Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based polymer electrolytes show the prospect in all-solid-state lithium metal batteries;however,they present limitations of low room-temperature ionic conductivity,and interfacial incompatibility with high voltage ***,a salt engineering of 1,1,2,2,3.3.hexafluoropropane-1,3.disulfonimide lithium salt(LiHFDF)/LiTFSI system was developed in PEO-based electrolyte,demonstrating to effectively regulate Li ion transport and improve the interfacial stability under high *** show,by manipulating the interaction between PEO matrix and TFSI^(-)-HFDF^(-),the optimized solid-state polymer electrolyte achieves maximum Li+conduction of 1.24×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)at 40℃,which is almost 3.times of the ***,the optimized polymer electrolyte demonstrates outstanding stable cycling in the LiFePO_(4)/Li and LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)/Li(3.0-4.4 V,200 cycles)based all-solid-state lithium batteries at 40℃.

Metallothionein （MT） is one kind of proteins induced in organism under the stress of heavy metal. It plays a great pole in detoxification and tolerance of heavy metal. In this study, according to the rich conservative sequence in MT, we designed corresponding primer, then cloned MT mRNA gene induced by As in earthworm E. andrei and got its nucleotide sequence. The results proved the presence of MT in Eisenia andrei, and showed that roxarsone could induce the expression of arsenic MT gene

Nano-structured layers are fabricated on the surface of 1.0C-1.5Cr steel by using the surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT)technology,and the microstructures of the surface nano-crystallization layers are characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The friction and wear properties are also investigated by a UMT-2 friction and wear *** research has indicated that the average diameter of nanocrystalline grains in the surface layer after being treated for 15 min is in the range of 10-20 nm,and ferrite and cementite grains can not be identified by their *** wear-resistance of the specimen treated for 15 min has been doubled,compared with that of the matrix due to the grain refinement to a nano-sized *** lowest friction coefficient is 0.27,which is for the specimen treated for 3. min,resulting from the dissolution of the cementite phase and the formation of a relative homogenous *** SMAT technique for enhancing the wear-resistance of the 1.0C-1.5Cr steel has an optimum processing time,which is in the range of 15-3. *** dominant wear mechanism of the specimen treated for 15 min changes from adhesive wear into particle wear.

Texture evolution of high-manganese twining-induced plasticity (TWIP) steels (Fe-16Mn-0.6C) during cold-rolling is studied by means of quantitative orientation distribution function (ODF)*** reductions of the specimens during cold-rolling are 10%,20%,3.%,50% and 65%,*** of texture is of the Brass type,which is typical for low-stacking fault energy (SFE) *** contribution of deformation twinning to the development of texture is clearly illustrated by the monotonic increase of the twinned Cu *** the present study,the deformation twinning was identified as significantly contributing to deformation up to the maximum reduction *** results are useful for the prediction and control of the texture in TWIP steels.

Dissolution of cementite was found in the surface layer of 1.0C-1.5Cr steel plates during the process of surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT),and its evolution was characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),three-dimensional atom probe(3.AP)and Mssbauer *** average grain size contained in the top surface of SMAT specimen was 10nm,and no diffraction ring corresponding to cementite grain was identified in the selected area election diffraction(SAED)pattern,which indicated the disappearance of cementite.3.AP analysis showed the average carbon concentration in ferrite(0.75 at%)after SMAT,which was almost 100 times higher than that in matrix(0.008 at%),which suggested cementite dissolve in the process of *** results of Mssbauer spectroscopy indicated that partial cementite dissolved in the process of SMAT,the saturation of cementite dissolution is about 47%.Evolution of cementite involved three sub-stages:①inoculation stage,in the first 5 min of treated duration,cementite fraction is reduced only by 0.4%;②dissolution stage,within the following 25 min cementite fraction significantly is reduced from 14.6% to 8.4%;③saturation stage,when treatment exceeds 3. min,the fraction of cementite nearly remains the same.

Mechanical properties of semi-solid casting are dependent on multiple processing parameters,and improper processing parameters will not only reduce mean data but also increase *** present study investigated the impact of parameters in slurry preparation and heat treatment on the yield strength and ductility of T6 heat-treated A3.6 Al-Si alloy using rapid slurry forming(RSF)semi-solid *** focus was primarily on the robustness of mechanical properties based on Taguchi design *** analyzing signal-to-noise ratio and minimum value calculated from-3.,the optimum slurry preparation parameters and heat treatment parameters were determined to be no quench,enthalpy exchange material(EEM)temperature of 140℃,EEM-to-melt ratio of 6mass%,stirring time of 18 s,solution heat treated at 520℃ for 2 h,and ageing heat treated at 190℃ for 6 *** a small batch validation,the-3. yield strength and-3. elongation reach 256.1 MPa and 5.03. respectively,showing a satisfactory *** hardness and microstructure of heat-treated samples with the best and worst properties were characterized to gain insight into the underlying mechanisms affecting the mean value and variations of mechanical properties.

Since multi-hull ship has good resistance and seakeeping performances in sea waves as well as a bigger deck area compared with the ordinary mono-hull ship,it has been applied not only for civil use but also for *** present work,numerical simulation of viscous flows around two common types,catamaran and trimaran,based on RANS method coupled with overset grid technique and level set method,is *** free-surface is taken into account and treated by level-set *** grid technique is employed to embed the body-fit hull grids into an orthogonal background *** distance gap between ship hulls can be adjusted easily by the overset grid technique without regenerating the mesh,such that the optimal distance gap between ship hulls can be figured *** for each distance gap,a serial of calculation with different Froude numbers is carried out to predict the resistance characteristics and find out the optimal distance gap and ship hull *** also includes the complex wave patterns produced by the multi-hull ship.
