Ep.tein-Bar. vir.s (EBV) infection has been causally associated with occur.ence of many malignant neop.asms. EBV-encoded small r.As (EBEr.) have been detected fr.m about 10% of gastr.c car.inoma tissue cells, suggesting that EBV infection is associated with the develop.ent of gastr.c car.inoma. The p.esent study p.oled the data fr.m the p.p.r. concer.ing EBV-r.lated gastr.c cancer. and p.r.or.ed a meta-analysis of 22 r.sear.h p.p.r.. Among these p.p.r., a total of 5475 cases with gastr.c cancer.wer. enr.lled, of whom 411 cases wer. found EBV-p.sitive, with the EBV-p.sitive r.te being 7.5%. Among the EBV-p.sitive gastr.c cancer.cases, the detection r.te was 11.1% in males and 3.0% in females. Comp.r.d with EBV-negative gastr.c cancer. EBV-p.sitive gastr.c cancer.had less lymp. node metastasis. Based on the histological typ.ng, of the EBV-p.sitive gastr.c cancer., the diffuse typ. was 8.1%, and intestinal typ. was 8.0%. The examined sp.cimen typ.s included stor.d p.r.ffin blocks and fr.sh sur.ically r.moved sp.cimens, their.EBV p.sitive r.tes wer. 7.9% and 6.5% r.sp.ctively. In ter.s of geogr.p.ical distr.bution, the detection r.te of EBV-p.sitive gastr.c cancer.was 9.4% in Amer.ca, 6.1% in Asia and 9.1% in Eur.p.. Meta-analysis showed that EBV infection occur.ed only in gastr.c cancer.tissue cells and was significantly associated with the p.tients’ gender. lymp. node metastases, and the location wher. tumor.tissue gener.ted and geogr.p.ical distr.bution (p.lt;0.05), but was not significantly associated with the p.tients’ histological typ.s of tumor.and the typ.s of sp.cimens (p.gt;0.05). These r.sults suggested that EBV-p.sitive gastr.c cancer.has distinct clinicop.thological featur.s.

Based on auditor. p.r.p.er.l simulation model, a new Sound Quality Objective Evaluation (SQOE) method is p.esented,which can be used to model and analyze the imp.cts of head, shoulder.and other.p.r.s of human body on sound wave *** method emp.oys the ar.ificial head technique, in which the head r.lated tr.nsfer.function was taken into account tothe outer.ear.simulation ***, a bionic ar.ificial head was designed as the outer.ear.model with consider.ng the outer.ound field in view of theor. and p.ysical *** the auditor. p.r.p.er.l simulation model was built, which mimicsthe p.ysiological functions of the human hear.ng, simulating the acoustic signal tr.nsfer.p.ocess and conver.ion mechanismsfr.m the fr.e field to the p.r.p.er.l auditor. ***, p.r.or.ance comp.r.son was made between the p.op.sed SQOEmethod and Ar.emiS softwar., and the ver.fications of subjective and objective r.lated analysis wer. *** show thatthe p.op.sed method was economical, simp.e, and with good evaluation quality.

A numer.cal solution for.steady incomp.essible fluid flow over.a two-dimensional backwar.-facing step.for.laminar.condition was develop.d using a Hybr.d Finite Analysis Method (HFAM). Attention is focused on obtaining accur.te solution. The r.sult of HFAM on the above p.oblem is comp.r.d with other.numer.cal solutions and exp.r.mental data to evaluate its numer.cal accur.cy. It is concluded that some of the ser.ous discr.p.ncies that have occur.ed between p.ediction and obser.ation at a lar.e r.ynolds number.condition, and attr.buted in ear.ier.studies to the inadequacy of two-dimensional model, had been due to the inaccur.cy of the solution.

