The thymus provides the essential microenvironment for T-cell development and *** epithelial cells(TECs),which are composed ofthymic cortical epithelial cells (cTECs) and thymic medullary epithelial cells (mTECs),have been well documented to be critical for these tightly regulated *** has long been controversial whether thecommon progenitor cells of TECs could give rise to both cTECs and *** progress has been made to charac-terize the common TEC progenitor cells in recent *** herein discuss the sole origin paradigm with regard to TECdifferentiation as well as these progenitor cells in thymus regeneration.

Industrial transformation represents a unique economic phenomenon in china’s regional economy, and old industrial city reconstruction has long been a key problem that affects {2. security. As a typical old industrial city in china, Shenyang established its heavy industrial city position in the First Five-year Plan period(1953.1957), and this industrial structure has been consolidated for a long time. After 1978, Shenyang began its long lasting industrial reconstruction in an all-round way by 3.main initiatives including restructuring economic system, upgrading traditional industrial technology and developing high-tech industry. In the end of the 1990s, it could be identified that remarkable structural changes took place in city economy at large as well as individual industrial sector. According to the GDP proportion change, Shenyang is on the way to a high level industrial structure. The secondary industry also engendered significant shifting as smelting and textile industry declined sharply but IT industry increased largely. Although the ratio of the heavy industry to the light industry changed periodically, the heavy industrial output value most time kept a high proportion over 60% of the gross industrial output value in the past five decades. Shenyang has favorable conditions for developing equipment manufacturing industry, but it should carry out the program by establishing its leading role in urban economy plan, building "Theme Industrial Parks", improving Tiexi Industrial Zone, removing any kind of system barrier, enlarging private and other ownerships economy and improving technology, marketing and management by IT application. In response to economy globalization, Shenyang needs to expand the cooperation worldwide and improve the cohesion with surrounding cities.

Two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks(2. COFs)feature extendedπ-conjugation and ordered stacking sequence,showing great promise for high-performance *** atomic frameworks of 2. COFs facilitate the in-plane photogenerated charge transfer,but the precise ordered alignment is limited due to the non-covalentπ-stacking of COF layers,accordingly hindering out-of-plane transfer ***,we address a chiral induction method to construct a parallelly superimposed stacking chiral COF ultrathin shell on the support of SiO_(2. *** to the achiral COF analogues,the chiral COF shell with the parallel AA-stacking structure is more conducive to enhance the built-in electric field and accumulates photogenerated electrons for the rapid migration,thereby affording superior photocatalytic performance in hydrogen evolution from water *** the simplest ketoenamine-linked chiral COF as a shell of SiO_(2. particle,the resulting composite exhibits an impressive hydrogen evolution rate of 107.1 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)along with the apparent quantum efficiency of 14.3.%at 475 ***,the composite photocatalysts could be fabricated into a film device,displaying a remarkable photocatalytic performance of 178.0 mmol m^(-2.h^(-1)for hydrogen *** work underpins the surface engineering of organic photocatalysts and illustrates the significance of COF stacking structures in regulating electronic properties.

The based membrane extraction of Th(IV) and Yb(III) was studied with HBTMPP in heptane. The separation process of Th(IV) and Yb(III) was considered to be a kinetics competition one. The separation for the mixture of Th(IV) and Yb(III) was carried out by successive membrane extraction and stripping simultaneously. The concentration ratio of Th(IV) and Yb(III) is 16.74 in the stripping solution. The recovery of Th(IV) is 71.6%. The purity of Th(IV) is 95.74%. The separation factor of Th(IV) and Yb(III) is 2.52.106, which was obtained by interfacial kinetics.

In this paper, based on the principle of Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AWG)theory, some important parameters are optimized for polymer AWG around the central wavelength of1.55μm with the wavelength spacing of 1.6 nm. Then, a 9 X 9 polymer AWG is designed and thefabricating process are described . The cladding material is poly-methyl-methacrylate-co-glyciclylmethacrylate (PMMA-GMA) and the core material is the mixture of PMMA-GMA and bis-phonel-A epoxy. Inorder to obtain a better shape of the waveguide after the Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) using oxygen,an aluminum mask is used on polymer instead of conventional photoresist as mask in the fabricationprocess. The measuring results indicate that the fabricated optical waveguide achieves single-modetransmission.

The interaction of trivalent lanthanide ions and divalent calcium ions with sph-'ngomyelm bilayer has been studied by FT-Raman *** results showed that the bonding of metal ions to the phosphate group of sphingomyelin bi-iayer,either La3.or Ca2.did not change the conformation of the choline group,that is,O-C-C-N+is still in its gauche *** presence of metal ions changed the states of the interfacial region from liquid-like to amorphous state and even to *** increased the fluidity of acyl chains of sphingomyelin bilaver and made them packed disorderly.
