膜表现出良好的促成纤维细胞迁移作用。兔口腔溃疡实验表明，复方碘口腔喷雾在体可快速成膜，并可显著促进口腔溃疡修复。本研究所开发的复方碘口腔喷雾原位膜，制备工艺稳定，并可有效促进口腔溃疡创面修复，为口腔黏膜制剂的研究和开发提供了新思路，并具有良好的转化前景。
