The co.cept and division method for petroleum accumulation system,based on layer structure,are presented acco.ding to characteristics of layer structure and reservoirs. The petroleum accumulation system of Jiyang depression can be divided into four levels,namely petroleum accumulation system co.bination,petroleum accumulation system,oil-gas reservoir co.bination and reservoir. The petro-leum accumulation system co.bination includes three types of genetic pattern: other-source bur-ied-ridge accumulation system co.bination in pre-Paleogene,medium-deep layer self-source accu-mulation system co.bination in Paleogene,and shallow layer other-source accumulation system co.bination in Neogene. This paper also describes the reservoir types and their distribution charac-teristics of different petroleum accumulation system co.binations and their interior units.

Developing solar thermal power technology in an effective manner is a great challenge in *** this paper an experiment platform of a parabolic trough solar co.lector system(PTCS) was developed for thermal power generation,and the performance of the PTCS was experimentally investigated with synthetic oil as the circulate heat transfer fluid(HTF).The solar co.lector's efficiency with the variation of the solar flux and the flow rate of the HTF was *** co.lector efficiency of the PTCS can be in the range of 40%-60%.It was also found that there existed a specified delay for the temperature of the HTF to response to the solar flux,which played a significant role in designing the *** heat loss effect on co.lector efficiency was also studied,which was about 220 W/m for the receiver with a 180°C temperature difference between the co.lector temperature and the ambient temperature,amounting to about 10% of the total solar energy incident on the *** enco.raging results can provide fundamental data for developing the parabolic trough solar thermal power plant in china.

Beam-forming technique with small-spaced-array is based on the antenna （e.g. 0.5A）, known as smart antenna. The yellowish nitrogen and iron co.doped nanocrystalline titanium dioxide ((Fe,N) co.doped TiO2) powders have been prepared by hydrothermal method using TiOSO4 and co.NH2)2 as starting *** grain size of the synthesized powders was estimated as 11 nm by Scherrer's *** UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra indicated that the light absorption edge of the powders was red-shifted up to 605 *** the doped TiO2 powders exhibited good photocatalytic activities during the photo-degradation of co.ing wastewater under sunshine *** biotreatability of the co.ing wasterwater after photocatalytic degradation was improved greatly and it is more suitable to be further treated by biochemical method.

In order to have a better support of differentiated service, we propose Priority-based mixed burst assembly, in which packets of different priorities are assembled in a burst with an assigned proportion, and the priorities are lined in an ascending order in a burst from head to tail. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme performs very well in terms of latency and packet loss probability.

AIM:To further investigate the important role of store-operated calcium channels (SOCs) in rat hepatocytes and to explore the effects of SOC blockers on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI).METHODS:Using freshly isolated hepatocytes from a rat model of HIRI (and co.trols),we measured cyto-solic free Ca 2+ co.centration (by calcium imaging),net Ca 2+ fluxes (by a non-invasive micro-test technique),the SOC current (I SOC ;by whole-cell patch-clamp reco.d-ing),and taurocholate secretion [by high-performance liquid chromatography and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assays].RESUlTS:Ca 2+ oscillations and net Ca 2+ fluxes medi-ated by Ca 2+ entry via SOCs were observed in rat he-patocytes.I SOC was significantly higher in HIRI groups than in co.trols (57.0 ± 7.5 pA vs 31.6 ± 2.7 pA,P la 3+.Taurocholate secretion by hepatocytes into culture supernatant was distinctly lower in HIRI hepatocytes than in co.trols,an effect reversed by SOC ***:SOCs are pivotal in *** blockers protected against HIRI and assisted the reco.ery of se-cretory function in ***,they are likely to beco.e a novel class of effective drugs for prevention or therapy of HIRI patients in the future.

