Fluorescence and absorption spectra were used to study the temperature effect on theconformation of bacteriorhodopsin (bR) in the blue and purple membranes (termed as bRb and bRprespectively).The maximum emission wavelengths of tryptophan fluorescence in both proteins at roomtemperature are 340 nm,and the fluorescence quantum yield of bRb is about 1.4 fold higher than that of *** temperature increases,the tryptophan fluorescence of bRb decreases,while the tryptophan fluorescenceof bRp *** binding study of extrinsic fluorescent probe bis-ANS indicated that the probe can bindonly to bRb,but not to *** results suggest that significant structural difference existed between bRband *** was also found that both kinds of bR are highly thermal *** maximum wavelength of theprotein fluorescence emission only shifted from 340 nm to 346 nm at 100℃.More interestingly,as tempera-ture increased,the characteristic absorption peak of bRb at 605 nm decreased and a new absorption peak at380 nm *** transition occurred at a narrow temperature range (65℃-70℃).These facts indicatedthat an intermediate can be induced by high *** phenomenon has not been reported before.

中国抗癌协会理事长樊代明院士在国际上率先提出“整合医学”理念并付诸实践,被誉为“整合医学”全球第一人,他首次提出“肿瘤防治,赢在整合”。“整合医学”理念提出后,得到了国家高度重视和世界医学界的关注。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于进一步完善医疗卫生服务体系的意见》指出,到2035年,形成与基本实现社会主义现代化相适应,体系完整、分工明确、功能互补、连续协同、运行高效、富有韧性的整合型医疗卫生服务体系。通过13年来的不懈努力,樊代明院士领衔逐步建立起适合我国国情的《中国肿瘤整合诊治指南(CACA)》体系,并通过CACA精读巡讲、进校园、指导科研等方式,解决“医教、医研”脱节问题,推动相关领域改革,为国家卫生服务体系建设贡献出CACA智慧与力量。2024年6月22日,在中国成都第3届“人民医学传播大会”现场,在樊代明、黄荷凤、王琦、陈士林等院士和3 000名专家学者的见证下,《整合医学宣言》重磅发布。这一宣言由百余位两院院士和百余位医科大学校长/院长联名签署,其发布为人类医学的发展起到积极的推动作用。由此,人类医学将迈向一个新的发展历史时期。

FREQUENCY SELECTIVITY OF PRIMARY AUDITORY NEURONS IN THE BUSHCRICKET GAMPSOCIEIS GRATIOSA

Sound is one of the information carriers often used in animal communication. Sound produced by animals is useful not only in intraspecific communication,but also in alarm or *** basic problems in hearing should be resolved i. e. frequency selectivity, pattern recognition and sound direction. With intracellular recording and single cell staining techniques, frequency selectivity of primary auditory neurons in the bushcricket has been studied. Each neuron has its characteristic best frequency (BF) and tuning curve in response to sound. The central projections of their axons in the prothoracic ganglion are unikteral, non - transsegmental and of some corresponding relation to their BFs. Neural mechanisms for frequency analysis in species - specific song recognition of the bushcricket are discussed.

Directional sensitivity of auditory ascending neuron in the bushcricket Gampsocleis gratiosa

Quantitative analyses on phonotactic behavior of the bushcricket have demonstrated that the bushcricket possesses good capability to determine direction of sound source. The morphological structure, laterality and directional sensitivity of the auditory ascending neuron in the prothoracic ganglion of the bushcricket have been studied. At its best frequency of 15 kHz, the laterality threshold difference of the neuron is great up to about 16 dB. Its directional sensitivity depends closely on stimulus frequency. The higher the stimulus frequency, the greater the directional threshold differences. Spike count and latency shift of the ascending neuron in response to each stimulus depend on the angle of incidence of sound. Therefore, the two parameters can be used as directional cues of sound source by the ascending neuron.

Let G be a graph of order n. We define the distance between two vertices u andv in G, denoted by d（u, v）, as the minimum value of the lengths of all u-v paths. We writeσk（G）=min{∑i=1k d（vi）|{v1, v2,…, vk} is an independent set in G} and NC2（G）=min {|N（u）∪N（v）| | d（u, v）=2}. We denote by ω（G） the number of components of agraph G. A graph G is called 1-tough if ω（G\S）≤|S| for every subset S of V（G） withω（G\S）>l. By c（G） we denote the length of the longest cycle in G; in particular, G iscalled a Hamiltonian graph if c（G）=n. H.A. Jung proved that every 1-tough graphwith order n≥11 and σ2≥n-4 is Hamiltonian. We generalize it further as follows: ifG is a 1-tough graph and σ3（G）≥n, then c（G）≥min {n,2NC2（G）+4}. Thus, theconjecture of D. Bauer, G. Fan and H.J. Veldman in [2] is completely solved.
