In this paper,the cut sets,decomposition theorems and representation theorems of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval valued fuzzy sets are researched ***,new definitions of four kinds of cut sets on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are introduced,which are generalizations of cut sets on Zadeh fuzzy sets and have the same properties as that of Zadeh fuzzy ***,based on these new cut sets,the decomposition theorems and representation theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are *** kind of cut sets corresponds to two kinds of decomposition theorems and representation *** eight kinds of decomposition theorems and representation theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are obtained,*** last,new definitions of cut sets on interval valued fuzzy sets are given based on the theory of cut sets on intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and eight kinds of decomposition theorems and representation theorems on interval valued fuzzy sets are also obtained. These results provide a fundamental theory for the research of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval valued fuzzy sets.

Automatically repairing a bug can be a time-consuming process especially for large-scale programs owing to the significant amount of time spent recompiling and reinstalling the patched *** reduce this time overhead and speed up the repair process,in this paper we present a recompilation technique called weak *** weak recompilation,we assume that a program consists of a set of components,and for each candidate patch only the altered components are recompiled to a shared *** original program is then dynamically updated by a function indirection *** advantage of weak recompilation is that redundant recompilation cost can be avoided,and while the reinstallation cost is completely eliminated as the original executable program is not modified at *** maximum applicability of weak recompilation we created WAutoRepair,a scalable system for fixing bugs with high efficiency in large-scale C *** experiments on real bugs in widely used programs show that our repair system significantly outperforms Genprog,a wellknown approach to automatic program *** the wireshark program containing over 2 million lines of code,WAutoRepair is over 128 times faster in terms of recompilation cost than Genprog.

This paper proposes a new method based on the displaced phase center antenna(DPCA) technique for the detection and parameters estimation of vibration target in dual-channel synthetic aperture radar(SAR).The echo model of vibration target is established in dual-channel SAR according to the equivalent phase center *** accumulating the DPCA signal amplitude in the azimuth direction,we realize the vibration target detection in clutter and noise *** the analysis of DPCA signal amplitude and phase characteristics of vibration target,we then convert the vibration parameters estimation to estimation of a signal with the form of absolute value of a sine function,and the converting conditions is also ***,an algorithm combining the Fourier transform with least squares is proposed for *** simulation results show that the algorithm can estimate each vibration parameter precisely at a low signal-to-noise ratio.

According to the issues that the predict errors of chaotic sequences rapidly accumulated in multi-step forecasting which affects the predict accuracy, we proposed a new predict algorithm based on local modeling with variable frame length and interpolation points. The core idea is that, using interpolation method to increase the available sample data, then modeling the chaos dynamics system with least square algorithm which based on the Bernstein polynomial to realize the forecasting. We use the local modeling method, looking for the optimum frame length and interpolation points in every frame to improve the predict peformance. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the predictive ability effectively, decreasing the accumulation of iterative errors in multi-step prediction.

As various geospatial data are providing people with more and more convenience of daily lives, it’s significant to research on managing the increasingly growing geospatial data. This paper proposes a grid-based approach to geospatial data management. There are three layers in our approach. At the storage layer, a shared grid environment is built for massive geospatial data storage. At the logical layer, a geo-middleware that consists of a server, a geospatial operating library and a client toolkit, is developed to enable the geospatial data access and integration. At the application layer, using some mature open-source projects, a prototype system is designed to demonstrate our approach. The feasibility and practicability of our approach is verified by a practical cased. In a word, this grid-based approach has great potential to be improved as a novel solution for massive geospatial data management in the future.

Two multiparty simultaneous quantum identity authentication (MSQIA) protocols based on secret sharing are presented. All the users can be authenticated by a trusted third party (TTP) simultaneously. In the first protocol,the TTP shares a random key K with all the users using quantum secret sharing. The ith share acts as the authentication key of the ith user. When it is necessary to perform MSQIA,the TTP generates a random number R secretly and sends a sequence of single photons encoded with K and R to all the users. According to his share,each user performs the corresponding unitary operations on the single photon sequence sequentially. At last,the TTP can judge whether the impersonator exists. The sec-ond protocol is a modified version with a circular structure. The two protocols can be efficiently used for MSQIA in a network. They are feasible with current technol-ogy.

Electrochemical Characterization of Surface-modified LiMn_2O_4 Cathode Materials for Li-ion Batteries

To improve the performance, the surface of 12Mn2O4 was coated with very fine MgO , Al2O3 and ZnO by solgel method, respectively. The structure and morphology of the coated materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction （ XRD ）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （ XPS ） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The charge and discharge performance of uncoated and surfnce modified 12Mn2O4 spinel at 25℃ and 55 ℃ were tested, using a voltage window of 3.0-4.35 V and a current deasity of 0. 1 C rate. There is a slight decrease in the initial discharge capacity relative to that of uncoated UMn2 O4, bat the cycle ability of 12 12Mn2O4 coated by metal-oxide has remarkably been improved. The EIS measuremeuts of uncoated and Al2O3 -coated 12Mn2O4 were carried out by a model 273 A potentiostatl galvanistat controUed by a computer using M270 software, and using a freqnency response analyzer （ Zsimpwin ） combined with a potentiostate （ PAR 273）. Coaseqnently, the reason for the improved cycle properties is that the surface modification reduces the dissolution of Mn , which results from the suppression of the electrolyte decomposition, and suppresses the formation of passivation film that acts as an electronic insulating layer. In conclusion, the use of surface modification is an effective way to improve the electrochemical performance of 12Mn2O4 cathode material for lithium batteries.

An ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter (BPF) with dual sharply rejected notch-bands to elim-inate the interference from coexisting radio systems is presented in this *** characteristics of the proposed notched structure are investigated using simulations to demonstrate the design flexibility of the notch-band *** integrating the proposed notched structure into the basic UWB BPF based on a stepped-impedance stub loaded resonator (SISLR),a UWB BPF with dual sharply rejected notched bands at 5.2 and 5.8 GHz is ***,the designed filter is built and *** simulated and measured results are found to be in good agreement to verify the proposed design.

Aiming at managing enterprise information,we have done research and development on enterprise information visual management system based on geographic information system (GIS). In this paper,basis function,design scheme and implement are introduced. Space data and attribute data are supervised with a database. And the functions of GIS,such as display,edit and print,are utilized. The map information and the enterprise information are visually managed and integrally supervised.
