Lysine-ε-acetylation(Kac)is a post-translational modification(PTM)that is critical for metabolic regulation and cell signaling in ***,its prevalence and importance in plants remain to be *** high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry,we analyzed protein lysine acetylation in five representative Arabidopsis organs with 2~3 biological replicates per organ.A total of 2887 Kac proteins and 5929 Kac sites were *** comprehensive catalog allows us to analyze proteome-wide features of lysine *** found that Kac proteins tend to be more uniformly expressed in different organs,and the acetylation status exhibits little correlation with the gene expression level,indicating that acetylation is unlikely caused by stochastic *** preferentially targets evolutionarily conserved proteins and lysine residues,but only a small percentage of Kac proteins are orthologous between rat and Arabidopsis.A large portion of Kac proteins overlap with proteins modified by other PTMs including ubiquitination,SUMOylation and *** acetylation,ubiquitination and SUMOylation all modify lysine residues,our analyses show that they rarely target the same *** addition,we found that“reader”proteins for acetylation and phosphorylation,i.e.,bromodomain-containing proteins and GRF(General Regulatory Factor)/14-3-3 proteins,are intensively modified by the two PTMs,suggesting that they are main crosstalk nodes between acetylation and phosphorylation *** of GRF6/14-3-3λreveal that the Kac level of GRF6 is decreased under alkaline stress,suggesting that acetylation represses plant alkaline ***,K56ac of GRF6 inhibits its binding to and subsequent activation of the plasma membrane H+-ATPase AHA2,leading to hypersensitivity to alkaline *** results provide valuable resources for protein acetylation studies in plants and reveal that protein acetylation suppresses phosphorylation output by acetylating

目的 :研究双黄连和干扰素对柯萨奇病毒感染的心肌炎模型鼠的抗病毒效果和保护心肌作用。方法 :利用柯萨奇病毒和BALB/C小鼠制备病毒性心肌炎动物模型 ,用干扰素粉针剂和双黄连口服液处理此模型连续 9d ,第 10d利用原位杂交技术检测心肌中病毒核酸 ,并观察心肌病理变化。结果 :干扰素和双黄连联合治疗组的炎症细胞浸润程度、心肌细胞损伤程度、心肌内病毒核酸含量显著低于病毒对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :干扰素和双黄连联合应用于小鼠的病毒性心肌炎。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SARS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United States。

Psoriasis is a chronic,recurrent,inflammatory systemic disease that is not only characterized by skin manifestations but may also be accompanied by various comorbidities,imposing a heavy burden on patients’physical and mental health and affecting their quality of *** the continuous approval of various biological agents for clinical use has provided more effective treatment options to patients with psoriasis,no consensus on the evaluation of comprehensive treatment goals has yet been *** treat-to-target(T2T)strategy requires consideration of multiple dimensions of treatment outcomes,the development of long-term management goals,and regular assessments of treatment conditions,which are often used in the management of chronic ***,based on the latest consensuses and guidelines,research data,and clinical experience as well as the combination of survey results and expert group discussions,the present consensus focuses on 4 dimensions of short-and long-term integrated management goals for biological agents:alleviating skin lesions,improving quality of life,screening and managing psoriasis comorbidities,and ensuring drug *** implementation methods,evaluation time,treatment monitoring,and program adjustments are also herein described to achieve comprehensive management of psoriasis to the maximum *** consensus provides a reference for clinical practice.

Recently,five Global LAnd Surface Satellite(GLASS)products have been released:leaf area index(LAI),shortwave broadband albedo,longwave broadband emissivity,incident short radiation,and photosynthetically active radiation(PAR).The first three products cover the years 19822012(LAI)and 19812010(albedo and emissivity)at 15 km and 8-day resolutions,and the last two radiation products span the period 20082010 at 5 km and 3-h *** products have been evaluated and validated,and the preliminary results indicate that they are of higher quality and accuracy than the existing *** particular,the first three products have much longer time series,and are therefore highly suitable for various environmental *** paper outlines the algorithms,product characteristics,preliminary validation results,potential applications and some examples of initial analysis of these products.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of Hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.

As Sources in Jiaozhou Bay Waters

Based on data from the investigation in Jiaozhou Bay waters in 1982, the distribution, transfer and seasonal variation of As in Jiaozhou Bay were analyzed. Research results showed that in Jiaozhou Bay, As content was 0.22 -2.80 μg/L at surface layer in one year and 0.84 -4.48 μg/L at bottom layer. In one year, there was no As pollution in the whole waters of Jiaozhou Bay, and only low-content As was input into Jiaozhou Bay. By the horizontal distribution in the waters , it was able to determine if the mater was transported from the land into the waters and what the way of the transportation was. In April and October, there was no As source in the bay; the As content came from the river transportation in June and from the surface runoff transportation in July. In the land transfer process, the As content change in waters of Jiaozhou Bay was determined by the rainy season. There was no pollution of As in the soils and waters around the bay, so the As content was very low in the rivers around the bay. In the waters transfer process, in July and October, if there was the As source in the waters of Jiaozhou Bay or not, the bottom area with the highcontent As was formed in the bay center.