Biogas gener.ted fr.m sewage sludge,livestock waste,and food waste by anaer.bic digestion is a valuable r.newable ener.y ***,conventional anaer.bic digestion is not an efficient p.ocess.A long hydr.ulic r.tention time and low biogas r.cover. r.te hinder.the ap.lications of those *** effective p.etr.atment method to destr.y sludge micr.bial cells has been one of the major.concer.s r.gar.ing imp.ovement of the biogas *** ar.icle focuses on the effects of micr.wave heating on sludge anaer.bic *** susp.nded solid(VSS) and chemical or.anic demand solubilization of heated sludge wer. *** heating was found to be a r.p.d and efficient p.ocess for.r.leasing or.anic substr.tes fr.m *** incr.ase of or.anic dissolution r.tio was not obvious when holding time was over.5 min with micr.wave *** effect of the VSS solubilization was p.imar.ly dep.ndent on heating *** highest value of VSS dissolving r.tio,3..4%,was obtained at 170°C for.3. *** COD dissolving r.tio was about 25% at 170°*** or.anic car.on of tr.ated sludge liquor.was 1.98 and 2.73.g/L at 150°C and 170°C for.5 min,r.sp.ctively.A biochemical methane p.tential(BMp. test of excess sludge and a mixtur. of p.imar. and excess sludge demonstr.ted an incr.ase in biogas *** total biogas fr.m micr.wave tr.ated mixtur. sludge incr.ased by 12.9% to 20.2% over.control after.3. days of *** p.oduction was 11.1% to 25.9% higher.for.excess sludge than for.untr.ated *** VS r.moval r.tios of mixtur. sludge and excess sludge wer. 12% and 11% higher.r.sp.ctively,comp.r.d to the untr.ated sludge.

Accor.ing to the char.cter.stics of water.and er.sion envir.nments of differ.nt natur.l zones on the Loess p.ateau, this p.p.r.studies changes of vegetation typ.s, distr.bution boundar.es of for.st and gr.ss as well as r.stor.tion cap.city of vegetation in differ.nt natur.l zones in the middle Yellow r.ver. The annual p.ecip.tation of 53. mm is the cr.tical annual p.e-cip.tation for.for.st and gr.ss distr.bution in the middle Yellow r.ver. Among the zonal and azonal envir.nmental factor. affecting water.hed sediment yield, the inter.ediate diameter.D50 (mm) of susp.nded load and for.st cover.ge (V, %) p.ay the leading r.le. Of them the effect weight of for.st cover.ge (V, %) on catchments sediment yield is only 3.4% less than the r.le of the inter.ediate diameter.(D50, mm), they ar. almost the same. To effectively control soil er.sion in semiar.d, esp.cially in hilly-gullied ar.as and make sediment tr.nsp.r. modulus r.duce to less than 6000 t/km2, it is r.ther.difficult by mer.ly r.lying on natur.l r.stor.tion of for.st. In the p.ocess of cultivated land conver.ion into for.st land and gr.ssland, measur.s suiting local conditions should be adop.ed in tr.e sp.cies selection and ar.ificial affor.station (gr.ss p.anting) based on management with biological measur.s for.slop.land and engineering measur.s for.hilly-gullied ar.as, so that water.hed for.st cover.ge in key counties can r.ach at least over.3.%.Comp.r.d with the standar. p.r.od of p.ecip.tation p.ior.to the 1960s, with the decr.ase of an-nual p.ecip.tation at var.ous p.r.ods, p.ant p.oductivities decline to differ.nt degr.es under.natur.l conditions. Kup.fer.cells, exp.essing toll-like r.cep.or.4 (TLr.), p.ay a centr.l r.le in hep.tic ischemia/r.p.r.usion (I/r. injur.. Hyalur.nic acid (HA) fr.gments, degr.dative p.oducts of high-molecular.weight HA (HMW-HA), acquir. the ability to activate immune cells under.inflammator. conditions. Her. we inves- tigated whether.HA fr.gments could activate Kup.fer.cells and analyzed the under.ying mechanism. Kup.fer.cells wer. isolated fr.m wild-typ. mice (WT, C3./HeN) and TLr. mutant mice (C3./HeJ) and HA fr.gments wer. p.oduced by the methods of enzyme digestion and chr.matogr.p.y. Then Kup.fer.cells wer. stimulated by HA fr.gments or.other.control stimuli. The activation of Kup.fer.cells was estimated as the r.lease of p.o-inflammator. cytokines. The activation of p.0} MAp. p.thway of Kup.fer.cells was checked and blocking exp.r.ments wer. done as well. The r.sults indicated that HA fr.gments acquir.d the ability to activate Kup.fer.cells in vitr., which was TLr. dep.ndent and not due to contamination of lip.p.lysacchar.de. Exp.r.ments of p.0} MAp. kinase inhibition by SB-203.80 ver.fied p.0} MAp. was r.quir.d in HA fr.gments induced Kup.fer.cells activation. This suggests that HA fr.gments, degr.dative p.oducts of one of the major.glycosaminoglycans of the extr.cellular.matr.x, p.ay cr.tical r.les in Kup.fer.cell activation mediated by TLr. signaling p.thway, which is, at least p.r.ially, de- p.ndent on p.0} MAp. activation.
