The normal asphalt index test, DSR test, FTIR and the GPC distribution analysis of molecular weight on the extraction and recovery of asphalt of the gussasphalt, SMA extraction and recovery of asphalt and the rotary-thin-film-oven-aged asphalt above 240 ℃ were introduced. The results indicate the rutting factor and fatigue factor of the extraction and recovery of asphalt of the gussasphalt are greatly improved, and an obvious absorption peak of carbonyl and a further decrease of the SBS molecular weight of the gussasphalt are found.

Analysis of Road Base Uniformity via the Deviation of Modulus of Asphalt Mixtures

The modulus deviation of base material calculated from the data of falling weight deflectometer （FWD） was used to evaluate the uniformity of road base so as to reflect the construction quality. Four parameters,the repeatability standard deviation of the data in the same driveway, the reproducibility standard deviation of the data in the different driveway, the consistency statistics value of the data in the different driveway, and the consistency statistics value of the data in the same driveway, were introduced for the construction uniformity analysis. The experimental result shows that the materials modulus calculated from FWD has a highly correlative relationship with the uniformity of road base.

Hydropower development changes the river hydrological regime,thereby altering river ecosystem *** important measure for reducing degradation of ecosystem is to determine ecological flow and implement it by reservoir *** paper described a method to calculate river ecological flow based on fish habitat conservation and applied it to Jinping River Bend of Yalong *** chongi was selected as target species,and the fish habitat model coupling with water environmental model was developed according to the relationship between fish and water environment ***,improved hydraulic habitat suitability index(IHHS) and habitat fragment index(HFI) varying with discharge were discussed in this *** area representing average annual flow was taken as a reference,and then ecological hydrographs under different habitat conservation levels were calculated considering season variation and life stages of *** to the natural condition,the model results indicated that the reservoir operation clearly influenced the habitat of the target *** was proposed to ensure flow releases to maintain 70%-90% habitat in section after joint while about 60% before joint.

Nitroaromatics are typical toxic organic pollutants and are ubiquitous in environment with diverse structures. They are widely used in many industries and formed during many natural and anthropogenic processes. Most of these pollutants are potentially carcinogenic and the as-sessment and prediction of the mutagenicity of nitroaromatics are of great interest. In this paper the structure-mutagenicity relationships of 219 nitroaromatics are investigated by molecular or-bital theory based classic structure-activity relationships and comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA). A comparison is undertaken in respect of the interpretation of mechanism and predic-tive ability for these two categories of QSAR approaches and highly predictive QSAR models have been developed.

Soil contamination in the vicinity of the Dabaoshan Mine, Guangdong Province, china, was studied through determi- nation of total concentrations and chemical speciation of the toxic metals, Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb, using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that over the past decades, the environmental pollution was caused by a combination of Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb, with tailings and acid mine drainage being the main pollution sources affecting soils. Significantly higher levels （P ≤ 0.05） of Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb were found in the tailings as compared with paddy, garden, and control soils, with averages of 1486, 2516, 6.42, and 429 mg kg^-1, respectively. These metals were continuously dispersed downstream from the tallings and waste waters, and therefore their concentrations in the paddy soils were as high as 567, 1 140, 2.48, and 191 mg kg^-1, respectively, being significantly higher （P ≤ 0.05） as compared with those in the garden soils. The results of sequential extraction of the above metals from all the soil types showed that the residual fraction was the dominant form. However, the amounts of metals that were bound to Fe-Mn oxides and organic matter were relatively higher than those bound to carbonates or those that existed in exchangeable forms. As metals could be transformed from an inert state to an active state, the potential environmental risk due to these metals would increase with time.

Ti1Al2O3.Functionally Gradient Material (FGM) was prepared by an explosive compaction/SHS process. Ten sheets of the compounding powder were laminated and pressed to get a green body of FGM. It was then compacted explosively By burying the explosive compaction body into a stoichiometric Al/TiO2 mixture and igniting the combustion of the stoichiometric Al/TiO2 mixture, the SHS reaction of the explosive compaction body was initiated by the heat released from the combustion of the stoichiometric Al/TiO2 mixture. In this way, Ti/Al2O3.FGM was synthesized. The adiabatic temperatures of each gradient layer were calculated when the preheating temperatures were 298 K and 1173.K, respectively The microstructure, composition and properties of Ti/Al2O3.FGM and the reaction mechanism of each gradient layer were studied. It was found that Ti/Al2O3.FGM prepared by the explosive compaction/SHS process had a high density and a high microhardness. Its structure, composition and properties showed apparent gradient distribution. The structure of the standard stoichiometric ratio gradient layer of FGM was a network structure. Its reaction mode could be described as follows: Al powder melted first, then the molten Al penetrated into the TiO2 zone and reacted with TiO2, and big pores were left in the original positions of Al powder. The reaction of gradient layers with the addition of Al3.3.as diluents was similar to that of the standard stoichiometric ratio gradient layer, so were their structure and composition. However, the reaction of gradient layers with the addition of Ti as diluents was more complex and the composition deviated slightly from the designed one

In this paper, we study the decay rates of the generalized Benjamin-Bona-Mahony equations in n-dimensional space. By using Fourier analysis for long wave and by applying the energy method for short wave, we obtain the Hm convergence rates of the solutions when the initial data are in the bounded subset of the phase space HmeRnTen P 3.. The optimal decay rates are obtained in our results and are found to be the same as the Heat equation.

Kinetic processes of a-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) photolysis were studied under different conditions. The results showed that the ultraviolet light was more effective than fluorescent light in promoting degradation, and the degradation of NAA under ultraviolet light followed the first order kinetics with the photolysis rate constant of 1.15 x 10-2 min-1 and half-life time (t1/2) of 60 min. Further, it was proved that the photolysis rate was higher in the presence of oxygen, titanium dioxide (TiO2), and low pH (acidic solution). At last, two photolysis intermediates were identified by GC-MS and possible photolysis pathways were proposed.

Colonization of periphytic ciliates and their usefulness for monitoring water quality were evaluated using the glass slide method in two enclosed mariculture ponds used to culture crab larva and in a natural seawater *** results revealed that(1) the ciliate species composition and colonizing process differed between the culturing ponds and the natural reservoir and(2) the dominant ciliate species showed a greater distribution in terms of both the abundance and the occurrence *** study also demonstrated that structural parameters were strongly related to water *** example,the abundance was positively associated with NO3.N and soluble reactive phosphate(P 3.N and NH3.N) and temperature(P < 0.05).These findings support the evidence that periphytic ciliates are useful bioindicators of water quality in enclosed mariculture ecosystems.
