By applying the Fourier slice theorem,S;（λ）=∫;P;（t）e;=F（λcosθ,λsinθ）,where P;（t）is aprojection of f（x,p）=（?）F（u,v）e;dudv along lines of constant,to the Wigner operator we are naturally led toa projection operator（pure state）,which results in a new complete *** Weyl orderimg formalism of theWigner operator is used in the derivation.

Recent fission experiment data provide interesting structure information for neutron-rich nuclei in the mass A ～ 160 region. We apply the projected shell model to study the strongly-deformed, neutron-rich Sm isotopes. We perform calculations for rotational bands up to spin I = 2. (2./2. for even-even (odd-neutron) Sm isotopes, and analyze the band structure of low-lying states with quasiparticle excitations. Emphasis is given to rotational bands based on one-quasiparticle (1-qp) configurations in the odd-mass 159Sm. The 159 Sm result is discussed together with those of the even-even isotopes 158,160Sm. New bands in 159Sm based on neutron 1-qp 1/2.and 5/2. configurations are predicted. Electromagnetic transition probabilities are discussed.

A phenomenological momentum-independent(MID) model is constructed to describe the equation of state(EOS) for isospin asymmetric nuclear matter,especially the density dependence of the nuclear symmetry energy Esym(ρ).This model can reasonably describe the general properties of the EOS for symmetric nuclear matter and the symmetry energy predicted by both the sophisticated isospin and momentum dependent MDI model and the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock *** find that there exists a nicely linear correlation between Ksym and L as well as between J0/K0 and K0,where L and Ksym represent,respectively,the slope and curvature parameters of the symmetry energy at the normal nuclear density ρ0,while K0 and J0 are,respectively,the incompressibility and the third-order derivative parameter of symmetric nuclear matter at ρ*** correlations together with the empirical constraints on K0,L and Esym(ρ0) lead to an estimation of -477 MeV Ksat,2.-2.1 MeV for the second-order isospin asymmetry expansion coefficient for the incompressibility of asymmetric nuclear matter at the saturation point.

We show that the quantum-mechanical fundamental representations, say, the coordinate representation, the coherent state representation, the Fan-Klauder entangled state representation can be recast into s-ordering operator expansion, which is elegant in form and has many applications in deriving new operator identities. This demonstrates that Dirac's symbolic method can be merged into Newton-Leibniz integration theory in a broad way.

In this paper, following our original ideas[9], we first consider a weakly overlapping additive Schwarz preconditioner according to the framework of [2. for Morley element and show that its condition number is quasi-optimal; we then analyze in detail the structure of this preconditioner, and after proper choices of the inexact solvers, we obtain a quasi-optimal nonoverlapping domain decomposition preconditioner in the last. Compared with [12., [13], it seems that according to this paper's procedure we can make out more thoroughly the relationship between overlapping and nonoverlapping domain decomposition methods for nonconforming plate elements, and certainly, we have also proposed another formal and simple strategy to construct nonoverlapping domain decomposition preconditioners for nonconforming plate elements.

The bulk parameters characterizing the energy of symmetric nuclear matter and the symmetry energy defined at normal nuclear density ρ0 provide important information on the equation of state (EOS) of isospin asymmetric nuclear matter. While significant progress has been made in determining some lower order bulk characteristic parameters, such as the energy E0(ρ0) and incompress ibility K0 of symmetric nuclear matter as well as the symmetry energy Esym(ρ0) and its slope parameter L, yet the higher order bulk characteristic parameters are still poorly known. Here, we analyze the correlations between the lower and higher order bulk char acteristic parameters within the framework of Skyrme Hartree-Fock energy density functional and then estimate the values of some higher order bulk characteristic parameters. In particular, we obtain J0 = (-355±95) MeV and I0 = (1473±680) MeV for the third order and fourth-order derivative parameters of symmetric nuclear matter at ρ0 and Ksym = (-100 ± 165) MeV, Jsym = (2.4 ± 385) MeV, Isym = (-1309 ± 2.2.) MeV for the curvature parameter, third-order and fourth-order derivative parameters of the symmetry energy at ρ0, using the empirical constraints on E0(ρ0), K0, Esym(ρ0), L, and the isoscalar and isovector nucleon effective masses. Furthermore, our results indicate that the three parameters E0(ρ0), K0, and J0 can reasonably characterize the EOS of symmetric nuclear matter up to 2.0 while the symmetry energy up to 2.0 can be well described by Esym(ρ0), L, and Ksym.