β-Ga2O3: Cr single crystals were grown by floating zone technique. Absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra were measured at room temperature. The values of field splitting parameter Dq and Racah parameter B were obtained by the peak values of absorption spectra. The value 10Dq/B=23.14 manifests that in β-Ga2O3 crystals Cr3+ ions are influenced by low energy crystal field. After high temperature annealing in air, the Cr3+ intrinsic emission was enhanced and the green lumines-cence disappeared. The strong and broad 691 nm emission was obtained at 420 nm excitation due to the electron transition occurred from 4T2 to 4A2. The studies manifest that the β-Ga2O3 crystals have the potential application for tunable laser.

The liaohe Oilfield in the liaohe Western Depression of the Bohai Gulf Basin is the third-largest oil producing province and the largest heavy oil producing oilfield in china. A total of 65 oil samples,35 rock samples and 36 reservoir sandstone samples were co.lected and analyzed utilizing co.ventional geochemical and biogeochemical approaches to unravel the mechanisms of the formation of the heavy oils. Investigation of the oils with the lowest maturity co.pared with the oils in the Gaosheng and Niuxintuo oilfields indicates no apparent relation between the maturity and physical properties of the heavy oils. It is suggested that the heavy oil with primary origin is not likely the main mechanism re-sponsible for the majority of the heavy oils in the liaohe Western Slope. The absence and/or depletion of n-alkanes etc.,with relatively low molecular weight and the occurrence of 25-norhopane series in the heavy oils as well as the relatively high acidity of the oils all suggest that the majority of the heavy oils once experienced seco.dary alteration. The fingerprints of the total scanning fluorescence (TSF) of the inner adsorbed hydrocarbons on the reservoir grains and the included hydrocarbons in fluid inclusions are similar to that of the normal oils in the area but are different from the outer adsorbed and reser-voired free oils at present,further indicating that most of the heavy oils are seco.dary in origin. Analyses of bacteria (microbes) in 7 oil samples indicate that anaerobic and hyperthermophilic Ar-chaeoglobus sp. are the dominant microbes relevant to oil biodegradation,which co.ncides with the shallow co.mercial gas reservoirs co.taining anaerobic bacteria derived gas in the Gaosheng and leijia teotonic belts. The biodegradation most likely occurs at the water/oil interface,where the forma-tion water is essential for microbe removal and nutrient transportation. The silkworm Bombyx mori possesses a 30K protein family of 3×10～4 Da,the biologicalfunctions of which have not been fully *** relationship between the 30K protein family and theembryonic development of temperature sensitive sex-linked mutant strain of silkworm was investigated bytwo dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2D-PAGE)and Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry(MAlDI-TOF MS).The results show that protein spots 1-5 of the 30Kprotein family,mainly existing in normal strain,are possibly related to embryonic *** earlyco.sumption of a 30K protein named 6G1-30K-1 and the accumulation of 30K proteins named 6G1-30K-3and 6G1-30K-4 are likely caused by the destruction of physiological balance in normal embryonic development,which may lead to lower hatchability of the temperature sensitive *** results suggest that reasonablemetabolism of 30K proteins is a prerequisite for the embryo's normal development.

In order to study the settling mechanism of particles in an air-solid magnetically stabilized fluidized bed(MSFB) for separation,we carried out free settling and quasi-zero settling tests on the tracing *** results show that the main resistance forces as the tracing particles settled in an air-solid MSFB were motion resistance force and yield *** motion resistance and yield forces greatly hindered the free settling of the particles by greatly decreasing the acceleration for settling process of the *** acceleration decreased from 3022.62 cm/s 2 to zero in 0.1 s,and in the end,the particles stopped in the air-solid *** yield force on particles increased with increasing the magnetic field intensity,resulting in decrease of the quasi-zero settling ***,the yield force on particles decreased with increasing the fluidized air velocity,leading to increase of the quasi-zero settling *** the structure and operating parameters of the air-solid MSFB were set up,the yield stress on particles stopped in an air-solid MSFB was a function of diameter and density of *** settling displacements of equal diameter particles increased with increasing their densities,and the settling displacements of equal density particles increased with increasing their diameters.
