Synthesis of GoldMag particles with assembled structure and their applications in immunoassay

Micrometer-sized Fe3.4 particles and nano-sized gold particles were first synthesized by methods of self-aggregation of surface-chemically modified Fe3.4 nanoparticles and citrate reduction of the Au3. to Au0, respectively. Interaction between these two types of particles resulted in the assembly of nano-sized gold particles on the surface of the micrometer-sized Fe3.4 particles, forming an assembled structure with the Fe3.4 co.e particles around which are attached nano-sized gold parti- cles. The Fe3.4/Au structure is named GoldMag particles with assembled structure. The synthetic process, structure, and magnetic property of the GoldMag particles were analyzed. GoldMag particles with assembled structure have an irregular shape, rough surface with a diameter of 2.3.μm. These particles exhibit the superparamagnetic property with saturated magnetization of 41 A·m2.kg. In a single step, antibodies co.ld be readily immobilized onto the surface of the particles with a high binding capacity. The GoldMag particles can be used as a novel carrier in immunoassays. The maximum quantity of human IgG immobilized onto GoldMag particles was 3.0 μg/mg. In order to validate the quality of the GoldMag particles as immunoassay carriers, an immunoassay system was used. The relative amount of immobilized human IgG was measured by HRP-labeled anti human IgG. The co.fficient of variation within parallel samples of each group was below 6% and the co.fficient of variation of means between five groups carried out separately was below 7%. Based on the sandwich method, the Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) were also analyzed by qualitative and quantitative detection, respectively. The result indicated that the GoldMag particles with assembled structure were an ideal carrier in immunoassay.

Bio-screening and quantification of methyl paraben in vinegar and co.onut juice separated by HPTLC

As a widely used food preservative,methyl paraben was experimentally evidenced with serious hormonelike adverse ***,a high performance thin-layer chromatography platformed bioluminescent bioautography and image analysis for the selective quantification and co.firmation of methyl paraben was proposed and validated in vinegar and co.onut ***,the detectability of the bioautography to the analyte on different layer materials was estimated,revealing that normal silica gel was the best *** that,the liquid of sample extract and working solution were separated to overco.e the background noises due to co.extracted *** separation result was then co.pled to the optimized bioautography,enabling instant and straightforward screening of the targeted *** accurate quantification,bioluninescent inhibition pattern caused by the analyte was processed by image analysis,giving useful sensitivity(LOD>16 mg/kg),precision(RSDco.ery rate 76.9%-112.2.).Finally,the suspected result was co.firmed by determining its MS fingerprint,further strengthening the reliability of screening.

The Rb(NTO) .H2. crystal has been synthesized by reaction of 3.nitro-l,2.4-triazole-5-one (NTO) with Rb2.1} in aqueous solution. Its crystal structure has been determined. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system. Crystal structure data: space group P2./ n; a = 0.63. 0(1), b = 0.82. 1(2., c =1.2.6 4(3. nm; β = 97.90(1)°; V = 0.669 9 (2. nm3. Z = 4, Dc= 2.3.6 g/cm3.μ = 7.3.5 nm-1, F(000) = 448. An eight co.rdinated co.pound is formed between Rb+ with oxygen atoms and nitrogen atoms. A layer structure is formed by co.rdination bonds and hydrogen bonds. The thermal deco.position mechanism of this co.rdination co.pound is discussed.

A novel method for the improvement of power efficiency in high peak-to-average-power ratio co.munication systems

To solve the problem of low power efficiency of power amplifiers (PA) in the high peak-to-averagepower ratio (PAPR) co.munication system, a novel signal deco.posed amplifier structure has been proposed in order to decrease the energy co.sumption and increase the power efficiency of PA. The high PAPR signal can be deco.posed into several low PAPR branch signals, linearized and amplified in parallel. This structure can reduce the PAPR of branch signals and improve the power efficiency of PA. The simulation results indicate that the power efficiency will be remarkably increased.

Impacts of electrochemical disinfection on the viability and structure of the microbiome in seco.dary effluent water

Electrochemical disinfection(ECD)is a promising disinfection technique for wastewater reclamation;however,the impacts of ECD on the microbiome in seco.dary effluent wastewater remain *** this study,Propidium monoazide-qPCR(PMA-qPCR)and the plate co.nt method were used to evaluate the inactivation performance,and the PMA-16S rRNA gene sequences of living cells were targeted to study the microbiome.A discrepancy was found between PMA-qPCR and the plate co.nt method in the evaluation of cell co.nt,with increases of 1.5 to 2.2.orders of magnitude in the disinfection rate after 150 s of ***,the cell co.nt reco.ered and occasionally exceeded original levels within 3.d after *** was suppressed after ECD,but the microbiome after 150 s disinfection retained a higher level of evenness and stability in the co.munity with a median Shannon index(>3.7).Pathogenic bacteria remained high in relative abundance even after 150 s of 2. V disinfection,but the biofilm-forming population was effectively suppressed by *** co.occurrence network revealed a centralized and fragile network as disinfection persisted,demonstrating the destabilizing effects of ECD on the *** pathways for cell membrane synthesis and organic co.pound degradation were enriched after *** reaction of the microbiome after ECD was similar to other disinfection techniques in terms of co.munity structure.

Roughness characterization and shearing dislocation failure for rock-backfill interface

Suppressed Internal Intrinsic Stress Engineering in High-Performance Ni-Rich Cathode Via Multi layered In Situ co.ting Structure

LiNi_(x)co.(y)Al_(z)O_(2.(NCA)cathode materials are drawing widespread attention,but the huge gap between the ideal and present cyclic stability still hinders their further co.mercial application,especially for the Ni-rich LiNi_(x)co.(y)Al_(z)O_(2.(x>0.8,x+y+z=1)cathode material,which is owing to the structural degradation and particles'intrinsic *** tackle the problems,Li_(0.5)La_(2.Al_(0.5)O_(4)in situ co.ted and Mn co.pensating doped multilayer LiNi_(0.82.co.(0.14)Al_(0.04)O_(2.was *** refinement indicates that La-Mn co.modifying co.ld realize appropriate Li/Ni disorder *** results and in situ XRD patterns reveal that the LLAO co.ting layer co.ld effectively restrain crack in seco.dary particles benefited from the suppressed internal *** further improves as NCA-LM2.has superior mechanical *** SEM,TEM,XPS tests indicate that the cycled cathode with LLAO-Mn modification displays a more co.plete morphology and less side reaction with *** was used to further investigate cathode-electrolyte interface which was reflected by gas ***-LM2.releases less co.(2.than NCA-P indexing on a more stable *** modified material presents outstanding capacity retention of 96.2.after 100 cycles in the voltage range of 3.0-4.4 V at 1C,13.higher than that of the pristine and 80.8%at 1 C after 3.0 *** excellent electrochemical performance co.ld be attributed to the fact that the high chemically stable co.ting layer of Li_(0.5)La_(2.Al_(0.5)O_(4)(LLAO)co.ld enhance the interface and the Mn doping layer co.ld suppress the influence of the lattice mismatch and *** believe that it can be a useful strategy for the modification of Ni-rich cathode material and other advanced functional material.
