目的对毛茛科白头翁属(Pulsatilla)植物中三萜皂苷及生物活性作一综述。方法以近期国内外的3.篇文献为依据,按皂苷的化学结构、结构解析与NMR特征、生物活性进行综述。结果白头翁属植物含有的主要化学成分为齐墩果酸型及羽扇豆烷型三萜皂苷,其生物活性主要有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强认知能力及神经细胞保护等作用。结论为白头翁属植物的进一步研究提供依据。

＜正＞Solid-phase organic synthesis （SPOS） enjoys several advantages over solution-phase synthesis such as easy manipulation and purification of the organic products greatly simplified through the use of polymer-bound reagents. Phosphonate derivatives are of importance in organic chemistry because of their utility as intermediates for the synthesis of alkene derivatives by the Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons condensation and in the fields of pharmaceutical and agrochemical owing to their biological activities. Solution-phase synthetic methods for cycloalkylphosphonates are well documented, however, to our knowledge, they have not been prepared via SPOS. In continuation of our interest in SOPS with sulfone linker, we herein wish to report the further extension of this sulfone-based chemistry to a convenient, traceless solid-phase synthesis of cycloalkylphosphonates in good yields （82%-90%） and with high purity （＞92% by HPLC analysis） by using polystyrene-supported phenylsulfonyl-methylphosphonates.

Microbial decontamination of petroleum-polluted soils has been recognized to be an efficient,economical and versatile alternative for physical or chemical *** this study,different components of petroleum in contaminated soil were investigated under optimal environmental conditions which were determined by previous *** aerobic bacteria with the ability to utilize both hydrocarbons and benzene as carbon sources was identified as Flavobacterium *** on morphological,physiological and biochemical *** results demonstrate a 3..88%removal rate for total petroleum hydrocarbons over a period of 27 *** fractions of the petroleum were observed to be degraded *** degradation rate declines with increasing alkane chain length （carbon number）.It was found that the total degradation rate can be approximated by the degradation rate of the n-alkane with 23.carbon atoms.N-alkanes with carbon number lower than 23.were removed faster than the total hydrocarbon amount,and the reverse trend was observed for n-alkanes with carbon number higher than *** n-alkanes,the degradation rate of total iso-alkanes can be simulated by that of with iso-alkanes with 19 carbon *** benzene utilization studies with the bacteria species showed that it metabolizes benzene when benzene concentration is under 10 mg/L,concentrations over which turn out to be *** optimal conditions for effective removal of benzene by this species appear to be 3.oC,pH of 6.5-6.7,inoculum concentration of 10%（v/v）.

Many researchers feel that the lack of understanding of the interactions of a broad range of marine environmental *** major concern is related to the interaction of physical,chemical,biological,and geological and transport processes and subsequent behavior and effects of contaminants,in which the function of microbe in seawater is *** the composition of microbe in seawater is very complex,an ideal method is needed to analysis the diversity in complex microbial *** the method would be rapid and reproducible and would permit flexible sampling of the entire microbial *** terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP)method,a more and more popular fingerprinting technique, is based on terminal restriction fragment length polymorphisms between distinct small-subunit rRNA gene sequence *** this study, we try to use the change of the bacterial community structure to monitor the change of the marine environment with the method of *** and spatial variations of communities of sea bacteria at four typical sites(rocky shore,sandy shore,mud flat shore and rocky shore where the nuke often appears)were explored using T-RFLP analyses of PCR amplified 16S rRNA gene *** analyses were done three times during the year:in March,July and *** of similarities in T-RFLP patterns revealed a significant seasonal shift in the community structure of sea bacteria, because the T-RFLP patterns of sea bacteria were significantly ***,the composition of the bacterial communities varied slightly between the *** global tests indicated a difference between the four different sea areas,and the pair wise T-tests indicated that all four kinds of marine environment slightly differ from each other,with R ranging fiom 0.198 to 0.3.9(p ranging from 0.0% to 0.06%).The physical chemistry test and T-RFLP patterns indicated that the nuke had no effect on the marine environment and sea bacterial commu

＜正＞Achyrnthes bidentata polysacchadde （AbPS） is a famous poly-saccharide extracted from Achyrnthes bidentata,which is a traditional Chinese medicine and exhibited remarkable biological *** improve its activities and extend its field of application,a series of derivatives have been synthesized through sulfation,phosphorylation,carboxymethylation and *** to now,there is no report about its modification by *** our team intends to extend its application and obtains a new acetylated derivative. Applying our new method of acetylation,partially acetylated product of AbPS was successfully obtained and well characterized with GPC,NMR and *** discovered that different acetylation products that have different degree of substitution,employing carbonate of different concentration as *** the higher concentration of carbonate we use,the degree of substitution and molecular weight got ***,the degree of substitution of derivative of polysaccharide has affect on biological activity,in the preliminary bioassay towards tumor cells.
